Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Feinmühle (1), die einen Schneidrotor (3) mit einer Vielzahl von insbesondere gleichmäßig auf seinem Umfang verteilten Schneidmessern (4), einen den Schneidrotor (3) umgebenden Schneidstator (5) mit einer Mehrzahl von Statormessern (6), einen Mahlguteinlass (7) zur Mahlgutzufuhr und einen in Drehrichtung des Schneidrotors (3) nach dem Mahlguteinlass (7) liegenden Austragssieb (8) enthält, wobei sämtliche Statormesser (6) in Drehrichtung des Schneidrotors (3) zwischen dem Mahlguteinlass (7) und dem Austragssieb (8) angeordnet sind. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Betriebsverfahren für eine solche Feinmühle (1). Im Fall von nur einem Mahlguteinlass (7) sind wenigstens zwei Prozessgaseinlässe (9,9a) zur Prozessgaszufuhr vorgesehen. Im Fall von mehreren Mahlguteinlässen (7,7a) liegen sämtliche Statormesser (6) in Drehrichtung des Schneidrotors (3) zwischen dem in Drehrichtung des Schneidrotors (3) ersten Mahlguteinlass (7) und dem Austragssieb (8), und wird Mahlgut durch alle vorhandenen Mahlguteinlässe (7,7a) zu wenigstens annähernd gleichen Anteilen in die Feinmühle (1) zugeführt, oder wird Mahlgut vollständig insbesondere wahlweise durch einen Mahlguteinlass (7 oder 7a) in die Feinmühle (1) zugeführt.
