- Procédé de régulation de la production de mousse lors d'un traitement de linge par mousse à partir d'une lessive aqueuse dans un lave-linge commandé par programme, doté d'un système d'évacuation de lessive disposé au fond d'une cuve à lessive (1) avec une pompe, d'un tambour rotatif (2) et d'un dispositif de chauffage (13), comprenant les étapes :a) détection d'une mousse se trouvant dans la cuve à lessive (1) et/ou dans le tambour (2), etb) réglage et/ou maintien d'une plage prédéfinie de concentration de mousse comprise entre c1 et C2,la détection (a) de la mousse s'effectuant au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs capteurs (15) qui suivent une pression hydrostatique p dans la cuve à lessive (1) et/ou dans le tambour (2),
caractérisé en ce que
une pression hydrostatique p mesurée est comparée à une valeur prédéfinie inférieure p1 de pression hydrostatique et à une valeur prédéfinie supérieure p2 de pression hydrostatique,
et si
la vitesse de rotation U du tambour (2) est augmentée,
et si
la vitesse de rotation U du tambour (2) est abaissée,
et en ce que le dispositif de chauffage (13) chauffe la mousse et/ou la lessive. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, sia1) la vitesse de rotation U du tambour (2) est abaissée d'une différence de vitesse de rotation prédéfinie ΔU1,a2) après un laps de temps prédéfini Δt, la pression p est mesurée à nouveau et la relation p ≤ p2 est vérifiée, eta3) si on a toujours p > p2, la vitesse de rotation U est abaissée de ΔUn, n étant un nombre naturel ≥ 2, et les étapes a2) et a3) sont répétées (n-1) fois jusqu'à ce que la vitesse de rotation atteigne une valeur prédéfinie Umin ou soit inférieure à celle-ci,et sib1) la vitesse de rotation U du tambour (2) est augmentée d'une différence de vitesse de rotation prédéfinie ΔU1,b2) après un laps de temps prédéfini Δt, la pression p est mesurée à nouveau et la relation p ≥ p1 est vérifiée, etb3) si on a toujours p < p1, la vitesse de rotation U est augmentée de ΔUm, m étant un nombre naturel ≥ 2, et les étapes b2) et b3) sont répétées (m-1) fois jusqu'à ce que ladite vitesse de rotation atteigne une valeur prédéfinie Umax ou soit supérieure à celle-ci.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, si la vitesse de rotation U a atteint la valeur prédéfinie Umin ou est inférieure à celle-ci,a4) la rotation du tambour est arrêtée ;a5) de l'eau est introduite ;a6) le tambour (2) est commuté sur un fonctionnement réversible, et/oua7) il est indiqué que le dosage de produit de lessive est trop élevé ou incorrect.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, si la vitesse de rotation U a atteint la valeur prédéfinie Umax ou est supérieure à celle-ci,b4) la rotation du tambour est arrêtée ;b5) de l'eau est introduite ; et/oub6) il est indiqué que le dosage de produit de lessive est trop faible.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas de a5) resp. b5), l'eau est introduite en une quantité permettant un processus de lavage normal avec une lessive sans mousse, et ce processus de lavage est effectué.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'indication a lieu de manière acoustique et/ou optique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, après avoir effectué l'étape a4) et/ou a6), le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 est effectué à nouveau pour un laps de temps prédéfini.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (2) tourne à une vitesse de rotation U comprise entre 200 et 600 tours par minute.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une évaluation de la différence entre une vitesse de rotation de consigne et une vitesse de rotation réelle Usoll - Uist est utilisée lors d'une rotation du tambour (2) pour la détection (a) de la mousse.

- Lave-linge doté d'une commande par programme (12) pour commander le déroulement de programme, d'un tambour (2) monté à rotation dans la cuve à lessive (1), d'un système d'évacuation de lessive disposé au fond de la cuve à lessive (1) avec une pompe, d'un moteur d'entraînement (14) pour le tambour, d'un dispositif de chauffage (13), d'un capteur (15) pour déterminer une quantité de liquide ou de mousse se trouvant dans la cuve à lessive (1), et de moyens de commutation (9, 12, 14) pour faire tourner et arrêter le tambour, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commutation (9, 12, 14) et le capteur (15) sont configurés pour mettre en oeuvre un procédé de régulation de la production de mousse selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
