Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de traitement de pièces de linge (7) à l'aide d'un liquide de lavage aqueux dans un lave-linge comprenant un système d'évacuation de liquide de lavage (18) disposé au fond d'une cuve à liquide de lavage (1), un tambour (2) logé de manière rotative et un dispositif de chauffage (13, 16) pour l'échauffement direct d'une quantité de chargement (a1) de pièces de linge (7), contenant le liquide de lavage, le procédé comprenant les étapes
    a) apport du liquide de lavage à la quantité de chargement (a1) et mouillage des pièces de linge (7) ;
    b) échauffement direct, par le dispositif de chauffage (13, 16), des pièces de linge (7) mouillées ; et
    c) apport d'eau à une température Tw de maximum 40° C pour rincer le liquide de lavage hors des pièces de linge (7),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    à l'étape a), du liquide de lavage est ajouté dans une quantité (a2) inférieure ou égale à une quantité (a3) qui est nécessaire pour saturer les pièces de linge (7) avec l'eau, c'est-à-dire une quantité de saturation, et
    en ce qu'à l'étape b), l'échauffement direct des pièces de linge (7) contenant le liquide de lavage est réalisé avec de la mousse chaude, de l'air chaud et/ou un rayonnement électromagnétique, laquelle a été obtenue/lesquels ont été obtenus en utilisant le dispositif de chauffage (13, 16), et sans transmission par un reste non lié de liquide de lavage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape c) est réalisée seulement après l'achèvement de l'étape b).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la température Tw de l'eau à l'étape c) est de maximum 30° C.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de linge (7) mouillées sont échauffées avec de la mousse chaude, en ce que suite à l'étape a), la mousse chaude est générée par rotation du tambour à une vitesse de rotation U1 qui est inférieure à une vitesse d'application UA du linge, en ce que le dispositif de chauffage (13, 16) est mis en marche et en ce que la mousse est échauffée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'échauffement à l'étape b) au moyen de rayonnement électromagnétique est causé en raison de l'utilisation d'un chauffage à microondes (16) ou d'un radiateur IR (16).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (2), à l'étape b), fonctionne de manière réversible pendant une période de temps de 10 à 30 minutes à une vitesse de rotation de 30 à 100 tours par minutes.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un rapport de la quantité (a2) et de la quantité (a3) est situé entre 0,5 et 0,9.
  8. Lave-linge comprenant une commande à programme (12) pour la commande du déroulement de programmes, un tambour (2) logé de manière rotative dans une cuve à liquide de lavage (1), un système d'évacuation de liquide de lavage (18) disposé au fond de la cuve à liquide de lavage (1) et un moteur d'entraînement (14) pour le tambour (2), le lave-linge présentant un dispositif de chauffage (13, 16) pour l'échauffement direct d'une quantité de chargement (a1) de pièces de linge (7), contenant le liquide de lavage, et étant configuré pour la réalisation d'un procédé qui comprend les étapes :

    b) échauffement direct, par le dispositif de chauffage (13, 16), des pièces de linge (7) mouillées ; et
    c) apport d'eau à une température Tw de maximum 40° C pour rincer le liquide de lavage hors des pièces de linge (7),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le lave-linge est configuré
    pour, à l'étape a), amener du liquide de lavage dans une quantité (a2) inférieure ou égale à une quantité (a3) qui est nécessaire pour saturer les pièces de linge (7) avec l'eau, c'est-à-dire une quantité de saturation, et
    à l'étape b), pour causer l'échauffement direct des pièces de linge (7) contenant le liquide de lavage avec de la mousse chaude, de l'air chaud et/ou un rayonnement électromagnétique, laquelle a été obtenue/lesquels ont été obtenus en utilisant le dispositif de chauffage (13, 16), et sans transmission par un reste non lié de liquide de lavage.
  9. Lave-linge selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage (13, 16) est un dispositif (16) destiné à produire de l'air chaud.
