Claims (4)

  1. Ensemble formant brûleur (1), en particulier pour le chauffage, le séchage ou le maintien à chaud d'un distributeur (5) d'une installation d'extrusion continue avec un agencement surfacique d'au moins un brûleur (2), dans lequel le ou les brûleur(s) (2) est/sont réalisé(s) sous forme de brûleur(s) poreux (10), de sorte que le brûleur poreux (10) comprend des segments de brûleurs poreux (11, 12, 13) et les segments de brûleurs poreux (11, 12, 13) sont respectivement alimentés avec du combustible et/ou avec un agent d'apport d'oxygène au moyen de conduites d'amenée (4) et au moins quelques-unes des conduites d'amenée (4, 14, 15) sont alimentées via une conduite d'alimentation commune avec du combustible et/ou avec un agent d'apport d'oxygène, et dans lequel est en outre prévue une soufflante (6) pour l'alimentation de l'agent d'apport d'oxygène via les conduites d'amenée, et les segments de brûleurs poreux peuvent être mis en service et/ou arrêtés indépendamment les uns des autres via un système de commande, et l'agencement de brûleur(s) poreux (10) est tenu par un bras pivotant (3), lequel est capable de pivoter au moyen d'articulations, et la soufflante (6) et également tenue par le bras pivotant (3), de sorte que la soufflante (6) également est agencée capable de pivoter.
  2. Ensemble formant brûleur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les segments de brûleurs poreux (11, 12, 13) du brûleur poreux (10) sont agencés de manière surfacique en une rangée ou en plusieurs rangées.
  3. Procédé pour commander un ensemble formant brûleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel des segments de brûleurs poreux (11, 12, 13) sont mis en service et/ou arrêtés indépendamment les uns des autres en fonction de l'intensité ou de la puissance de chauffage souhaitée.
  4. Procédé pour commander un ensemble formant brûleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel on met en service ou on arrête des segments (11, 12, 13) qui sont agencés au moins alternativement en rangées ou qui sont agencés suivant un motif en damier.
