Claims (25)
- Rail de grue pour chariots suspendus,

- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en cc que la membrure inférieure (2) présente une largeur comprise entre 50 mm et 80 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure supérieure (3) est exempte de soudures.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure supérieure (3) présente en section transversale un profil rectangulaire.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure supérieure (3) présente une largeur comprise entre 80 mm et 150 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure supérieure (3) présente une hauteur comprise entre 40 mm et 100 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure de support (4) est exempte de soudures.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure de support (4) présente en section transversale un profil triangulaire avec des côtés (27, 28) égaux.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure de support (4) présente une hauteur comprise entre 10 mm et 25 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrure de support (4) présente une largeur comprise entre 20 mm et 40 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bords de bande (7, 8) se situent dans la face supérieure (29) de la membrure de support (4) et sont reliés l'un à l'autre par matière, par une soudure, de préférence une soudure au laser.

- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur de la première âme (5) est comprise entre 80 mm et 150 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première âme (5) est plane sur un côté du rail de grue (1), et en ce que les bords de bande (7, 8) du matériau de départ se situent de l'autre côté de la première âme (5).
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans des zones (16, 18) en forme de bandes, la première âme (5) comporte deux couches dont l'une est adjacent à la membrure supérieure (3) et l'autre à la membrure inférieure (2), lesdites zones étant appliquées à plat et espacées l'une de l'autre.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première âme (5) comporte deux couches seulement entre la membrure (2, 3) voisine et le bord de bande (7, 8), sur une hauteur comprise entre 5 mm et 20 mm.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la région de l'âme (5), le bord de bande (7, 8) est soudé au laser avec l'autre couche de matériau (15) du produit profile laminé.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soudure au laser (31) est une soudure continue.
- Rail de grue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première âme (5) comporte des ouvertures (32) en forme de haltères, l'axe longitudinal des ouvertures (32) étant, orienté perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du rail de grue (1).
