Description

Klemmmappe
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmmappe mit einem zum Festklemmen von Blattgut dienenden Klemmorgan aus Stahlblech, das einen vorderen Klemmschenkel und einen mit diesem über ein Joch verbundenen hinteren Klemmschenkel aufweist, wobei der hintere Klemmschenkel des Klemmorgans gegen die Rückwand des hinteren Deckels der Mappe anliegt, während der vordere Klemmschenkel des Klemmorgans gegen einen Abschnitt eines mit einem Fenster versehenen, mehrfach gefalzten Streifens drückt, der vom zur Vorderseite der Mappe umgebogenen Längsrand des hinteren Deckels der Mappe gebildet wird, und bei der der mehrfach gefalzte Streifen einen Anschlag bildet, der mit einem Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkt, der von einem in das Innere des Klemmorgans ragenden, umgebogenen Rand des vorderen Klemmschenkels des Klemmorgans gebildet wird.
Klemmmappen der vorstehenden Art sind z. B. aus der DE-A 37 18 664, der DE-OS 18 04 237 und der EP-A 0 576 11 bekannt. Die bei ihnen verwendeten, aus Stahlblech bestehenden Klemmorgane haben plane oder leicht konkave Klemmschenkel mit glatten Griffflächen. Die glatten Griffflächen vermögen insofern nicht zu befriedigen, als sie dem Benutzer die freie Wahl der Stelle überlassen, an der er das Klemmorgan mit dem Daumen und dem Zeigefinger seiner Hand erfasst. Dies kann in Abhängigkeit von der Art der Halterung des Klemmorgans in der jeweiligen Klemmmappe zu mehr oder weniger starken Verkantungen und hieraus resultierenden Erschwernissen beim Betätigen des jeweiligen Klemmorgans führen.
Um dem Benutzer vom Klemmmappen die angedeuteten Schwierigkeiten zu ersparen, ist bei einer aus der DE-U 92 17 203 bekannten Klemmmappe ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes Klemmorgan in seinem zentralen Bereich mit einer aufgerauten Oberfläche versehen, die praktisch allerdings nur optisch eine Angriffsstelle definiert. Eine Klemmmappe, bei der dem Benutzer die Angriffsstelle durch die Form des Klemmorgans definitiv vorgegeben wird, ist aus der EP-B 1 048 484 bekannt. Bei dieser Mappe sind die Außenseiten der Klemmschenkel eines ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehenden Klemmorgans mit einer zentralen Griffmulde für die Daumenkuppe und eine Fingerkuppe versehen. Beim Betrachten des Klemmorgans nach der EP-B 1 048 484 wird klar, dass die Realisierung einer vorgegebenen Angriffsstelle hier nur aufgrund der Ausbildung des Klemmorgans als Kunststoffspritzgussteil möglich war. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einer Klemmmappe mit einem aus dünnem Stahlblech bestehenden Klemmorgan das Klemmorgan mit einer definierten Angriffsstelle zu versehen. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch, dass im Zentrum mindestens des vorderen Klemmschenkels des Klemmorgans ein nach außen vorstehender, im Wesentlichen die Form eines Halbkreises aufweisender Wulst eingeprägt ist, dessen Scheitel dem Joch des Klemmorgans zugewandt ist.
Durch die beanspruchte Ausbildung des Wulstes werden zwei Vorteile erreicht, von denen der erste darin besteht, dass sich die Grifffläche auch bei vergleichsweise schmalen Klemmschenkeln ausreichend groß gestalten lässt. Der zweite Vorteil besteht darin, dass der Wulst nicht durchgehend, d. h. nach Art eines Vollkreises ausgebildet ist, hierdurch ist sichergestellt, dass anders als im Bereich des Wulstes in der wulstfreien Zone des Klemmschenkels keine Querschnittsveränderung des Stahlbleches eintritt. Die Griffstelle ist m. a. W. über eine ungeschwächte Brücke mit der Restfläche des Klemmschenkels verbunden.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist sowohl der vordere als auch der hintere Klemmschenkel des Klemmorgans mit einem die Griffstelle definierenden Wulst versehen.
Als besonders vorteilhaft erweist es sich, wenn das Joch des Klemmorgans satteldachförmig ausgebildet ist, weil die dem Scheitel des Joches abgewandten Längskanten des Joches zusammen mit den Scheitelbereichen der Wulste die Griffigkeit des Klemmorgans zusätzlich erhöhende, stegförmige Vorsprünge bilden.
Die Enden des die Grifffläche begrenzenden Wulstes des Klemmorgans sollten schräg auslaufend in die Oberfläche des jeweiligen Klemmschenkels übergehen, um Beschädigungen einer vom Klemmorgan untergriffenen Kante des Fensters des mehrfach gefalzten Streifens der Mappe zu verhindern.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 die Vorderseite einer Klemmmappe bei aus der Klemmposition entferntem Klemmorgan,
Fig. 2 die Rückseite der Klemmmappe in der in Figur 1 gezeigten Position des Klemmorgans, Fig. 3 die Vorderseite der in Figur 1 und 2 dargestellten Klemmmappe bei in die Klemmposition überführtem Klemmorgan,
Fig. 4 die Rückseite der Klemmmappe in der in Figur 3 gezeigten Position des Klemmorgans,
Fig. 5 in gegenüber den Figuren 1 bis 4 vergrößertem Maßstab die perspektivische Vorderansicht des bei der Klemmmappe gemäß den Figuren 1 bis 4 verwendeten Klemmorgans und
Fig. 6 die Rückansicht des Klemmorgans gemäß Figur 5.
In den Figuren ist 1 der vordere Deckel einer Klemmmappe, der regelmäßig aus einem transparenten Folienabschnitt besteht, dessen einer Längsrand durch eine Schweißnaht mit einem mehrfach gefalzten Streifen 2 verbunden ist, der von einem zur Vorderseite der Klemmmappe umgebogenen Längsrand des hinteren, regelmäßig aus einem nicht durchsichtigen Folienabschnitt bestehenden Deckels 3 gebildet wird. Der mehrfach gefalzte Streifen 2 weist ein Fenster 4 auf, durch das der vordere Klemmschenkel 5 eines durch Biegen aus einem dünnen Stahlblechzuschnitt hergestellten Klemmorgans 6 in das Innere des mehrfach gefalzten Streifens 2 ragt. Der hintere Klemmschenkel 7 des
Klemmorgans liegt gegen die Rückseite des hinteren Deckels 3 der Klemmmappe an.
Während die Figuren 1 und 2 das Klemmorgan 6 in einer Position zeigen, in der Blattgut in die Klemmmappe eingelegt werden kann, geben die Figuren 3 und 4 die Verhältnisse wieder, die sich bei eingeklemmtem Blattgut einstellen.
Wie insbesondere aus den Figuren 5 und 6 erkennbar ist, sind sowohl der vordere Klemmschenkel 5 als auch der hintere Klemmschenkel 7 des Klemmorgans 6 mit einem über die jeweilige Außenfläche der Klemmschenkel vorstehenden Wulst 8 bzw. 9 versehen, der die Form eines Halbkreises hat und der in das Stahlblech eingeprägt ist. Der Radius R des von den Wülsten 8, 9 gebildeten Halbkreises beträgt bei einem Klemmorgan 6, dessen vorderer Klemmschenkel 5 eine Breite B von ca. 15 mm hat, in der Praxis etwa 10 mm.
Die Enden der Wulste 8 und 9 gehen über schräg abfallende Zonen 10 in die Oberfläche der Klemmschenkel 5 und 7 über. Das die Klemmschenkel 5 und 7 miteinander verbindende Joch 11 des Klemmorgans 6 hat die Form eines Satteldaches, so dass die seinem Scheitel 12 abgewandten Längsränder 13 und 14 zusätzliche Griffkanten bilden.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Klemmmappe mit einem zum Festklemmen von Blattgut dienenden Klemmorgan (6) aus Stahlblech, das einen vorderen Klemmschenkel (5) und einen mit diesem über ein Joch (11) verbundenen hinteren Klemmschenkel (7) aufweist, wobei der hintere Klemmschenkel (7) des Klemmorgans (6) gegen die Rückwand des hinteren Deckels (3) der Mappe anliegt, während der vordere Klemmschenkel (5) des Klemmorgans (6) gegen einen Abschnitt eines mit einem Fenster (4) versehenen, mehrfach gefalzten Streifens (2) drückt, der vom zur Vorderseite der Mappe umgebogenen Längsrand des hinteren Deckels (3) der Mappe gebildet wird, und bei der der mehrfach gefalzte Streifen (2) einen Anschlag bildet, der mit einem Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkt, der von einem in das Innere des Klemmorgans (6) ragenden, umgebogenen Rand des vorderen Klemmschenkels (5) des Klemmorgans (6) gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zentrum mindestens des vorderen Klemmschenkels (5) des Klemmorgans (6) ein nach außen vorstehender, im Wesentlichen die Form eines Halbkreises aufweisender Wulst (8) eingeprägt ist, dessen Scheitel dem Joch (11) des Klemmorgans (6) zugewandt ist.
2. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch im Zentrum des hinteren Klemmschenkels (7) des Klemmorgans (6) ein nach außen vorstehender, im Wesentlichen die Form eines Halbkreises aufweisender Wulst (9) eingeprägt ist, dessen Scheitel dem Joch (11) des Klemmorgans (6) zugewandt ist.
3. Klemmmappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius (R) des vom jeweiligen Wulst (8, 9) gebildeten Halbkreises mindestens 5 mm beträgt.
4. Klemmmappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius (R) des vom jeweiligen Wulst (8, 9) gebildeten Halbkreises mindestens
10 mm beträgt.
5. Klemmmappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (B) des vorderen Klemmschenkels (5) des Klemmorgans (6) kleiner als der Durchmesser des Halbkreises ist.
6. Klemmmappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Joch (11) des Klemmorgans (6) satteldachförmig ausgebildet ist.
7. Klemmmappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden des jeweiligen Wulstes (8, 9) schräg abfallend in die Oberfläche der Klemmschenkel (5, 7) übergehen.
