Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile house, which has a substantially cuboid interior and includes means for controlling the temperature of the interior and a power supply line, a water supply and a drainage.
- Mobile homes are intended for temporary use at various sites. They serve, for example, as temporary living quarters, as holiday homes or as business buildings to cover top capacities.
- a mobile home is usually self-supporting. It can easily be lifted for transport by means of a crane and stored for example on point foundations.
- the invention has for its object to provide for a mobile home of the type mentioned an improvement over the prior art.
- a house according to claim 1 The interior is determined by a floor panel, a ceiling panel and wall panels, wherein the thermal bridge-free insulation of the interior, these panels are designed heat insulating and connect to edges of the interior panel joint surfaces directly to Paneelinnen vom.
- the panels are held from the outside by means of a self-supporting base frame made of steel or aluminum.
- the complete supporting structure is designed for cold conditions, so that the thermal insulation in the interior is entirely without thermal bridges.
- the panels are optimized for the function of thermal insulation.
- the interior is continuously surrounded by a dimming view, because the panels are contacted flat on the interior edges while being held from the outside without panel brackets attached to the base frame protrude to the interior.
- This shell design makes it possible in a simple manner to hermetically seal the interior and provide a passive living room ventilation for heating or cooling of the interior.
- the executed as self-supporting steel or aluminum construction base frame has such a high resistance to stiffening that lifting and settling as Ready-to-use house including equipment by crane is always possible and the installation requires no foundation.
- the house according to the invention thus corresponds to the concept of a mobile Tarlofts.
- the thermal bridge-free insulation minimizes energy consumption, so that it can easily be used as a standalone living or office unit or as a houseboat on a floating pylon.
- An aggregate for passive ventilation of the living space can be usefully used for hot water preparation.
- the base frame consists of twelve basic carriers, which are arranged as edges of a cuboid and which are connected directly to each other at the contact points, in particular butt-welded or screwed together.
- Such a frame is easy to manufacture and provides the required torsional rigidity.
- the base frame comprises intermediate carriers and wind bracings which form a framework with the basic carriers. This increases the torsional rigidity so that larger dimensions of the mobile home can be realized. The high insulating effect of the panels remains unabated.
- the base support and / or the intermediate support are designed as forming tubes.
- the molded pipes serve to accommodate technical installations or fulfill functions such as rainwater drainage.
- an outer panel spaced therefrom is arranged for each wall panel, which is externally attached to the base frame.
- the walls are thus designed clamshell, the intermediate space receives the fresh water or Abwasserinstallatiön and the electrical installation.
- each outer panel is designed outside as a cold-pressed metal profile.

- an energy frame is releasably secured, wherein the energy frame includes connections for electricity, water and sewage.
- the energy frame Before setting up a house, the energy frame is set up with the prefabricated connections for water and electricity at the site. The installation itself then takes place in a simple manner by the house is placed on the energy frame and releasably connected to this.
- the energy frame is conveniently a closed frame with the Grund lakeabumbleen of the house, which rest on this frame all lower base support. By such a total edition of the entire side and front surfaces vibrations are almost completely absorbed.
- the ports for water and electricity are accessible at all times via an inspection opening.
- the height of the energy frame is sufficient to arrange within it a tank for rainwater storage.
- the base frame acts as a lightning rod.
- the panels provide that they have a core of rigid polyurethane foam.
- the panels provide sufficient thermal insulation and are inexpensive to manufacture.
- the panels may be implemented as vacuum panels. These are thinner with the same insulating effect and thus offer the same external dimensions of the house a larger interior.
- the layer structure of the panels conveniently includes a sheet metal layer so that the interior of the house is shielded from harmful electromagnetic radiation.
- Fig. 1 illustrated supporting steel or aluminum construction consists of twelve base beams 1v, 1h, 2, which are formed as a form of tubes and arranged as edges of a cuboid.
- the base frame consists of two end frames, each formed by four connected to a vertical rectangle Endrahmenarnin 1v, 1h. The corners of the two end frames are connected to each other by means of horizontal side members 2.
- the end frames are for example between 2.5 m and 3.5 m wide and between 2.5 m and 3.5 m high, these dimensions determine the width and height of the finished house.
- the longitudinal members 2 define the length of the finished house and are for example between 5 m and 12 m long.
- the maximum possible dimensions are determined by the maximum permissible width, height and length permitted on the desired transport routes of the house. A good selection represents a width of about 3.5 m, a height of about 3.2 m and a length of about 8.8 m, because on the one hand a satisfactory amount of space in the interior and on the other hand a problem-free transport on the Road are given.
- the longitudinal members 2 are connected for example by means of two intermediate frames. These intermediate frames are arranged in each case four intermediate carriers 3v, 3h arranged in a vertical rectangle, which are formed from shaping tubes.
- wind braces 4, 8 are arranged, which form a framework with the basic supports 1v, 1h, 2 and the intermediate supports 3v, 3h.
- each upper node of an end frame is connected to the lying on the same side lower node of the nearest intermediate frame via a Wind said 4.
- the upper nodes of each end frame are connected crosswise by means of wind braces 8 to the upper nodes of the nearest intermediate frame.
- the front upper node of the end frame is connected to the rear upper node of the intermediate frame.
