Claims (10)
- Dispositif de fabrication de sachets de tabac (10) par séparation de ces derniers d'une bande de film (22) entraînée en continu dans un poste de séparation (27), laquelle bande de film est pourvue, dans un poste de pliage (23), d'une section de bande (24) formée par repliement, dans la région de laquelle, dans un poste de scellage (26), des joints de liaison (25) orientés transversalement peuvent être appliqués par un appareil de soudage ou de scellage (34), dans le poste de séparation (27), les coupes de séparation orientées transversalement pouvant être effectuées dans la région des joints de liaison (25), de telle sorte que des sachets (10) ayant une poche ouverte (11), des joints latéraux (14, 15) en tant que joints de scellage dans la région de la poche (11) et un volet d'enroulement (17) puissent être acheminés à un poste suivant de remplissage et de fermeture (29), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) dans un poste de transfert (30) situé avant le poste de séparation (27), dans la direction d'avance, des pièces découpées séparées, en particulier un ruban (18) pour la fixation du volet d'enroulement (17) dans la position de fermeture du sachet (10) et/ou un support d'impression ou un coupon (20) et/ou une étiquette (21) pour la fixation d'un complément peuvent être appliqués dans la position correcte par rapport au sachet, au niveau de la bande de film (20) entraînée en continu,b) la bande de film est guidée dans la région du poste de transfert (30) sur un rouleau de transfert (37),c) la pièce découpée séparée (18, 20, 21) peut être transférée sur le côté extérieur libre de la bande de film (22) s'appliquant à la périphérie du rouleau de transfert (37) par un galet de pression (42) ou un galet d'amenée (66),d) la pièce découpée (18, 20, 21) peut être acheminée par un appareil du galet de pression (42) ou du galet d'amenée (66), peut être saisie par celui-ci par le biais d'air aspiré, et peut être pressée sur la bande de film (22) pendant la rotation du rouleau de transfert (37) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la bande de film (22) est transportée à la suite d'un poste de scellage (26) dans une portion de bande horizontale (71), la section de bande continue (24) avec les joints de liaison (25) orientés transversalement étant tournée vers le haut,b) dans la région de la portion de bande (71) sont disposés, au-dessus de la bande de film (22), un appareil à rubans (36) et/ou un appareil à coupons (69) et/ou un appareil à étiquettes (70), pour le transfert d'une pièce découpée séparée (18, 20, 21) se sur un côté de la bande de film (22) orienté vers le haut.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de film (22), dans la région d'un organe de transfert pour des pièces découpées séparées (18, 20, 21), en particulier dans la région d'un appareil à rubans (36), peut être transportée de manière cadencée en continu, dans la région du poste de séparation suivant (27), avec un rouleau de transfert entraîné en rotation (37) et un galet de pression également déplaçable (42) ou un galet d'amenée (66), pour le transfert d'une pièce découpée sur la bande de film (22) pendant le transfert de la pièce découpée (18, 20, 21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de transfert (37) présente, dans une région de bord axiale, des moyens pour guider et supporter le ruban (18), en particulier des saillies (45) réalisées avec des arêtes pointues ou vives, pour l'application facilement détachable de la partie libre du ruban (18) avec la surface encollée, et de préférence des moyens pour fixer la patte de préhension (19) exempte de colle sont disposés sur le bord axial extérieur du rouleau de transfert (37), notamment des trous aspirants (46) pour saisir la patte de préhension (19) au moyen d'air aspiré.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la bande de film (22), après l'application d'un ruban (18) et/ou d'un coupon (20) et/ou d'une étiquette (21), peut être saisie par un dispositif de transport intermédiaire (48) et transportée jusqu'à un poste de séparation (27), en particulier par un dispositif de transport intermédiaire (48) réalisé sous forme de bande aspirante, dont le tronçon supérieur est sollicité avec une dépression pour fixer la bande de film (22), de préférence au moins dans une région partielle au-dessus du dispositif de transport intermédiaire (48) étant installé un guide pour la bande de film (22), en particulier une pièce de guidage en forme de plaque fixe, qui s'étend approximativement jusqu'au plan de séparation du poste de séparation (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'un couteau de séparation (53) est réalisé dans la région du poste de séparation (27) en tant qu'organe de séparation pivotant, qui, avec un mouvement de pivotement conjointement avec un couteau conjugué fixe (58), effectue une coupe de séparation sur toute la largeur de la bande de film (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le couteau de séparation (53) est réglable dans la direction d'avance, pour l'adaptation à différentes dimensions de sachets à fabriquer (10), le couteau de séparation formant notamment une unité réglable avec le couteau conjugué (58) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé par un guidage séparé pour des rubans (18) orientés latéralement, dépassant au-delà de la bande de film (22), à la suite de l'appareil à rubans (36), en particulier réalisés en tant que courroie circulaire (51) au-dessus de la bande de film (10) dans la région de la patte de préhension (19) du ruban (18), un tronçon de transport de la courroie circulaire (51) s'appliquant sur le côté supérieur ou le côté inférieur du ruban (18) dans la région de la patte de préhension (19), l'organe de transport séparé pour le ruban (18) s'étendant de préférence depuis la région de l'appareil à rubans (36) au-delà du plan de séparation, jusque dans la région au-dessus d'un dispositif d'évacuation ou d'un dispositif de transport de sachets (62) pour l'évacuation des sachets (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la courroie circulaire (51) entoure le rouleau de transfert (37) de l'appareil à rubans (36), en particulier dans une rainure de guidage (57) du côté du bord du rouleau de transfert (37), une portion de transport horizontale de la courroie circulaire (51) étant réalisée par des galets de déflexion (78, 79).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le poste de séparation (27), dans la même direction d'avance, est suivi d'un poste de transfert (28) avec un dispositif de transport de sachets (62), qui maintient prêts plusieurs sachets à distance les uns des autres dans une position de transfert, pour le transfert des sachets transversalement à la direction d'avance principale à un appareil de remplissage et de fermeture, notamment à une tourelle à sachets (63) rotative dans le sens transversal, la tourelle à sachets (63) étant montée sensiblement dans la région du poste de transfert (28) au-dessus du dispositif de transport de sachets (62).
