Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour appliquer une bande adhésive (10) sur un carton plié (11) ou analogue, pour en effectuer la fermeture, avec un organe de pressage au moyen duquel la bande adhésive (10) ayant été séparée d'une bande soumise à un mouvement d'avance, peut être appliquée par pression, suite au déplacement relatif, en étant soumise à une tension longitudinale sur le carton plié (11), en suivant un cordon de fermeture de ce carton plié (11), et avec un organe de maintien lisse, réalisé sous forme de tête aspirante (41), la bande adhésive (10) étant guidée dans le sens d'un affleurement, pendant l'application sur le carton plié (11) ou analogue, pour éviter tout gauchissement ou formation de plis, du fait de la tête aspirante, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de pressage est réalisé sous forme de galet de pressage (26), tourillonnant sur un lever pivotant, de façon que l'une des branches d'extrémité (39), constituée lors de la séparation de la bande adhésive (10), soit pressée sur une face latérale (40) arrière du carton plié (11), en ce que la branche d'extrémité (39) soit maintenue temporairement, au moyen de la tête aspirante (41), disposée devant le galet de pressage (26), en observant dans la direction de déplacement, et en ce que la bande adhésive (10), lors du pressage sur la face latérale (40) arrière, glisse le long d'une surface de maintien (43) de la tête aspirante (41), en glissant, ou en patinant, du fait du galet de pressage (26).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (41) est réalisée en forme de plaque et présente, dans la zone de la surface de maintien (43), plusieurs perçages d'aspiration (44) disposés à distance les uns des autres dans la direction longitudinale et dans la direction transversale, sur toute la largeur de la bande adhésive (10).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (41) fait partie d'un groupe à bande adhésive (13) fixe, sur lequel le carton plié (11) est passé en vue de recevoir la bande adhésive (10), la tête aspirante (41) saisissant, pendant le mouvement de transfert du carton plié (11), une zone en cours de progression de la bande adhésive (10) et agissant sur celle-ci dans le sens d'un balayage de lissage.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, ainsi que selon l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (41) est fixée sur des joues (14) latérales du groupe à bande adhésive (13), à l'aide de nervures support (42) orientées transversalement.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, ainsi que selon l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (41) est disposée en une position relative sélectionnée, par rapport à une lame de séparation (31), pour effectuer la coupure de séparation de la bande adhésive (10), de manière qu'un tronçon de bande adhésive (10), se dégageant une fois effectuée la coupure de séparation de la bande adhésive (10) et se dirigeant sur le carton plié, puisse être fixé au moyen de la tête aspirante (41), notamment la branche d'extrémité (39).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (41) se trouve dans la zone de la branche d'extrémité (39) libre, lorsqu'est effectuée la coupe de séparation au moyen de la lame de séparation (31).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, ainsi qu'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (41) se trouve au voisinage du galet de pressage (26) pour la branche d'extrémité (39), de manière que le galet de pressage (26) saisisse directement la branche d'extrémité (39) libre, pour effectuer le pressage sur la face latérale (40), une fois effectuée la coupe de séparation.
