Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de sachets (10) de tabac, les sachets (10) comprenant une poche (11) destinée à recevoir un contenu de sachet, et la poche (11) étant limitée par des joints latéraux (14, 15), et la poche (11) comprenant une ouverture pour l'introduction ou pour le prélèvement du contenu de sachet, et l'ouverture pouvant être fermée par un rabat (16) du sachet (10), et au moins une pièce découpée séparée étant appliquée sur le sachet (10) par collage, en particulier un ruban (19) pour la fixation du rabat de sachet (16) dans une position de fermeture sur le sachet (10) ou une vignette fiscale (21), la pièce découpée étant, dans une première étape, appliquée par une première partie (23) sur le sachet (10) et en ce que ensuite, dans une deuxième étape, une deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée (10) étant pressée contre le sachet (10) de manière à suivre un contour incurvé de celui-ci et étant appliquée sur celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que la pièce découpée est appliquée, par la première partie (23), sur le rabat de sachet (16) de telle sorte que la deuxième partie (25) fait saillie au-delà d'un bord (24) du rabat de sachet (16), et la première partie (23) étant appliquée dans la région d'une surface latérale de grande surface du sachet (10), et la deuxième partie (25) étant guidée jusque dans la région d'une surface latérale opposée et y étant appliquée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (23) de la pièce découpée est, dans la première étape, appliquée sur le sachet (10) au moyen d'un premier organe d'une machine d'emballage, et en ce que la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée est, dans la deuxième étape, appliquée sur le sachet (10) au moyen d'un deuxième organe d'une machine d'emballage, le deuxième organe n'étant pas le premier organe de la machine d'emballage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sachet (10) est disposé à plat sur une courroie de transport (31, 60) pour l'application de la pièce découpée, de telle sorte que le rabat de sachet fermé (16) est positionné dans la région d'un côté supérieur du sachet (10), et que la première partie (23) de la pièce découpée est appliquée par le haut sur le rabat de sachet (16) et ensuite la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée est placée contre le sachet (10) de manière à suivre le contour incurvé du sachet (10) et donc appliquée sur celui-ci, le sachet (10) étant fixé pour l'application de la pièce découpée, en particulier au moyen d'un dispositif de maintien vers le bas (41, 78) et/ou d'un guide supérieur (77), lequel presse le sachet (10) contre la courroie de transport (60), et/ou de guides entre lesquels le sachet (10) est retenu de préférence latéralement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rabat de sachet (16) est orienté au moyen du dispositif de maintien vers le bas (41), lequel est guidé latéralement au-dessus du côté supérieur du sachet (10) ou du rabat de sachet (16), et en ce que le dispositif de maintien vers le bas (41) maintient le rabat de sachet (16) dans la position orientée, pendant que la pièce découpée est appliquée sur le sachet (10).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sachet (10) est repoussé partiellement de la courroie de transport (31, 60) dans la direction latérale pour l'application de la pièce découpée, de sorte que des régions correspondantes soient dégagées dans la région d'un côté inférieur du sachet (10) pour l'application de la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée et que la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée soit pressée contre le sachet (10) et appliquée sur celui-ci jusque dans la région du côté inférieur du sachet (10).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la courroie de transport (31, 60) comprend, au moins dans certaines zones, un évidement (45), de telle sorte que, dans la région de l'évidement (45) de la courroie de transport (31, 60), des régions correspondantes d'un côté inférieur du sachet (10) soient dégagées pour l'application de la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée et que la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée soit guidée contre le sachet (10) et appliquée sur celui-ci jusque dans la région du côté inférieur du sachet (10).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée est appliquée sur le sachet (10) au moyen d'un rouleau presseur (43).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée est appliquée sur le sachet (10) au moyen d'au moins une pièce façonnée (51, 52) correspondant sensiblement au contour incurvé du sachet, de préférence deux pièces façonnées (51, 52) mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre étant prévues, lesquelles sont formées conjointement de manière correspondante au contour incurvé du sachet (10) et à l'aide desquelles la deuxième partie (25) est placée contre le contour du sachet (10) et appliquée contre celui-ci.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'application de la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée s'effectue à l'aide d'air comprimé, une ou plusieurs buses à air comprimé (68, 70) étant prévues, pour l'application complète ou respectivement partielle de la deuxième partie (25) contre le sachet (10).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le sachet (10) est retenu au moyen d'organes d'aspiration (64, 65) d'une tête de retenue (62) ainsi que d'au moins un organe de retenue (67), les organes d'aspiration (64, 65) agissant sur une surface latérale du sachet (10), et ledit au moins un organe de retenue agissant sur une surface latérale opposée du sachet (10) et pressant le sachet (10) contre les organes d'aspiration (64, 65), la tête de retenue (62) servant de préférence à prélever le sachet (10) d'un moyen de convoyage, en particulier d'une tourelle à sachets (58).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'aspiration (63, 64, 65) sont placés de manière adjacente à la première partie (23) de la pièce découpée ou sur la pièce découpée pour la saisie du sachet (10).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la tête de retenue (62) est entraînée en rotation et/ou pivotée pendant l'application de la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée, afin d'amener le sachet (10) ou la pièce découpée dans une position relative correcte pour l'application de la deuxième partie (25) au moyen de ladite au moins une buse à air comprimé (68, 70), une première buse à air comprimé (68) étant en particulier disposée sur la tête de retenue (62) et une deuxième buse à air comprimé (70) étant disposée de manière adjacente à la tête de retenue (70) et étant pour sa part disposée de manière rotative et/ou pivotante.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce découpée est appliquée sur le sachet (10) avec de la colle, la première partie (23) de la pièce découpée étant appliquée sur le sachet (10) au moyen d'une première colle qui prend plus rapidement qu'une deuxième colle qui est utilisée pour l'application de la deuxième partie (25) sur le sachet (10).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce découpée est appliquée sur le sachet (10) pendant que le sachet (10) se trouve dans la région d'une voie de transport, la première partie (23) de la pièce découpée étant appliquée pendant le transport du sachet (10) le long de la voie de transport, et la deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée étant appliquée pendant un arrêt de courte durée du sachet (10) dans la région de la voie de transport.
  15. Dispositif servant à mettre en œuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 14 pour la fabrication de sachets (10) de tabac, les sachets (10) comprenant une poche (11) destinée à recevoir un contenu de sachet, et la poche étant limitée par des joints latéraux (14, 15), et la poche (11) comprenant une ouverture pour l'introduction ou pour le prélèvement du contenu de sachet, et l'ouverture pouvant être fermée par un rabat de sachet (16), et au moins une pièce découpée séparée pouvant être appliquée sur le sachet (10) par collage, en particulier un ruban (19) pour la fixation du rabat de sachet dans une position de fermeture sur le sachet (10) ou une vignette fiscale (21), caractérisé par au moins un moyen d'application de la pièce découpée, comprenant un premier organe d'une machine d'emballage au moyen duquel la pièce découpée peut être, dans une première étape, appliquée par une première partie (23) sur le sachet (10) et comprenant un deuxième organe de la machine d'emballage au moyen duquel, dans une deuxième étape, une deuxième partie (25) de la pièce découpée peut être pressée contre le sachet (10) conformément au contour incurvé de celui-ci et peut être appliquée sur celui-ci, et comprenant un tambour applicateur (30) à l'aide duquel la pièce découpée, en particulier le ruban (19), peut être appliqué(e), par la première partie (23), sur le rabat de sachet (16) de telle sorte que la deuxième partie (25) fait saillie au-delà d'un bord (24) du rabat de sachet (16), et la première partie (23) pouvant être appliquée dans la région d'une surface latérale de grande surface du sachet (10), et la deuxième partie (25) pouvant être guidée jusque dans la région d'une surface latérale opposée et pouvant y être appliquée.
