Durch die schrankartige Gestaltung können die Behälter (17) und sonstige Hilfsmittel in die Fächer zugänglich eingestellt werden, was die Handhabung vereinfacht.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Koffer, insbesondere für die ambulante Fußpflege.
  • Von Pflegediensten wird häufig angeboten, dass die kosmetische Pflege, insbesondere die Fußpflege in den Wohnungen durchgeführt wird, da insbesondere viele ältere Leute nicht mehr über eine Mobilität verfügen, die es ermöglicht, dass sie Praxen aufsuchen. Die ambulante Fußpflege ist eine medizinische Pflege. Für die Fußpflege sind spezielle Instrumente, Mikromotorhandstücke mit Spray oder Absaugung, sowie flüssige und/oder pastöse Mittel notwendig. Diese müssen in Behältern mitgeführt werden.
  • Dies erfolgt beispielsweise durch sogenannte Pilotenkoffer, die einen unteren Boden, zwei beabstandete Längsseitenwände und zwei rechtwinklig dazu stehende Breitseitenwände sowie eine dem unteren Boden gegenüberliegende schwenkbare Verschlussklappe aufweisen. Der Innenraum eines solchen Koffers kann auch durch mehrere Zwischenwände noch unterteilt werden, die in Richtung der Längsseitenwände verlaufen. Dies ist jedoch im Hinblick auf die mitzuführenden Behälter äußerst ungünstig. Darüber hinaus müssen bei solchen Koffern die einzelnen Behälter und viele Hilfsmittel übereinander gestellt werden, so dass die Anordnung innerhalb des Koffers äußerst unübersichtlich und demzufolge auch unhandlich ist.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Koffer der eingangs genannten Art so zu gestalten, dass er insbesondere für den mobilen Einsatz geeignet ist, und wobei das Gewicht so gering wie möglich ist, und dass die mitzuführenden Behälter und Behandlungsmittel übersichtlich und leicht erkennbar darin angeordnet werden können. Darüber hinaus soll der Koffer praktisch in der Handhabung und sein Gewicht soll relativ gering sein.
  • Die gestellte Aufgabe wird durch einen Koffer mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Koffer schrankartig ausgebildet und durch mehrere im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Zwischenböden in einzelne Fächer unterteilt ist. Dies führt zu dem Vorteil, dass der Innenraum des Koffers maximal genutzt werden kann bei gleichzeitig minimalen Außenmaßen. Es ergibt sich eine maximale Nutzung des Innenraums unter Berücksichtigung minimaler Außenmaße des Koffers für guten Tragekomfort. Durch die schrankartige Gestaltung können nunmehr insbesondere die Behälter und die sonstigen Hilfsmittel in die Fächer eingestellt werden, so dass sofort ersichtlich ist, wo sich der Behälter mit entsprechenden Behandlungsmitteln oder sonstigen Hilfsmitteln befindet. Die Behälter können als Wechselboxen mit Materialreserven ausgebildet sein und nach einem Schema abgestellt werden, so dass die die Behandlung durchführende Person stets den für die Behandlung notwendigen Behälter aus dem Koffer herausnehmen kann. Reserven werden außerhalb des Koffers zur Verfügung gehalten und verhindern unnötiges Tragegewicht. Außerdem sind die Behälter in hygienischer Weise schnell austauschbar.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise werden in die Fächer zur Aufnahme der Behandlungsinstrumente und kosmetischer Behandlungsmittel, mit Deckeln versehene Behälter eingestellt. Insbesondere kann auch ein Fräsgerät mit Absaugung oder Sprayeinrichtung in dem Koffer untergebracht sein.
  • Damit verhindert wird, dass zur Desinfektion und Reinigung der Instrumente kosmetisches Behandlungsmittel in flüssiger oder pastöser Form aus den Behältern herausquillt, ist vorgesehen, dass diese mit flüssigkeitsdichten Deckeln versehen sind. Darüber hinaus muss die Aufbewahrung gereinigter, desinfizierter bzw. sterilisierter Instrumente sichergestellt sein.
  • Damit die abgestellten Behälter bequem aus den Fächern herausgenommen werden können, ist vorgesehen, dass eine Längsseitenwand des Koffers als schwenkbare Verschlusswand ausgebildet ist, die horizontal oder vertikal schwenkbar ist. Dadurch wird der gesamte Innenraum des Koffers von der vorderen Längsseite aus zugänglich. Alternativ kann die Verschlusswand auch als ansetzbare Verschlusswand ausgebildet sein und für die Behandlung abgenommen werden.
  • Da die kosmetischen Behandlungsmittel in unterschiedlichen Mengen benötigt werden, ist vorgesehen, dass die Größen der Behälter unterschiedlich sind. Damit die Behälter flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossen werden können, ist vorgesehen, dass die Deckel der Behälter gegenüber den zugeordneten Rändern des kastenartigen Teils jedes Behälters mittels Dichtungen, insbesondere mittels Hohlkammerdichtungen abgedichtet sind. Damit beim Transport des Koffers auf die eingestellten Behälter keine Fremdkräfte einwirken, ist vorgesehen, dass der Koffer in sich formstabil ist.
  • Um dabei das Transportgewicht so gering wie möglich zu halten, ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest die äußeren Wandungen des Koffers aus einem leichten, beständigen und schlagzähen Material wie z.B. Polycarbonat oder AB S gebildet sind, das sich nahtlos verarbeiten lässt. Bei diesem Material handelt es sich um ein relativ kostenintensives Material, welches jedoch aufgrund der Festigkeit in geringster Menge eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Der Koffer ist darüber hinaus sehr leicht zu reinigen, so dass er als hygienisch optimal zu sehen ist.
  • Während einer kosmetischen Behandlung wird üblicherweise der Koffer auf dem Fußboden oder einem Tisch abgestellt. Damit er beispielsweise bei einer ungewollten Berührung nicht umfällt, ist in weiterer Ausgestaltung vorgesehen, dass außenseitig am unteren Boden wenigstens ein zur Erhöhung der Standsicherheit des abgestellten Koffers dienender Ausleger schwenkbar gelagert ist. Der Ausleger kann dann bei verschlossenem Koffer so geschwenkt werden, dass er gegenüber den Längsseitenwänden des Koffers nicht vorsteht. Während einer Behandlung kann er dann beispielsweise um 90° geschwenkt werden, so dass zumindest eine Längsseitenwand, und zwar die, die der die Behandlung durchführenden Person abgewandt liegt, vorsteht. In bevorzugter Ausführung ist jedoch vorgesehen, dass der Ausleger gegenüber den beiden Längsseitenwänden vorsteht. Zur Ausleuchtung des Koffers und eines Behandlungsfeldes während einer Behandlung ist vorgesehen, dass dieser mit einer allseits schwenkbaren und biegbaren Lichtquelle versehen ist. Diese Lichtquelle enthält mindestens eine LED. Diese Lichtquelle ist in bevorzugter Ausführung an Bauteilen des Koffers ansetz- oder anklemmbar.
  • Die Handhabung des Koffers wird noch zusätzlich erhöht, wenn die Zwischenböden aus dem Koffer herausziehbar sind. Hierfür können in den Schmalseitenwänden des Koffers Nuten ausgebildet sein, in denen die Zwischenböden verschiebbar geführt sind.
  • Anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung noch näher erläutert.

  • Der in der Figur 1 dargestellte Koffer 10 ist mit einem unteren Boden 11, einem oberen Boden 12, einer die Rückwand bildenden Längsseitenwand 13 und zwei Querwänden 14, 15 ausgestattet. Der schrankartig ausgebildete Koffer 10 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel mit drei bzw. vier herausziehbaren Zwischenböden 16 ausgestattet, so dass der Innenraum in vier bzw. fünf Fächer unterteilt ist. Wie die Figur zeigt, sind auf den Zwischenböden 16 Behälter 17 unterschiedlicher Größe abgestellt. Es können in die Fächer soviel Behälter 17 abgestellt werden, dass sie vollkommen ausgefüllt sind.
  • Wie die Figur 1 ferner zeigt, ist die vordere Längsseitenwand 13 abnehmbar oder schwenkbar angeordnet, so dass zur Durchführung einer Behandlung die einzelnen Fächer ungehindert zugänglich sind, oder Zwischenböden ausziehbar sind. Hierfür sind an den Querwänden 14 und 15 integral Nuten ausgebildet, an den die Zwischenböden 16 verschiebbar gelagert sind.
  • Zum Abnehmen einer vorderen Längsseitenwand 13 sind am Boden 11 zwei Scharnierelemente 20 mit Achsen vorgesehen, an denen jeweils ein Steckelement der Längsseitenwand 13 aufgesetzt werden kann. An dem oberen Boden 12 sind zwei Verschlusselemente 21 angeordnet, die über einen verschwenkbaren Griffabschnitt betätigbar sind und die vordere Längsseitenwand 13 zusammen mit den Scharnierelementen 20 fixieren können.
  • Zumindest der untere Boden 11, der obere Boden 12, die Längsseitenwände einschließlich der schwenkbaren oder der klappbaren sowie die Querwände 14, 15 sind zur Gewichtsreduzierung aus einem Polycarbonat oder AB S hergestellt.
  • Wie die Figuren 1 und 2 ferner zeigen, sind außenseitig an den unteren Boden 11 Füße 18 angeformt oder angesetzt, so dass der untere Boden 11 im Abstand zum Fußboden bzw. zu einer Platte steht. Dadurch kann in vorteilhafter Weise am unteren Boden 11 ein schwenk- oder drehbar angeordneter Ausleger 19 gelagert werden. Der Ausleger 19 ist als Flachteil ausgebildet und von den Abmessungen her so gestaltet, dass er zumindest bei abgestelltem Koffer 10 so gestellt werden kann, dass er gegen eine der beiden Längsseitenwände 13 oder gegenüber beiden Längsseitenwänden 13 vorsteht. Dadurch wird die Standsicherheit des Koffers 10 wesentlich erhöht.
  • Der Koffer 10 kann an einem Griff 27 getragen werden, kann jedoch auch mittels eines Transportrollers gefahren werden. Hierfür sind an der hinteren Längsseitenwand 13 Montageelemente 22 vorgesehen, um ein Gestänge festzulegen, um den Koffer 10 optional als Transportroller einsetzen zu können.
  • Zur Ausleuchtung des Koffers und/oder eines Behandlungsfeldes während einer Behandlung ist eine Lichtquelle 23 vorgesehen. Die Lichtquelle 23 enthält mindestens eine LED und ist über eine biegbare Stange 24 drehbar an einem Halteelement 25 an einer Querwand 15 des Koffers 10 festgelegt. Die Lichtquelle 23 kann somit in ein Fach des Koffers 10 für den Transport verstaut werden und für die Behandlung in die gewünschte Position gebogen werden. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt gewichtsreduziert durch Einsparung eines Trafos über ein Kabel 26, das mit einer elektrischen Stromversorgung eines medizinischen Behandlungsgerätes verbunden ist, beispielsweise eines im Koffer 10 untergebrachten Absauggerätes oder eines Fräsgerätes.
  • Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. Wesentlich ist, dass der Koffer 10 in sich formstabil ausgelegt und dass der Innenraum in mehrere Fächer durch Zwischenböden 16 unterteilt ist, und dass darüber hinaus die in die Fächer eingestellten flüssigkeitsdichten Behälter 17 in einer übersichtlichen Form und ohne Behinderungen aus dem Koffer 10 herausgenommen werden können.

Claims (12)

  1. Koffer (10), insbesondere für die ambulante Fußpflege, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Koffer (10) schrankartig ausgebildet und durch mehrere im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Zwischenböden (16) in einzelne Fächer unterteilt ist.
  2. Koffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Fächer zur Aufnahme der Behandlungsinstrumente und kosmetischer Behandlungsmittel flüssigkeitsdichte, mit Deckeln versehene Behälter (17) abgestellt sind.
  3. Koffer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Längsseitenwand (13) oder Innenseite des Koffers (10) als horizontal oder vertikal schwenkbare Verschlusswand oder als ansetzbare Verschlusswand ausgebildet ist.
  4. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größen der in die Fächer abgestellten Behälter (17) unterschiedlich sind.
  5. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckel der Behälter (17) gegenüber den zugeordneten Rändern des kastenartigen Teils mittels Dichtungen insbesondere mittels Hohlkammerdichtungen abgedichtet sind.
  6. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insbesondere die äußeren Wandungen (13, 14, 15) des Koffers (10) formstabil und aus einem relativ leichten Material wie z.B. aus einem Polycarbonat oder ABS gefertigt sind.
  7. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außenseitig am unteren Boden (11) zur Bildung eines Abstandes zwischen dem unteren Boden (11) und dem Fußboden Füße (18) angeformt oder angesetzt sind.
  8. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außenseitig am unteren Boden (11) wenigstens ein zur Erhöhung der Standsicherheit des abgestellten Koffers (10) dienender Ausleger (19) schwenk- oder drehbar gelagert ist.
  9. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (19) in der ausgeschwenkten Stellung zumindest gegenüber einer Längsseitenwand (13), vorzugsweise gegenüber beiden Längsseitenwänden vorsteht.
  10. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Ausleuchtung des Behandlungsfeldes des Koffers (10) eine Lichtquelle (23) an den Koffer (10) ansetzbar ist, die zumindest eine LED aufweist.
  11. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bauhöhe des Koffers zur Anpassung der Höhen der Fächer variabel ist.
  12. Koffer nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenböden (16) herausziehbar sind.
