Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Krankenhaus-Nachttisch mit einer Oberplatte, die aus einer waagerechten Gebrauchslage zum Zugänglichmachen des darunter befindlichen Raumes wegbewegbar ist sowohl in der Gebrauchs- als auch in der wegbewegten Lage arretierbar ist.
  • Heutzutage besteht die Forderung, daß Krankenhaus-Nachttische in der Regel zusammen mit dem zugeordneten Krankenbett durch Spritzwasser desinfiziert werden. Dabei besteht das Problem darin, auch unzugängliche Räume und Ecken, insbesondere Schubladen und Schubladenfächer, aber auch das Innere im Nachttischcorpus zu erreichen. Besonders unter der waagerechten Oberplatte, die den Nachttischcorpus nach oben abschließt, und unter der in der Regel eine seitlich herausziehbare Schublade angeordnet ist, läßt sich nur schwer eine zuverlässige Reinigung und Desinfektion erzielen.
  • Vorbekannt ist es auch, der die Bettischplatte und die Hubhilfe aufweisenden Seitenwand des Nachttischcorpus eine Lochplatte zuzuordnen, um von hieraus beim Desinfizieren auch das Einsprühen von Desinfektionsflüssigkeit zu ermöglichen. Abgesehen davon, daß eine solche Lochplatte das ungewollte Hineinschauen in das Innere des Schrankfaches beim Gebrauch ermöglicht, so daß ein solcher Nachttisch nicht gerade formschön aussieht, ist auch das Eindringen der Desinfektionsflüssigkeit von dieser Seite aus nur unvollkommen gewährleistet.
  • Bei sämtlichen bisher zum Stande der Technik zählenden Bauarten besteht darüber hinaus der Nachteil, daß zwar bei geöffneter Tür, d.h. von der Stirnseite Desinfektionsflüssigkeit in das Innere des Schrankfaches hineingelangen kann, aber auch bei der Anordnung einer seitlichen Lochplatte nicht gewährleistet ist, daß Ecken und Kanten im Innern des Schrankfaches zuverlässig gesäubert und desinfiziert werden. Besonders läßt sich hierbei der kritische Raum unterhalb der Oberplatte des Nachttisches mit Desinfektionsflüssigkeit (Spritzwasser) nicht erreichen.
  • Ein Krankenhaus-Nachttisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff ist aus der US-A-3 164 431 vorbekannt. Bei diesem Krankenhaus-Machttisch und den Nachttischen nach der DE-C-735 023 und der DE-U-1 939 782 besteht grundsätzlich schon die Möglichkeit, auch den Raum unmittelbar unterhalb der Oberplatte, insbesondere der durch eine Schublade unterhalb der Oberplatte eingenommene Bereich, mit Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsflüssigkeit (Spritzwasser) zu säubern und zu desinfizieren, so daß an sich ein solchermaßen ausgebildeter Krankenhaus-Nachttisch gemeinsam mit dem Krankenbett in die Desinfektionszentrale transportiert werden könnte, wobei nicht nur die dafür in Betracht kommenden Türen geöffnet werden, sondern auch die Oberplatte weggeschwenkt wird, so daß dann auch der Bereich unterhalb der Oberplatte - zum Beispiel nach dem Herausziehen der Schublade - von oben und/oder seitlich vom Spritzwasser erreicht und gereinigt sowie desinfiziert werden kann.
  • Aus der US-A-2 666 679 ist ein Nachttisch mit einer aus ihrer vertikalen Ruhestellung in eine horizontale Gebrauchslage hochschwenkbare Bettischplatte vorbekannt, wobei der Nachttischcorpus unterhalb einer Oberplatte mit einem nach drei Seiten offenen Ablagefach und einem darunter angeordneten, durch eine Tür verschließbaren Schrank versehen ist. Der Nachttisch ist auf Rollen verfahrbar angeordnet.
  • Die FR-A-957 666 zeigt einen im wesentlichen aus einem gebogenen Rohrgestell bestehenden Tisch und einer neigungsverstellbaren Tischplatte.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Bewegungsmechanismus für die Oberplatte wesentlich zu verbessern.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die in Patentanspruch 1 wiedergegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Bei dem Krankenhaus-Nachttisch nach der Erfindung ist an der Unterseite der Oberplatte ein als Rastplatte ausgebildetes Verriegelungsteil angeordnet, das zum Beispiel aus Kunststoff bestehen kann. In Offenstellung hält die Doppel-Drehfeder die Oberplatte etwa unter 45° zur waagerechten Gebrauchslage, während in Verriegelungsstellung das Verriegelungsteil mit einer Rastnase unter einer Rastleiste am Nachttischcorpus greift, die parallel zur Schwenkachse verläuft, unterhalb der Unterseite der Bettischplatte in deren horizontale Gebrauchslage angeordnet ist. Das Verriegelungsteil ist an seinem der Tischplatte zugekehrten freien Endabschnitt mit einem Federteil verbunden, das mit einem rechtwinklig abgekröpften Teil mit dem Nachttisch verbunden ist, derart, daß in Verriegelungsstellung die Rastnase unterhalb der Rastleiste greift.
  • Durch Aufbringung einer Kraft wird über das Verriegelungsteil das Federteil verformt, derart, daß die Rastnase von der Rastleiste freikommt, woraufhin die Doppel-Drehfeder die Oberplatte nach oben hin in ihre etwa 45° gerichtete Stellung schwenkt. In dieser Lage kann auch von oben in die Schublade, aber auch in den darunter befindlichen Raum Spritzwasser (Desinfektionsflüssigkeit) ungehindert eintreten, besonders dann, wenn vorher noch die Schublade entfernt und beispielsweise auf das Krankenbett gelegt wird. Besonders im letzteren Fall ist ein freier Zutritt zu allen Innenräumen des Nachttisches gegeben, nicht nur von der Seite her durch die geöffneten Schrankfächer, sondern nunmehr auch von oben und seitlich kann Spritzwasser (Desinfektionsflüssigkeit) in das Innere des Nachttisches eintreten und diesen intensiv desinfizieren und reinigen. Wird ein Anschlag gelöst, so läßt sich die Oberplatte auch um mehr als 45° zum Beispiel um mindestens 90° oder weiter nach oben offenschwenken.
  • Zum Schließen der Oberplatte wird eine Kraft auf diese ausgeübt, woraufhin die Oberplatte unter Überwindung der Rückstellkraft der Doppel-Drehfeder nach unten geschwenkt wird bis das Verriegelungsteil mit der Rastnase einrastet.
  • Gemäß Patentanspruch 2 wird das Verriegelungsteil durch einen Exzenter von außen mit einem Schlüssel betätigt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung - teils schematisch - an einem Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht. Es zeigen:

  • Mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ist ein Corpus eines Krankenhaus-Nachttisches bezeichnet, der im unteren Bereich ein Schrankfach 2 aufweist, das beidseitig oder einseitig durch je eine Tür verschlossen ist. Von diesen Türen ist in Fig. 2 lediglich die Tür 3 ersichtlich. Die Türen 3 können beim Desinfektionsvorgang geöffnet werden, so daß die Sprühflüssigkeit von beiden Seiten in den Raum des Schrankfaches 2 eintreten kann. In dem Schrankfach 2 können nicht dargestellte Einlegeböden zur Aufnahme von Wäsche oder dgl. vorhanden sein.
  • Mit dem Bezugszeichen 4 ist ein Handgriff bezeichnet, durch den sich die Tür 3 offen- und zuschwenken läßt.
  • Über dem Schrankfach 2 befindet sich ein weiteres Fach 5, das durchgehend geöffnet sein kann. Darüber ist eine Schublade 6 angeordnet, die z.B. nach beiden Seiten herausziehbar ist. Am Nachttischcorpus 1 ist über eine Schwenkachse 7 eine Oberplatte 8 in vertikaler Ebene E - F um ein begrenztes Winkelmaß - vorliegend etwa um 45° - auf- und niederschwenkbar. Das Aufwärtsschwenken wird durch eine Doppel-Drehfeder 9 unterstützt, deren einer Schenkel 9a (Fig. 3) an der Unterseite 10 anliegt, während der andere Schenkel 9b sich gegen ein corpusfestes Widerlager 11 abstützt. Die Doppel-Drehfeder 9 ist mit einem Auge 12 auf einer Stange 13 gelagert, die ebenfalls corpusfest angeordnet ist und deren Längsachse parallel zur Schwenkachse 7 verläuft.
  • An dem der Schwenkachse 7 abgekehrten Ende ist bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform an der Unterseite 10 der Oberplatte 8 ein als Rastplatte ausgebildetes Verriegelungsteil 14 angeordnet, das aus Kunststoff besteht. In Offenstellung hält die Doppel-Drehfeder 9 die Oberplatte 8 (Fig. 1 und 3) etwa unter 45° zur waagerechten Gebrauchslage (durchgezogene Linien in Fig. 3 der Oberplatte), während in Verriegelungsstellung (Fig. 3) das Verriegelungsteil 14 mit einer Rastnase 15 unter eine Rastleiste 16 am Nachttischcorpus 1 greift, die parallel zur Schwenkachse 7 verläuft, die unterhalb der Unterseite 10 der Bettischplatte 8 in deren horizontaler Gebrauchslage angeordnet ist. Wie man besonders deutlich aus Fig. 3 erkennt, ist das Verriegelungsteil 14 an seinem der Tischplatte 8 zugekehrten freien Endabschnitt mit einem Federteil 17 verbunden, das mit einem rechtwinklig abgekröpften Teil mit dem Nachttisch verbunden ist, derart, daß in Verriegelungsstellung (Fig. 3) die Rastnase 15 unterhalb der Rastleiste 16 greift.
  • Durch Aufbringen einer Kraft P₁ wird über das Verriegelungsteil 14 das Federteil 17 verformt, derart, daß die Rastnase 15 von der Rastleiste 16 freikommt, woraufhin die Doppel-Drehfeder 9 die Oberplatte 8 nach oben in ihre unter etwa 45° gerichtete Stellung schwenkt. In dieser Lage kann auch von oben in die Schublade, aber auch in den darunter befindlichen Raum Spritzwasser (Desinfektionsflüssigkeit) ungehindert eintreten, besonders dann, wenn vorher noch die Schublade entfernt und beispielsweise auf das Krankenbett gelegt wird. Besonders im letzten Falle ist ein freier Zutritt zu allen Innenräumen des Nachttisches gegeben, da dann nicht nur von der Seite her durch die geöffneten Schrankfächer, sondern nunmehr auch von oben und seitlich her Spritzwasser (Desinfektionsflüssigkeit) in das Innere des Nachttisches eintreten und diesen intensiv desinfizieren und reinigen kann.
  • Wird ein Anschlag 18 gelöst, so läßt sich die Oberplatte 48 auch um mehr als 45°, z.B. um mindestens 90° oder weiter nach oben offenschwenken.
  • Zum Schließen der Oberplatte wird mit der Kraft P₂ auf diese eingewirkt, woraufhin die Oberplatte 8 unter Überwindung der Rückstellkraft der Doppel-Drehfeder 9 nach unten geschwenkt wird bis das Verriegelungsteil 14 mit der Rastnase 18 einrastet.
  • Die in der Zusammenfassung, in der Beschreibung und in den Patentansprüchen beschriebenen sowie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlichen Merkmale können sowohl einzeln als in beliebigen Kombinationen für die Verwirklichung der Erfindung wesentlich sein.
  • Bei den aus den Fig. 4 und 6 ersichtlichen Ausführungsformen wird das Verriegelungsteil 14 durch einen Exzenter 19 von außen mit einem Schlüssel betätigt.

Claims (2)

  1. Krankenhaus-Nachttisch mit einer Oberplatte (8), die aus einer waagerechten Gebrauchslage zum Zugänglichmachen des darunter befindlichen Raumes wegbewegbar ist sowohl in der Gebrauchs- als auch in der wegbewegten Lage arretierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberplatte (8) in vertikaler Ebene wegschwenkbar angeordnet ist, daß am Nachttischcorpus eine Doppel-Drehfeder (9) vorgesehen ist, deren einer Schenkel an der Unterseite (10) der Oberplatte (8) und deren anderer Schenkel an einem corpusfesten Widerlager (11) anliegt, während die Doppel-Drehfeder (9) mit einem Auge (12) auf einer Stange (13) gelagert ist, die am Nachttischcorpus angeordnet ist, derart, daß ihre Längsachse parallel zur Schwenkachse (7) für die Oberplatte (8) verläuft und daß das Verriegelungsteil (14) ein plattenförmiges Element ist, das entweder auf einem Längenabschnitt selbst federelastisch ausgebildet ist, oder aber über ein Federteil (17) mit der Unterseite der Oberplatte (8) verbunden ist, wobei das Verriegelungsteil (14) eine Rastnase (15) aufweist, die unter eine corpusfeste Rastleiste (16) in Verriegelungsstellung einrastet.
  2. Krankenhaus-Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsteil (14) durch einen Exzenter-Drehknopf (19) außerhalb des Nachttischcorpuses (1) in Entriegelungstellung beweglich angeordnet ist.
