Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif d'emballage (1) pour emballer des produits, en particulier des produits empilés sur des palettes ou similaires, comprenant une feuille en forme de tuyau, dans lequel, pour produire et acheminer une enveloppe de feuille de type capot à l'intérieur d'un bâti, un dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est pourvu d'un agencement de soudage et de coupe qui coopère avec un dispositif de revêtement (7) déplaçable verticalement de haut en bas à l'intérieur du bâti (6), qui est réalisé pour saisir l'enveloppe de feuille et pour la tirer au-dessus des produits disposés dans une région inférieure du bâti (6),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est disposé de manière mobile verticalement à l'intérieur du bâti (6).
  2. Dispositif d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est disposé dans un cadre (5) déplaçable verticalement à l'intérieur du bâti (6).
  3. Dispositif d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est déplaçable entre au moins une position de fonctionnement supérieure et une position d'entretien inférieure.
  4. Dispositif d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on prévoit pour le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) sur le bâti (6) au moins un dispositif de blocage pour fixer le dispositif d'avance de feuille dans une position correspondante.
  5. Dispositif d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de blocage présente au moins un mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) par le biais duquel le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est maintenu dans la position correspondante et qui peut être libéré par un déplacement vertical du dispositif de revêtement (7) au contact du dispositif de revêtement (7) avec le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) pour déplacer le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4).
  6. Mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) pour la fixation verticale d'un dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) déplaçable verticalement à l'intérieur d'un bâti (6), avec un agencement de soudage et de coupe, en particulier pour un dispositif d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    une genouillère (12) qui peut pivoter autour d'un premier axe de pivotement disposé transversalement au sens de déplacement vertical (V', V") du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) et qui présente un évidement d'encliquetage (12f) interne tourné vers le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4), une région de rampe (12e) de la genouillère (12) étant réalisée de manière complémentaire à une saillie d'encliquetage (15) sur le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4), de telle sorte que lors d'un mouvement vertical ascendant (V') du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4), un pivotement de la genouillère (12) vers l'extérieur soit provoqué, jusqu'à ce que la saillie d'encliquetage (15) s'engage dans une position d'encliquetage dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (12f) pour la fixation du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) par rapport à un mouvement descendant (V").
  7. Mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la genouillère (12) est précontrainte dans la direction du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4).
  8. Mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la genouillère (12) coopère, dans la région de son extrémité libre éloignée du premier axe de pivotement, par le biais d'un élément de contact (12g) avec un levier pivotant (13), qui peut pivoter autour d'un deuxième axe de pivotement (14) parallèle au premier axe de pivotement, de sorte qu'un pivotement du levier pivotant (13) soit provoqué par un pivotement de la genouillère (12), et en ce que le levier pivotant (13) présente un évidement (13d) qui est réalisé de telle sorte que dans le cas d'un déplacement vertical ascendant (V') du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) au-delà de la position d'encliquetage, l'élément de contact (12e) de la genouillère (12) vienne en prise dans l'évidement (13d) et provoque, par le levier pivotant (13) un blocage de la genouillère (12) dans une position pivotée au maximum, dans laquelle un mouvement vertical libre (V', V") du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est possible.
  9. Mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le levier pivotant (13) présente, dans la position pivotée au maximum de la genouillère (12), un dépassement (13f) tourné vers le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) par rapport au deuxième axe de pivotement (14), de sorte que dans le cas d'un mouvement descendant (V") du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) au-delà de la position d'encliquetage par la saille d'encliquetage (15), lors du contact avec le dépassement (13f) du levier pivotant (12), un pivotement du levier pivotant (13) associé à une libération de la genouillère (12) hors de l'évidement (13d) sur le levier pivotant (13) puisse être obtenu.
  10. Mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins une partie (10a) du mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) peut être déplacée horizontalement par rapport au dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) entre une première position de fonctionnement intérieure et une deuxième position de veille extérieure, aucune interaction entre la saillie d'encliquetage (15) et la genouillère (12) et/ou le levier pivotant (13) n'ayant lieu dans la deuxième position lors du déplacement vertical du dispositif d'avance de feuille (4).
  11. Procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, en particulier utilisant le mécanisme d'encliquetage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour l'emballage de produits, le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est déplacé à l'intérieur du bâti (6) dans une position de fonctionnement supérieure et est fixé dans cette position, et en ce que pour une intervention sur le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4), celui-ci est déplacé à l'intérieur du bâti (6) dans une position abaissée.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'avance de feuille (4) est déplacé par un déplacement vertical (V) du dispositif de revêtement (7).
