- Possible bottle bottoms 107 are based on the Fig. 2a and 2b explained.
- a champagne base 201 or a petaloid bottom 202 is better suited.
- the advantage of the champagne flute 201 is that, with the same wall thickness, less material is used for this than for the petaloid bottom 202, since the champagne fl oet 201 has a smaller surface area.
- the petaloid bottom 202 has the advantage that it is very stable if the bottle is under high pressure (eg if the bottle is filled with a carbonated beverage).
- additional reinforcing elements can be used both in the case of the champagne base 201 and the petaloid base 202.
- a bottle package 300 is shown.
- the bottles 100 are arranged alternately with bottleneck opening upwards and with bottleneck opening downwards, whereby a space-saving storage of the bottle is possible.
- additional space can be saved during stacking.
- a preform (bottle blank) is heated, whereby the preform becomes deformable.
- the preform is expanded within a mold by means of, for example, air pressure.
- the bottle material is area-stretched by a factor of> 20 (1 cm 2 of the preform is expanded to an area of over 20 cm 2 ).
- the wall thickness decreases during area stretching. In the case of bottles 100, this generally means that a correspondingly large bottle volume is generated by large area stretching.

Description

Fig. 1a mit Hilfe von Rillen 108 erleichtert.
Fig. 1b skizziert.
Fig. 2a und 2b erläutert. - In
Fig. 3 ist ein Flaschengebinde 300 dargestellt. - In
Fig. 4 wird ein Formblasverfahren 400 erläutert.
