Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with a shoe upper.
  • shoes which are equipped with means by which the length of the shoe can be adjusted in the direction of the shoe's longitudinal axis. Exemplary is on the US 6,138,385 pointed. With the embodiment of a shoe sole shown there, the shoe size can be continuously adjusted over certain areas and the shoe can thus be adapted to individual needs.
  • the DE 201 19 907 U1 a sports shoe having a sole and a shoe upper connected thereto which surrounds the forefoot, the joint area and the heel area of the foot. So that the shoe can be folded in a simple manner in a travel-manageable format, it is provided that the shoe upper has an incision in the heel area, which extends in the vertical direction to the sole, wherein the both sides of the incision located parts of the shoe upper in the heel area Folding are formed on a flat format for transporting the shoe inwardly in the direction of the sole foldable or foldable.
  • the invention has the object of providing a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, of the type mentioned in such a way that on the one hand collapsing the shoe to a small size in a simple manner possible, however, on the other hand, the shoe has a sufficient inherent rigidity during normal use.
  • the shoe upper at least partially consists of a pliable material that allows pushing together of the shoe upper in the shoe longitudinal direction, wherein at least in a shoe longitudinal direction extending portion of the shoe at least one reinforcing element on or in the shoe upper is arranged, which maintains the shape of the shoe in a section substantially perpendicular to the shoe longitudinal direction, wherein the pliable material is disposed in the connecting region between the shoe front part and the shoe rear part, wherein the shoe upper at least in the region of the toes and in the heel region of rigid material and wherein the reinforcing elements are arranged at least over the entire connection region between the shoe front part and the shoe rear part.
  • the reinforcing elements are stiffer at least by a factor of 5, preferably by a factor of 10, as far as the deformation of the shoe from its position of use is concerned. The holding of the shoe in its position of use is thus accomplished almost exclusively by the reinforcing elements, not by the material of the shoe upper in the region in which the reinforcing elements are arranged.
  • the individual reinforcing elements extend substantially - apart from a certain inclination to the vertical due to the anatomy of the foot - in a plane which is perpendicular to the shoe longitudinal direction.
  • limber upper material is provided only in the central region of the shoe, while the heel and the toe of the shoe are conventionally made of dimensionally stable material.
  • the reinforcing element can preferably be designed as a closed ring encircling the upper part of the shoe or as a part of the ring partially revolving around the upper part of the shoe.
  • a plurality of mutually parallel reinforcing elements are arranged on or in the shoe upper part with advantage. These are arranged at least over the entire connection region between the shoe front part and the shoe rear part.
  • the reinforcing elements may also be arranged substantially over the entire region of the longitudinal extension of the shoe upper - possibly apart from the foremost tip area.
  • the reinforcing elements can be provided with stiffening means, which prevent the pushability of the shoe upper in the shoe longitudinal direction or difficult.
  • stiffening means can be formed by a web-shaped connection between two adjacent reinforcing elements.
  • the connection may be wave-shaped or fishbone-like between two adjacent reinforcing elements.
  • the stiffening means may be arranged in the region of the reinforcing elements facing the bottom.
  • releasable stiffening means are arranged or can be arranged on or on the upper part of the shoe, which comprise at least two adjacent reinforcing elements in a form-fitting manner and keep them at a distance, in order to prevent or hinder the push-fit of the upper in the shoe longitudinal direction.
  • the releasable stiffening means can be designed as an attachable clip, in particular as a clip which can be placed on the instep. It can also be designed as a sole element.
  • the releasable stiffening means preferably has recesses which are adapted to the shape of the reinforcing elements. It can be provided that between the stiffening means and cooperating with this reinforcing elements a clip connection is arranged.
  • the said stiffening means for preventing or complicating the collapsibility of the shoe upper in the direction of the shoe longitudinal axis can also be designed as inherently stiff insole.
  • the shoe has a locking band, which consists of tensile material and runs around the heel of the shoe.
  • the locking strap can be arranged in a guide, in particular in a fabric tube fixed to the shoe upper.
  • At least one reinforcing element arranged in the instep area can consist of elastic material which can be stretched in the circumferential direction.
  • the upper (i.e., shoe upper material) of the shoe may be selected to be waterproof or breathable as needed.
  • a frame can be formed, wherein the reinforcing elements can be molded directly onto the material of the shoe upper or pressed onto this.
  • Corresponding materials would be z.
  • thermoplastic materials mainly polyamide or polyurethane, or pressed or sprayed rubber or thermoplastic rubber.
  • the circumferential or partially circumferential ribs may extend over the entire region of the shaft (upper part of the shoe) or only over parts of the same, z. B. over the forefoot and / or the joint area.
  • material between the ribs can also form a kind of sole base to protect against external influences.
  • the tip or the heel part can in the same process as a functional part, for. B. as a peak protection in motorcycle boots and / or as heel caps, with molded. In this case, the rest Also be sewn on the functional parts afterwards; It is especially thought of shoes with sewn sole parts.
  • the functional parts can z. B. ventilation recesses or special Abriebs vom have or serve as receptacles for additional accessories (eg., Electronic components).
  • An extension of the shoe upper in the shoe longitudinal direction can be achieved by a low-stretch shaft material or by correspondingly strain-free lining materials or reinforcements.
  • a length adjustability can be adjusted by an adjustment, z. B. by said locking band can be achieved.
  • the frame i.e., the arrangement of the individual reinforcing elements
  • the frame i.e., the arrangement of the individual reinforcing elements
  • the shaft - designed as moccasin -, d. H. the shoe upper is then arranged later, z. B. clipped.
  • the shaft material has corresponding projections (sewn or also sprayed), which are clipped between the individual ribs of the frame in order to prevent excessive displacement of the individual reinforcing elements to each other or a displacement of shaft material and frame.
  • the shoe is prevented to shorten in the shoe longitudinal direction.
  • the advantage of this embodiment of the invention is that the shaft can be replaced, for. B. for different applications.
  • the circumferential reinforcing elements can in principle also serve directly as a running surface. To avoid a kinking of the ribs or an excessive “swimming", but still the Pushability of the shoe continues to allow, there are two preferred ways:
  • the rings may be formed in the bottom area as not straight lines, z. B. as concentric waves or herringbone profile.
  • the rings are stabilized by a negative additional sole element (stiffening agent), which "on the forefoot or the hindfoot - only partially or over the entire surface covering - in the ribs" occurred "and due to fit or due to friction adheres to the ribs.
  • a stiffening sole element and additional damping elements can be integrated.
  • the adjustment of the size of the shoe or its length can be achieved in various ways:
  • a locking band which extends around the heel; the band can not be made stretchable or adjustable.
  • the locking band which may be arranged in a fabric tube (formed of shaft material) can run freely and be connected at the front end with the foremost rib (reinforcing member) and have corresponding adjustment possibilities at the rear end.
  • This type of adjustment also has the advantage that the shoe can be deliberately pulled together and then remains in this position by fixing the locking band in a defined position.
  • the lacing can also be realized in different ways:
  • the shaft clip designed as a clip can be placed on the shoe both from above (see the following embodiment below) and from below. In the case of placing from below, the individual clip plates can also be laced very easily by a molded central twist lock.
  • a collapse of the shoe when needed is possible in a simple manner, so that a space-saving transport, z. B. when accommodated in a suitcase, is possible.
  • the shoe has a sufficient inherent rigidity and in particular a torsional rigidity, which ensures adequate support of the foot of the wearer. The natural freedom of movement of the foot is ensured, with no loss of the protective effect of the foot occurs.
  • the proposed concept can be used as a foundation kit for various applications.
  • the proposed shoe reflects an optimal copy of the last, so that a good fit of the shoe is achievable.
  • Fig. 1 is a sports shoe 1 viewed from the side, which has a shoe upper 2 in a known manner.
  • the shoe upper 2 extends in the shoe longitudinal direction L over three regions, namely via a shoe front part 6, a connecting region 5 adjoining this and a shoe rear part 7.
  • the connection region 5 extends in the state of use of the shoe 1, ie in the extended state of the shoe over a distance of at least 30%, particularly preferably of at least 40%, of the total length of the shoe 1, ie measured in the shoe longitudinal direction L.
  • a - mental - subdivision of the shoe can also take place in that a region 8 of the toes is defined in the fore, to which a further region 3 connects, to which in turn in the back of a heel region 9 adjacent. It applies here correspondingly that the region 3 preferably extends over at least 30%, particularly preferably over at least 40%, of the total length of the shoe 1 in the state of use.
  • Said area 3 is characterized in that the material of the upper 2 of the shoe is formed as a limp along its extent. This is to be understood that the material has only a low inherent rigidity, z. B. is thus a thin textile material, which opposes a pushing together of the shoe 1 in the shoe longitudinal direction L no significant resistance.
  • a number of reinforcing elements 4 are provided, which are annular and extend substantially in a plane circular or oval, which is perpendicular to the shoe longitudinal direction L.
  • the reinforcing elements 4 are in the embodiment of injection-molded plastic, which is molded directly onto the material of the shoe upper.
  • the region 3 is formed as a region of the extension of the reinforcing elements 4, ie over the region 3, said reinforcing elements 4 are attached to the shoe upper 4.
  • both the area 8 of the toes and the heel area 9 are of classical design, ie in this area the shoe consists - as usual - of inherently rigid material.
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 It can be seen that the shoe can be pulled together in the shoe longitudinal direction L until the individual rib-shaped reinforcing elements 4 abut one another.
  • a locking strap 14 extending around the heel of the shoe can keep the shoe 1 in the desired (maximum) length in the use position.
  • a front sole portion 11 which is designed as stiffening means and has recesses 13 which are adapted to the shape of the reinforcing elements 4 in the region of the shoe facing the floor.
  • the ribs 4 can be pressed into the recesses 13 of the stiffening means 11, so that a bond between sole element 11 and shoe upper 2 is made.
  • the sole stiffeners 11 and 12 still have fasteners 16, with which they can be attached to the shoe upper 2, wherein in the present case a push-button connection is used. In the same way, any other connections (eg hook-and-loop fasteners) can be used for this purpose.
  • the attachment of the stiffening means 10, 11 and 12 on the shoe upper 2 is indicated by the arrows.
  • Fig. 4 is a self-rigid insole 12 'shown, which can be used alternatively or in addition as a releasable stiffening agent.
  • the insole 12 ' With the insole 12 ', the pushability of the shoe in the shoe longitudinal direction L can be prevented or made more difficult.
  • the insole 12 ' is used as a sole element in the shoe interior after the shoe has been pulled apart to its length of use. It is preferably made of plastic, composite material or a combination of both materials.
