Claims (13)

  1. Kapillarschreibspitze mit einem Körper (5), der sich von einer Basis (8) entlang einer mittleren Achse (Z) zu einem Gipfelpunkt (9) erstreckt und Folgendes aufweist:
    - eine Hauptfläche (10) mit einer quer zur mittleren Achse gemessenen maximalen Abmessung (L), der so genannten maximalen Breite, die durch eine Hauptbasiskante (11) neben der Basis und durch eine erste und eine zweite im wesentlichen geradlinige Gipfelkante (13, 14) begrenzt ist, die am Gipfelpunkt zusammenlaufen und deren jeweilige Längen (l) kleiner als die maximale Breite sind,
    - eine erste Nebenfläche (20), die unter anderem von der ersten Gipfelkante (13) begrenzt wird, und
    - eine zweite Nebenfläche (30), die unter anderem von der zweiten Gipfelkante (14) begrenzt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Nebenfläche (20, 30) eine gemeinsame im Wesentlichen geradlinige Kante (23) aufweisen, die sich vom Gipfelpunkt (9) bis zu einem unteren Ende neben der Basis (8) erstreckt, wobei die gemeinsame Kante eine zu der maximalen Breite (L) und zu der Länge (l) der ersten und der zweiten Gipfelkante unterschiedliche Länge (m) aufweist.
  2. Schreibspitze nach Anspruch 1, in der die erste und die zweite Gipfelkante (13, 14) dieselbe Länge (l) aufweisen.
  3. Schreibspitze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in der die erste Gipfelkante (13) eine Länge (l) aufweist, die zwischen 40 und 80% der maximalen Breite (L) beträgt, und die gemeinsame Kante (23) eine Länge (m) aufweist, die zwischen 30 und 60% der maximalen Breite und mindestens weniger als 15% der Länge der ersten Gipfelkante beträgt.
  4. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der die Hauptbasiskante (11) im Wesentlichen geradlinig ist und ihre Länge vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen der maximalen Breite (L) entspricht.
  5. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der die Hauptfläche (10) eben ist.
  6. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der die Basis (8) einen bezüglich der mittleren Achse (Z) allgemein rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  7. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der der Gipfelpunkt (9) der Schreibspitze bezüglich der mittleren Achse (Z) versetzt und vorzugsweise auf der Seite der gemeinsamen Kante (23) versetzt ist.
  8. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der die erste und die zweite Gipfelkante (13, 14) in der Ebene der Hauptfläche einen Winkel zwischen sich einschließen, der zwischen 150 und 90° beträgt.
  9. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der die gemeinsame Kante (23) mit der mittleren Achse (Z) einen Winkel bildet, der zwischen 30 und 60° beträgt.
  10. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der die Kanten (13, 14, 23) ein abgerundetes Profil aufweisen.
  11. Schreibspitze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der der Körper (5) und die Basis (8) integral durch Sintern eines körnigen Materials aus Kunstharz und vorzugsweise aus Polypropylen ausgebildet sind.
  12. Schreibgerät mit einem Schaft (2), der Tinte enthält und an einem vorderen Ende (2a) eie Öffnung aufweist, an der eine Schreibspitze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche montiert ist.
  13. Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 12, in dem die Basis (8) der Spitze aus dem Schaft des Geräts hervorragt.
