Claims (11)
- Schreibgerät, umfassend:- einen Körper (10), der sich längs entlang einer Mittelachse (Z) erstreckt,- einen Tintenbehälter (14), und- eine Schreibwalze (12), die Röhrenform hat und eine radiale Schreibaußenfläche aufweist, wobei die Schreibwalze (12) an einem der Enden des Körpers (10) angeordnet und mit dem Tintenbehälter (14) verbunden ist, wobei die Schreibwalze (12) um eine erste Achse (Y) drehbar montiert ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schreibwalze (12) schwenkbar um eine zweite Achse (X) senkrecht zur ersten Achse (Y)schwenkbar montiert ist, wobei die zweite Achse (X) die erste Achse (Y) schneidet.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die zweite Schwenkachse (X) der Schreibwalze (12) und die Mittelachse (Z) schneidend sind.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die erste Achse (Y) durch eine Welle (22) in neutraler Position definiert ist, die in ihrem Mittelteil einen kugelförmigen Abschnitt (26) umfasst, der mit der Schreibwalze (12) eine Kugelverbindung bildet.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der Durchmesser des kugelförmigen Abschnitts (26) größer als der durchschnittliche Durchmesser der Welle (22) ist.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schreibwalze (12) eine hohle Röhre (18) ist, die einen zu ihren Enden hin größer werdenden Innendurchmesser aufweist.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 5, wenn er von Anspruch 3 abhängig ist, bei dem der Durchmesser des kugelförmigen Abschnitts (26) im Wesentlichen gleich dem Mindestdurchmesser der hohlen Röhre (18) der Schreibwalze (12) ist.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, bei dem der Körper (10) zwei Lagerungen (24a, 24b) von länglicher Form entlang der Mittelachse (Z) beiderseits der Welle (22) aufweist, wobei die Welle (22) in den Lagerungen (24a, 24b) montiert und geeignet ist, in diesen in eine Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Mittelachse (Z) zu gleiten.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 7, bei dem die Welle (22) in den Lagerungen (24a, 24b) drehbar montiert ist.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Welle (22) zwei gegenüberliegende Arme (30a, 30b) umfasst, die sich durch die Lagerungen (24, 24b) auf jeder Seite des kugelförmigen Abschnitts (26) erstrecken.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Schreibwalze (12) mit dem Tintenbehälter (14) mit Hilfe eines Farbkissens (16) verbunden ist, wobei das Farbkissen (16) an einem seiner Enden mit dem Behälter (14) in Verbindung ist und an seinem anderen Ende mit der Schreibwalze (12) in Kontakt ist, um die Tinte von dem Behälter (14) zur Schreibwalze (12) zu befördern.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Außenfläche (20) der Schreibwalze (12) zylindrisch ist.
