Claims (10)

  1. Schreibinstrument mit
    - einem sich entlang einer Längsachse (Z) erstreckenden Schaft (12),
    - einer Patrone (18), die im Innern des Schafts (12), angeordnet ist und ein mit einer Schreibspitze (16) verbundenes vorderes Ende und ein hinteres Ende aufweist, und
    - einer Patronenstütze (20), die mit dem Schaft (12) verbunden ist und an der das hintere Ende der Patrone (18) anliegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (20) der Patrone (18) eine Basis (26), die sich in einer im Wesentlichen quer zur Längsachse (Z) verlaufenden Ebene erstreckt, und mindestens drei Zapfen (28, 30, 32) aufweist, die sich von der Basis (26) allgemein entlang der Längsachse (Z) nach vorne erstrecken und jeweils eine auf die Längsachse (Z)ausgerichtete Innenfläche (28a, 30a, 32a) aufweisen, die mit dem Abschnitt der Längsachse, der sich von der Basis (26) zum vorderen Ende erstreckt, einen spitzen Winkel bildet, und zwischen denen die Patrone (18) verkeilt ist.
  2. Schreibinstrument nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Innenflächen (28a, 30a, 32a) eben sind und mindestens einen Kreis zwischen ihnen definieren, der in einer quer zur Längsachse (Z) und vorzugsweise koaxial zur Basis (26) verlaufenden Ebene angeordnet ist.
  3. Schreibinstrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder Zapfen (28, 30, 32) eine radial nach außen ausgerichtete Außenfläche (28b, 30b, 32b) und mindestens eine Seitenfläche (28c, 30c, 32c) hat, die sich zwischen der Innenfläche (28a, 30a, 32a) und der Außenfläche (28b, 30b, 32b) erstreckt, wobei die Flächen aller Zapfen (28, 30, 32) so bezüglich einander angeordnet sind und jeweils eine derartige Form aufweisen, dass alle Zapfen (28, 30, 32) in einer radialen Richtung entformbar sind.
  4. Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 3, mit drei Zapfen und wobei ein erster und ein zweiter Zapfen (28, 30) außerhalb eines spitzen Winkels (α), Verjüngungswinkel genannt, angeordnet sind, wobei der Winkel von zwei parallel zur Längsachse (Z) verlaufenden und sich außerhalb der Basis (26) schneidenden Ebenen (P1, P2) definiert wird und eine Spitze (S) hat, und wobei der dritte Zapfen (32) im Verjüngungswinkel (α) angeordnet ist.
  5. Schreibinstrument nach Anspruch 4, wobei der dritte Zapfen (32) zwei Seitenflächen (32c, 32d) hat, die einen Winkel bilden, dessen Spitze zur Spitze (S) des Verjüngungswinkels (α) gerichtet und näher an der Spitze (S) des Verjüngungswinkels (α) gelegen ist als der erste (28) und der zweite (30) Zapfen, wobei die Seitenfläche (28c) des ersten Zapfens und die Seitenfläche (30c) des zweiten Zapfens (30) vorzugsweise den Verjüngungswinkel (α) bilden.
  6. Schreibinstrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zapfen (28, 30, 32) regelmäßig winkelförmig verteilt sind.
  7. Schreibinstrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Patrone (18) die Stütze (20) über eine Feder (22) beaufschlagt.
  8. Schreibinstrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stütze (20) über einen Mechanismus zum Ausfahren und Einziehen der Schreibspitze mit dem Schaft (12) verbunden ist.
  9. Schreibinstrument nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Mechanismus zum Ausfahren und Einziehen der Schreibspitze ein einstückig mit der Stütze (20) geformtes Teil ist.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schreibinstruments nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Vorgang zum Formen der Patronenstütze (20) umfasst, bei dem man eine Form (36) aus zwei Teilen (38, 40) bereitstellt, bei denen es sich um Halbschalen handelt, wobei jeder Teil (38, 40) eine Passungsfläche (J) und Reliefs aufweist, die den Seitenflächen (28c, 30c, 32c, 32d) der Zapfen (28, 30, 32) entsprechen, und bei dem
    - die beiden Halbschalen (38, 40) gegen ihre Passungsfläche (J) festgeklemmt werden,
    - ein Kunststoff eingespritzt wird und
    - die Entformung vorgenommen wird, indem die beiden Halbschalen (38, 40) in der radialen Entformungsrichtung auseinandergenommen werden.
