Claims (15)

  1. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1'), welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, am Mund durch ein Kind getragen zu werden, wobei der Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') umfasst:
    - einen Sockel (2; 2'), welcher gegenüberliegende vordere (2a; 2a') und hintere (2b; 2b') Flächen aufweist, wobei der Sockel (2; 2') intern eine Aufnahme (4; 4') umfasst,
    - wenigstens ein Mundstück (35; 35'), umfassend eine Basis (40; 40') und einen Körper (36; 36'), welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, in dem Mund des Kindes platziert zu werden, wobei das Mundstück (35; 35') in lösbarer Weise an dem Sockel (2; 2') montiert ist, wobei die Basis (40; 40') in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') aufgenommen ist und sich der Körper (36; 36') des Mundstücks (35; 35') von der vorderen Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') erstreckt, wenn das Mundstück (35; 35') an dem Sockel (2; 2') montiert ist, und
    - eine Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2'), wobei die Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln wenigstens ein Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') umfasst, welches eine Haltefläche (65e; 65e') aufweist und an einem der Elemente montiert ist, ausgewählt aus der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') und dem Sockel (2; 2'), sowie wenigstens ein Anlageorgan (45; 45'), welches eine Anlagefläche (45a; 45a') aufweist und an dem anderen Element vorgesehen ist, ausgewählt aus der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') und dem Sockel (2; 2'), um mit dem Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') zusammenzuwirken, wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') bezüglich des Anlageorgans (45; 45') zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in welcher die Haltefläche (65e; 65e') mit der Anlagefläche (45a; 45a') eingreift, um die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') zurückzuhalten, und einer eingefahrenen Position verlagerbar ist, in welcher die Haltefläche (65e; 65e') nicht mit der Anlagefläche (45a; 45a') eingreift, um das Mundstück (35; 35') bezüglich des Sockels (2; 2') verlagern zu können,
    wobei der Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Aufnahme (4; 4') an der vorderen Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') durch eine Montageöffnung (26; 26') mündet, wobei die Montageöffnung (26; 26') und die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') angepasst sind, um ein Einsetzen der Basis (40; 40') in die Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') durch die Montageöffnung (26; 26') hindurch durch die vordere Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') zu erlauben.
  2. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') und die Montageöffnung (26; 26') eine Formkomplementarität aufweisen.
  3. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei das Anlageorgan (45; 45') an der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') vorgesehen ist und das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') an dem Sockel (2; 2') montiert ist.
  4. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') ein unteres Ende (41; 41'), welches ein unteres Ende des Mundstücks (35; 35') bildet, sowie eine äußere Fläche aufweist, welche sich von dem unteren Ende (41; 41') um eine Mundstückachse (D; D') herum erstreckt, und wobei die Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') eine innere Fläche um eine Aufnahmeachse (B; B') herum aufweist, wobei die Aufnahme (4; 4') dazu eingerichtet ist, die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') koaxial aufzunehmen,
    wobei das Anlageorgan durch eine Aussparung (45; 45') gebildet ist, welche an der äußeren Fläche der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in einem Abstand von dem unteren Ende (41; 41') bereitgestellt ist, wobei die Aussparung (45; 45') transversale Flächen senkrecht zu der Mundstückachse (D; D') zueinander weisend aufweist, wobei die transversale Fläche (45a; 45a'), welche in einem Sinn entgegengesetzt zu dem unteren Ende (41; 41') orientiert ist, die Anlagefläche bildet, und
    wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') dazu eingerichtet ist, sich wenigstens teilweise in der Aussparung in der Verriegelungsposition zu erstrecken, wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') eine transversale Fläche (65e; 65e') bezüglich der Aufnahmeachse (B; B') aufweist, welche in einem Sinn entgegengesetzt zu der Montageöffnung (26; 26') orientiert ist und welche die Haltefläche bildet.
  5. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die innere Fläche der Aufnahme (4) des Sockels (2) erste (4a) und zweite (4b) laterale Flächen gegenüber aufweist, und wobei der Sockel (2) ferner intern ein Fach (10) umfasst, welches in der ersten lateralen Fläche (4a) der Aufnahme (4) durch eine Verriegelungsöffnung (16) mündet, sowie eine Rückhaltekerbe (7), welche in der zweiten lateralen Fläche (4b) der Aufnahme (4) gegenüber der Verriegelungsöffnung (16) bereitgestellt ist,
    wobei die externe Fläche der Basis (40) des Mundstücks (35) erste (40a) und zweite (40b) gegenüberliegende laterale Flächen aufweist, welche dazu vorgesehen sind, jeweils gegenüber der ersten (4a) und zweiten (4b) lateralen Flächen der Aufnahme (4) platziert zu sein, wobei sich die Ausnehmung (45) gemäß einer Ausnehmungsachse (E) senkrecht zu der Mundstückachse (D) erstreckt und dazu angeordnet ist, um mit der Verriegelungsöffnung (16) des Fachs (10) und der Rückhaltekerbe (7) ausgerichtet zu sein, wenn die Basis (40) des Mundstücks (35) in der Aufnahme (4) des Sockels (2) aufgenommen ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (45) zwischen den ersten (40a) und zweiten (40b) lateralen Flächen der externen Fläche der Basis (40) des Mundstücks (35) durchgehend ist,
    wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65) einen freien Rand (65a) aufweist, wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65) in dem Fach (10) in der eingefahrenen Position aufgenommen und in einer transversalen Ebene bezüglich der Aufnahmeachse (B) in Richtung der Verriegelungsposition verlagerbar ist, in welcher der freie Rand (65a) des Verriegelungsorgans (65) in der Rückhaltekerbe (7) zurückgehalten ist, wobei sich das Verriegelungsorgan (65) durch die Ausnehmung (45) in der Verriegelungsposition, und wenn das Mundstück (35) an dem Sockel (2) montiert ist, erstreckt.
  6. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1') nach Anspruch 4, wobei sich die Ausnehmung (45') in umfänglicher Weise um die Mundstückachse (D') an der externen Fläche der Basis (40') des Mundstücks (35') erstreckt, wobei die Ausnehmung (45') einen Boden (45b') aufweist, welcher von der externen Fläche der Basis (40') des Mundstücks (35') in Richtung der Mundstückachse (D') versetzt ist,
    wobei wenigstens zwei Verriegelungsorgane (65') jeweils freie Verriegelungskanten (67') einander gegenüber aufweisen, wobei die Verriegelungskanten (67') angepasst sind, um eine Öffnung zu begrenzen, welche im Wesentlichen komplementär zu dem Boden (45b') der Ausnehmung (45') in der Verriegelungsposition der Verriegelungsorgane (65') ist, wobei die Verriegelungsorgane (65') in einer transversalen Ebene bezüglich der Aufnahmeachse (B') zwischen der eingefahrenen Position, in welcher die Verriegelungskanten (67') gegeneinander versetzt sind, und der Verriegelungsposition verlagerbar sind, in welcher die Verriegelungskanten (67') einander angenähert sind, wobei die Verriegelungskanten (67') in der Ausnehmung (45') in der Verriegelungsposition, und wenn das Mundstück (35') an dem Sockel (2') montiert ist, platziert sind.
  7. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') in Translation gemäß einer Gleitachse senkrecht zu der Aufnahmeachse (B; B') verlagerbar ist.
  8. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung ferner ein Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') umfasst, welches durch einen Benutzer betätigbar ist und zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher das Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') in die eingefahrene Position platziert, und einer zweiten Position verlagerbar ist, in welcher das Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') in die Verriegelungsposition platziert.
  9. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') an dem Sockel (2; 2') gemäß einer Schwenkachse (F; F') schwenkend montiert ist, welche parallel zu der Aufnahmeachse (B; B') ist, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') eine Betätigungsfläche umfasst, welche in Kontakt mit dem Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') steht und dazu angeordnet ist, das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') zwischen der Verriegelungsposition und der eingefahrenen Position durch Rotation des Betätigungsorgans (50; 50') um die Schwenkachse (F; F') zu verlagern.
  10. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach Anspruch 9, wenn er von Anspruch 7 abhängt, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') unter einer unteren Fläche (65e; 65e') des Verriegelungsorgans (65; 65') platziert ist und einen Finger (53; 53') umfasst, welcher sich parallel zu der Schwenkachse (F; F') erstreckt, indem er bezüglich der Schwenkachse (F; F') versetzt ist, wobei der Finger (53; 53') die Betätigungsfläche trägt, und
    wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') eine Nut (66; 66') umfasst, in welcher der Finger (53; 53') des Betätigungsorgans (50; 50') platziert ist, wobei die Nut (66; 66') dazu angeordnet und angepasst ist, dass der Finger (53; 53') in der Nut (66; 66') gleitet, wenn das Betätigungsorgan (50; 50') zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position winkelverlagert wird.
  11. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1') nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (50') und die Basis (40') des Mundstücks (35') jeweils komplementäre Blockierungselemente umfassen, wobei die Blockierungselemente dazu eingerichtet sind, in der ersten Position des Betätigungsorgans (50') derart nicht miteinander einzugreifen, dass das Mundstück (35') bezüglich des Betätigungsorgans (50') verlagert werden kann, und um in der zweiten Position des Betätigungsorgans (50') derart miteinander einzugreifen, dass das Mundstück (35') an dem Betätigungsorgan (50') zurückgehalten wird.

Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Blockierungselemente erste und zweite Blockierungsflächen umfassen, von welchen die eine an dem Betätigungsorgan (50') und die andere an der Basis (40') des Mundstücks (35') bereitgestellt ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Blockierungsflächen zylindrisch gemäß jeweiliger Blockierungsachsen (I1', I2') und dazu eingerichtet sind, aneinander durch jeweilige Einpassenden (46b', 57a') eingepasst zu sein, wobei die erste Blockierungsfläche mit wenigstens einem Hals (47') versehen ist, welcher einen axialen Abschnitt (47a'), welcher sich von dem Einpassende (46b') der ersten Blockierungsfläche erstreckt, und einen umfänglichen Abschnitt (47b') umfasst, welcher an den axialen Abschnitt (47a') in einem Abstand von dem Einpassende (46b') der ersten Blockierungsfläche angrenzt, wobei die zweite Blockierungsfläche mit wenigstens einem radialen Nocken (58') versehen ist, welcher dazu angeordnet ist, in dem axialen Abschnitt (47a') des Halses (47') zu gleiten, wenn die ersten und zweiten Blockierungsflächen aneinander durch die Einpassenden (46b', 57a') eingepasst sind, und um in dem umfänglichen Abschnitt (47b') des Halses (47') durch relative Rotation der ersten und zweiten Blockierungsflächen gemäß der Blockierungsachsen (I1', I2') zurückgehalten zu sein.
  13. Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Körper (36') und die Basis (40') des Mundstücks (35') aus einem einzelnen Stück und einem verformbaren Material mit Formgedächtnis gebildet sind, wobei der Körper (36') und die Basis (40') hohl sind und das Mundstück (35') einen in der Basis (40') eingepassten Kern (46') umfasst, wobei der Kern (46') die eine aus den ersten und zweiten Blockierungsflächen umfasst.
  14. Mundstück (35; 35'), welches speziell für einen Kinderbetreuungsartikel (1; 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 eingerichtet ist, wobei das Mundstück (35; 35') dazu vorgesehen ist, in lösbarer Weise an einem Sockel (2; 2') montiert zu sein, welcher gegenüberliegende vordere (2a; 2a') und hintere (2b; 2b') Flächen aufweist und intern eine Aufnahme (4; 4') umfasst, wobei die Aufnahme (4; 4') eine innere Fläche um eine Aufnahmeachse (B; B') herum und an der vorderen Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') durch eine Montageöffnung (26; 26') mündend aufweist,
    wobei das Mundstück (35; 35') eine Basis (40; 40'), welche dazu vorgesehen ist, in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') aufgenommen zu sein, und einen Körper (36; 36') umfasst, welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, sich von der vorderen Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') zu erstrecken und in dem Mund eines Kindes platziert zu werden, wobei die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') ein unteres Ende (41; 41'), welches ein unteres Ende des Mundstücks (35; 35') bildet, und eine externe Fläche aufweist, welche sich von dem unteren Ende (41; 41') um eine Mundstückachse (D; D') herum erstreckt, wobei die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') dazu angepasst ist, ein Einführen der Basis (40; 40') in die Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') durch die Montageöffnung (26; 26') hindurch zu erlauben, wobei die Aufnahme (4; 4') dazu eingerichtet ist, die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') koaxial aufzunehmen,
    wobei die Basis (40; 40') ein Anlageorgan (45; 45') einer Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') umfasst, wobei das Anlageorgan (45; 45') dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einem Verriegelungsorgan (65; 65') der Verriegelungsvorrichtung zusammenzuwirken, welches verlagerbar an dem Sockel (2; 2') montiert ist, wobei das Anlageorgan (45; 45') eine Anlagefläche (45a; 45a') aufweist, welche dazu angeordnet ist, mit einer Haltefläche (65e; 65e') des Verriegelungsorgans (65; 65') in einer Verriegelungsposition des Verriegelungsorgans (65; 65') einzugreifen, und in einer eingefahrenen Position des Verriegelungsorgans (65; 65) nicht mit der Haltefläche (65e; 65e') des Verriegelungsorgans (65, 65') einzugreifen, wobei das Anlageorgan durch eine Aussparung (45; 45') gebildet ist, welche an der externen Fläche der Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in einem Abstand von dem unteren Ende (41; 41') bereitgestellt ist, wobei die Aussparung (45; 45') transversale Flächen senkrecht zu der Mundstückachse (D; D') einander gegenüber aufweist, wobei die transversale Fläche (45a; 45a'), welche in einem Sinn entgegen dem unteren Ende (41; 41') orientiert ist, die Anlagefläche bildet.
  15. Verfahren zum Zusammenfügen eines Kinderbetreuungsartikels (1; 1') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, welches die Schritte vorsieht, bestehend aus:
    - Versetzen des Verriegelungsorgans (65; 65') in die eingefahrene Position, um das Mundstück (35; 35') bezüglich des Sockels (2; 2') verlagern zu können,
    - Montieren des Mundstücks (35; 35') an dem Sockel (2; 2'), indem die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') durch die Montageöffnung (26; 26') durch die vordere Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') hindurch eingeführt wird,
    - Versetzen des Verriegelungsorgans (65; 65') in die Verriegelungsposition, um die Basis (40; 40') des Mundstücks (35; 35') in der Aufnahme (4; 4') des Sockels (2; 2') zu halten, wobei sich der Körper (36; 36') des Mundstücks (35; 35') von der vorderen Fläche (2a; 2a') des Sockels (2; 2') erstreckt.
