Description

Sieb
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sieb, insbesondere ein Sieb zur Anwendung in Plansichtem oder dergleichen Sieb- und Sichteinrichtungen zur Sichtung von mehligen, granulären oder körnigen Produkten.
In der EP-B-584302 sind Vorrichtungen für Plansichter, insbesondere auch Siebe und Siebrahmen offenbart. Solche Siebe weisen einen Siebkasten mit Bodenplatte und Feingutaustrag sowie einen mit Siebgewebe bespannten Siebrahmen auf. Der Siebrahmen ist, wie auch der Siebkasten mit Stegen in Felder unterteilt, ist verbindungsele- mentefrei und formschlüssig in den Siebkasten einlegbar. Ein solcher Einlegesiebrah- men weist eine ausreichend hohe Eigensteifigkeit auf, so dass er nicht verformt wird und nicht mit Befestigungselementen auf dem Siebkasten fixiert werden muss. Der Siebrahmen wird bevorzugt aus metallischen Werkstoffen hergestellt und mit Siebgewebe bespannt. Die produktführenden Flächen des Siebkastens sind bevorzugt mit Kunststoff beschichtet, die Bodenplatte besteht aus Metall oder Kunststoff.
Es ist auch bekannt, Siebrahmen aus Kunststoffen herstellen und zur Versteifung ein Metallskelett vorzusehen. Das Siebgewebe kann durch Umschäumen mit dem Siebrahmen verbunden werden.
Femer ist es nach der DE-A-10105647 bekannt, solche Siebkästen aus einem Kunststoff auszuschäumen. Hierbei kann für einen Steg noch ein Einleger in der Schäumform vorgesehen sein, der während des Ausschäumens schwimmend gelagert ist und beim abkühlen frei schrumpfen kann.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Sieb zu entwickeln, das eine bessere Leistungsanpassung an den Produktfluss im Sichter, insbesondere Plansichter ermöglicht und insbesondere für sehr hohe Leistungen geeignet ist. Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1. Der Siebkasten weist mindestens einen Durchfallkanal auf, dessen Breite wesentlich höher als üblich (üblich sind ca. 6 cm) ist, bevorzugt mindestens 1 ,5fach so breit. Zum Beispiel eine Breite von ca. 13 cm.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen offenbart. So sind bevorzugt zwei grosse Auslaufkanäle vorgesehen, die parallel zueinander an den Aussenseiten des Siebkastens angeordnet sind. Siebe mit derart grossen Durchfallkanälen für den Überlauf sind besonders für Kontrollsichtungen bei hohen Leistungen, z. B. von bis zu 40 t/h je Siebabteil anwendbar. Sie ermöglichen zugleich eine bessere Luftzirkulation im Plansichter.
Die Aussenabmessungen (Grundfläche) des Siebes sind bei allen Ausführungsformen vorzugsweise gleich.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung sind die Siebkästen vorzugsweise ausgeschäumt und mit Einlegesieben versehen, deren Rahmen aus Metall bestehen, vorzugsweise aus rostfreiem Stahl, in Anlehnung an die Offenbarung gemäss EP-B-584302.
Der Auslaufkasten weist bevorzugt einen modularen Aufbau auf, was bei geringer Anzahl von Formteilen eine hohe Vielfalt an Auslaufvarianten ermöglicht, auch bzgl. der Anzahl der Produktläufe.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend in einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand einer Zeichnung näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigen die

Ein aus PUR geschäumter Siebkasten 1 eines Siebes weist eine Bodenplatte 2 sowie Zwischenwände 4 zur Aufnahme eines Einlegesiebrahmens 5 mit Stegen und weiterhin Auslaufkanäle auf und ist von Seitenwänden 3 begrenzt. Die Rahmenhöhe des Siebkastens 1 beträgt ca. 8 cm. Der Siebkasten 1 weist zudem spezifisch ausgebildete Eckstücke 7 auf, die einerseits ein gutes zentrieren innerhalb äusserer Seitenwände 3 und andererseits grosse Auslaufkanäle und Durchfallkanäle 6 ermöglichen.
Vorgesehen sind zwei breite Durchfallkanäle 6, die zwischen Siebrahmen 5 und Aus- senwand des Siebkastens 1 angeordnet sind. Die Breite dieser Durchfallkanäle 6 beträgt ca. 13 cm, was eine Sichtleistung von ca. 35 t/h ermöglicht.
Der geschäumte Siebkasten 1 weist keine scharfen Ecken und Kanten auf, was die Reinigung vereinfacht. Der Verschleiss ist gering.
Der Einlegesiebrahmen 5 aus rostfreiem Stahl ist mit einer konturangepassten Dichtung versehen, was eine optimale Dichtheit zwischen Einlegesiebrahmen 5 und Siebkasten 1 gewährleistet.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Sieb, insbesondere ein Sieb zur Anwendung in Plansichtem oder dergleichen Sieb- und Sichteinrichtungen zur Sichtung von mehligen, granulären oder körnigen Produkten, bestehend aus einem Siebkasten mit Bodenplatte und mindestens einem Durchfallkanal für Produkt sowie einem Einlegesiebrahmen, der mit einem Siebgewebe bespannt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Durchfallkanal (6) eine Breite aufweist, die das mindestens 1 ,5fache üblicher Siebe beträgt.
2. Sieb nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchfallkanal (6) etwa doppelt so breit wie üblich ist.
3. Sieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Durchfallkanäle (6) vorgesehen sind.
4. Sieb nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebkasten (1) aus einem Kunststoff besteht, insbesondere aus einem schäumbaren Kunststoff.
5. Sieb nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlegesiebrahmen (5) aus Metall, insbesondere aus einem rostfreien Stahl besteht.
6. Sieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebkasten (1) Eckstücke (7) aufweist.
