Abstract

本发明涉及筛选器,具体地讲用在平筛或用于筛分粉状、微粒或颗粒制品的类似筛选和筛分装置中的筛选器。
专利公开文献EP-B-584302公开了用于平筛的装置,具体地讲还有筛选器和筛选器框架。这种类型的筛选器包括筛箱,所述筛箱包含底板和用于精细制品的出口还有展布了(覆盖了)筛选网的筛选器框架。筛选器框架,还例如筛箱,借助于板条被分段,没有连接元件,并可以以互锁方式嵌入筛箱中。这种类型的嵌入式筛选器框架(可插入的筛选器)具有足够的固有刚度从而其不会变形并不必利用固定元件固定在筛箱上。这种筛选器框架优选由金属材料制成并且横跨有筛选网(sieve mesh)。与制品接触的筛箱的表面优选包覆有塑料,并且底板由金属或塑料制成。
由塑料材料制造筛选器框架并且提供用于加固的金属骨架也是公知的。筛选网可以通过用泡沫材料围绕它们的方式被连接到筛选器框架上。
从专利公开文献DE-A-10105647还知道用塑料材料来发泡这种类型的筛箱。在这个实施例中,板条通过泡沫模具中的附加嵌入件被形成,其在发泡时浮动安装并可在冷却时自由伸缩。
本发明的目的是提出一种筛选器,所述筛选器更好地适于筛分器尤其是平筛中的制品流,并且尤其适于非常高的产出量。该目的通过权利要求1的结构实现。筛箱包含至少一个过筛沟槽,该沟槽的宽度大致大于常用的(传统的宽度大约是6厘米),优选地至少1.5倍宽。例如,大约13厘米的宽度。
有利的改型在从属权利要求中公开。优选地设置两个大排放沟槽,它们彼此并行布置在筛箱的外侧。在例如最大至每筛分区段40t/h的高产出量的情况中可使用具有这种用于溢流的大过筛沟槽的筛选器,例如尤其是用于控制筛分。它们还允许平筛中的更好的空气循环。
在所有实施例中,筛选器的外尺寸(底部面积)优选是相同的。
在其它改型中,筛箱优选地被发泡并设有可插入的筛选器,根据专利公开文献EP-B-584302,筛选器的框架由金属制成,优选由不锈钢制成。
排出箱优选具有模块式结构,其允许具有较少数量的模制部件的、还相对于制品运行的数量而言各种不同的排出变体。

具体实施方式
筛选器的聚氨酯泡沫筛箱1包括底板2和隔壁4,用于接收具有板条的可插入的(嵌入式)筛选器框架5,所述筛箱还包括排放沟槽,并由侧壁3限定。筛箱1的框架高度大约为8cm。
此外,筛箱1包括专门构造的角部件7,所述角部件一方面允许在外侧壁3中的良好对中,另一方面允许较大的排放沟槽和过筛沟槽6。
设置两个宽过筛沟槽6,它们设置在筛选器框架5与筛箱1的外壁之间。这些过筛沟槽6的宽度大约为13cm,这允许大约35t/h的筛分输出量。
发泡的筛箱1没有包括锋利的顶角和边缘,这使清洁简单。磨损较低。
不锈钢制成的可插入的筛选器框架5设有形状符合轮廓的密封部,以确保可插入的筛选器框架5与筛箱1之间的最佳密封。
Claims (8)
1.一种筛选器,包括筛箱,所述筛箱包含底板,其中至少一个用于被筛选制品的过筛沟槽被形成于所述筛箱和外侧壁之间;以及嵌入式筛选器框架,所述筛选器框架覆盖有筛选网;
其中,所述筛箱还包括角部件,所述角部件在所述筛箱上方横向突伸,用于所述筛箱在所述外侧壁内的良好对中,并且用于形成至少9厘米宽的所述过筛沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筛选器,其特征在于,所述过筛沟槽约13厘米宽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的筛选器,其特征在于,设置两个过筛沟槽。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的筛选器,其特征在于,所述筛箱由塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的筛选器,其特征在于,所述塑料为可发泡的塑料。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的筛选器,其特征在于,所述嵌入式筛选器框架由金属制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的筛选器,其特征在于,所述金属为不锈钢。
8.根据权利要求1所述的筛选器,其特征在于,所述筛选器为用在平筛或用于筛分粉状、微粒或颗粒制品的筛选和筛分装置中的筛选器。
