Description

  • The invention relates to a fitting for a sliding sash of a window or a door. This even if the fitting is described in the installed state of the wing. The positions of the wing are then to be interpreted as the corresponding positions of the fitting that is claimed.
  • Such fittings are known in various designs, for. For the upper end of the wing Ausstellarme are provided, which are hinged to sliders, which are guided in a fixedly mounted on the frame rail.
  • The handling is done by a gripping element arranged on the wing, which is drivingly coupled with in the sash (as a rebate) mounted drive rods, which serve to lock and unlock the wing in its closed position. Several positions of the handle are possible.
  • In these known fittings three different sash positions are controlled: once the closed position of the wing, in which he is locked on the frame, then the tilted position in which the lower wing end is latched to the frame, and finally the parallel parked open position, in which the wing to lateral shifting is ready. These three wing positions correspond to three different positions of the handle element.
  • However, these three positions have the disadvantage that in practice, especially when different people operate the fitting, easily and often lead to incorrect operations or errors.
  • The EP 916 794 discloses a sliding window in which a sliding wing is movably mounted along a frame. In order to move the sliding leaf from a closed position to a switched-off opening position, a lower Ausstellschere is provided, which has a movable along a cam guide support arm. At the upper end of the sliding sash is guided over individual handlebars.
  • It is an object of the invention to further develop the fitting so that such incorrect operations and faulty circuits are avoided. Also, while a simplification in the production and installation of the fitting should be achieved.
  • This object is achieved according to the teaching of claim 1. The dependent claims are advantageous additions, but explicitly no necessary features to claim 1.

  • A "usual" tilt position of the wing is no longer controlled by a third handle position. Practice has shown that this increases the operating safety considerably, even if several people have opportunity to operate the fitting.
  • The formation of the overall fitting and the coordination of the training of Ausstellscheren and their control elements above and below each other ensures a uniform shut-off and closing movement of the wing safely.   • The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to schematic drawings of several exemplary embodiments:

  • FIG. 1 a and 1b show a window or door in a schematic representation. 1 is the frame and 2 of the frame of the tiltable sash.

  • The shown carriage is from the EP-A 619,410 known. The control of the carriage 6 is carried out so that the bolt 20 fixed to the handlebars 15 in a pulling movement on the extension arm 8 for clearing inside in a fixed to the running rail 1a (or 44) block 11 (in Fig. 1 with 35, the location at the beginning of the track shown) is held until the control plate passes through the control block 11 and the pin 15 engages in the recess of the control slot 16 and thus allows the displacement of the carriage as a whole.   • In the FIGS. 4 and 5 the fittings for the upper wing area are shown.   • The sliding elements 29 and 29a are preferably made of plastic. You can, like FIG. 4 be seen, the same design, but arranged opposite. In the illustration of the figures it is assumed that the left sliding element 29 has the directly controllable Ausstellschere 28,34.   • As the FIGS. 2 to 5 show, in the fitting the carriages with the lower beam 2a of the sash and the sliding elements 29 with the upper beam 2b respectively via the substantially same design Ausstellscheren 6 and 31 connectable, which the uniform movement of the whole wing in the parking and ensures the closing movement.
  • The fitting elements for the upper end of the wing are preferably - as shown - designed as a preassembled unit. For this purpose, the free ends of the opening arms 28 and 28 a of the two fitting units 31 and 31 a are hinged to a common rod member 33 at 24 and 24 a. The rod member 33 can be inserted into a rail 40 and clamped therein. Further, the two sliding members 29 and 29a are connected by a further rod member 32 to a moving unit with each other.
  • This structural summary of fitting parts significantly facilitates the subsequent installation on the door or window. FIG. 4 shows the fittings in the open position of the wing, in FIG. 5 they are shown in the closed position.
  • From the foregoing description it is clear that the Ausstellscheren and the associated controls of the upper sliding elements and the lower carriages have substantially the same shape, the same dimensions and are designed for the execution of a uniform wing movement during opening and closing.     - a handle element (3), which exclusively has two switch positions (I, II), one for the locking of the sash in its closed position and one for its unlocking into the parallel detached position of the sash, from which detached position it is then laterally displaceable;
    - wherein the sash is movable from a closed position in the frame rebate (space) directly into the detached position and/or back into its closed position;
    - and the sash is connected to the carriages via lower extension scissors mechanisms (6a), wherein each extension scissors mechanism consists of an extension arm (8) linked on the carriage (6) and a connecting rod (20) articulated thereto,
    - drive rods, which can be mounted in the sash rebate (space) and are displaceable by the handle element (3), are provided for locking and unlocking the sash,
    - the sash is connected to the sliding elements via upper extension scissors mechanisms (31) or the sash is connected to one sliding element via an upper extension scissors mechanism (31) and to a further sliding element (29a) via a linked extension arm (28a), wherein each extension scissors mechanism consists of an extension arm (28) linked on the sliding element and a connecting rod or control arm (34) articulated thereto.
  2. The fitting according to Claim 1, wherein at least one carriage (6) and a sliding element (29) of the fitting units has in each case a controlling guide slot (16; 26) having a laterally offset catch recess (26a) for the linkage and guide pins (15, 25) of a connecting rod (20; 34) of the extension scissors mechanism (6a; 31), which connecting rod is linked approximately in the middle on the extension arm (8; 28) of the scissors.
  3. The fitting according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the sliding elements (29; 29a) of the upper fitting units each have lateral webs (30a, 30b) for sliding in the slide rail (41), which has a corresponding inner profile.

  7. The fitting according to Claim 5 or 6, wherein the two upper sliding elements (29, 29a) are connected by a rod element (32) to form a movement and structural unit.

The fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a pin (25) or the like is fastened on the connecting rod (34), which is held in the closed position during the extension movement on a fixed control block (35a) and blocks a displacement movement of the sash during the detaching procedure of the sash and first releases it when the linking and guide pin of the connecting rod (34) has reached the catch recess (26a) of the guide slot (26).
