Wenn man das übliche Maß der Parallelabstellung zugrunde legt, lassen sich der Ausstellarm und der Hilfsarm so dimensionieren und anbringen, daß ihre Längsachsen gegenüber der Flügelebene sowohl in der Schließstellung als auch der Parallelabstellage zur Flügelebene nur eine geringe Neigung aufweisen, und das gilt entsprechend für die oberen Ausstellarme auch in der Kipplage. Dadurch erreicht man eine sehr günstige Kraftableitung des Flügelgewichts auf den Rahmen, und dies führt selbst bei hohen Flügelgewichten zu einer unproblematischen Belastung dieser Teile. Es kommt noch hinzu, daß der Flügelschwerpunkt beim Parallelabstellen und auch beim Zurückstellen aus der Parallelabstellage quasi auf einer horizontalen Linie bewegt wird und dazu infolgedessen nur ein minimaler Kraftaufwand erforderlich ist. Ein weiterer entscheidender Vorteil wird darin gesehen, daß man die aus Ausstellarm und Hilfsarm bestehende Schere gleichermaßen für die untere wie für die obere Flügelecke verwenden kann. Das führt zu einer Vergrößerung der Serie und trägt somit zur kostengünstigen Fertigung bei. Wenn der Flügel in der Parallelabstellage verschoben werden soll, beispielsweise entlang einem zweiten Flügel, der als feststehender Flügel ausgebildet sein kann, so wird man zweckmäßigerweise an den beiden unteren Ausstellarmen Wälzelemente, also beispielsweise Rollen oder Rollenpaare, anbringen, während man für die oberen Ausstellarme Gleitelemente in Form eines Gleitschuhs od. dgl. vorsehen kann. Die Rollen würden in diesem Falle mit entsprechenden Laufschienen zusammenarbeiten, während man für die Gleitelemente eine ihrer Form angepaßte Gleitschiene verwenden kann. Infolgedessen sieht eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung vor, daß die unteren Ausstellarme über wenigstens eine Rolle, vorzugsweise aber ein Rollenpaar, auf einer Laufschiene od. dgl. Führung abgestützt sind, wobei die Rolle oder Rollen an einem Rollenhalter gelagert sind, an welchem das rahmenseitige Ende des Ausstellarms angelenkt ist. Die Rollen oder Rollenpaare verbleiben demnach in jeder möglichen Stellung des Flügels auf oder in ihrer Laufschiene, und beim Kippen oder Parallelabstellen des Flügels wird der Ausstellarm gegenüber dem Rollenhalter verschwenkt. Wahlweise kipp- oder parallel abstellbarer Flügel eines Fensters, einer Tür od. dgl., der über je einen oberen und unteren, am vertikalen Holm des Flügels sowie des zugehörigen festen Rahmens jeweils drehbar gelagerten Ausstellarm gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Ausstellarm (5) am Flügel (2) dreh- und schiebbar gelagert ist und einen drehbar an ihm sowie am Flügel gelagerten Hilfsarm (6) trägt, wobei der Ausstellarm in der Schließ- und der Parallelabstelllage jeweils eine gegenüber der Flügelebene geneigte Stellung einnimmt und diese beiden Stellungen zueinander etwa spiegelbildlich sind, und daß jeder obere Ausstellarm zu seinem unteren bezüglich einer zur Ebene des geschlossenen Flügels senkrechten Ebene spiegelbildlich angebracht ist und sich die flügelseitigen Drehachsen (14) des oberen und unteren Ausstellarms näher sind als diejenigen (22) ihrer Hilfsarme.1.
