Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schwenkschiebetür für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Fahrzeuge des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs mit den Merkmalen aus dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. 7A und 7B sind auf einer Tragführung 3 aufgehängt, die, wie Fig. 6 zu entnehmen,

Träger mit im wesentlichen I-förmigen Profil integriert sind. Dabei
läuft der Rollenschlitten 7A in Längsrichtung verschiebbar in der Führungsschiene
3A und der Rollenschlitten 7B in der Führungsschiene 3B. Diese
Ausbildung hat zur Folge, daß die beiden Führungsschienen 3A und 3B in
Querrichtung gegeneinander versetzt sind und die Rollenschlitten ungehindert
aneinander vorbeilaufen können. Die Tragführung 3 erstreckt sich über nahezu
die volle Breite der Türöffnung und besitzt an den beiden Enden Rahmenteile
4.1 bzw. 4.2, die jeweils über Rollenführungen 6.1 bzw. 6.2 (Fig. 3) in mit
dem Türrahmen 2 fest verbundenen Schienen 5.1 und 5.2 zur Querführung
laufen. Somit ist die Tragführung 3 zusammen mit den Türblättern 1A und 1B
aus einer Geschlossenstellung, wie sie in den Fig. 1 bis 3 und 4 dargestellt ist,
und in der die Türblätter 1A und 1B in der Fahrzeugwand liegen, in eine Verschiebestellung
nach außen verschiebbar, in der die Türblätter 1A und 1B
außen vor der Fahrzeugwand liegen. In dieser Verschiebestellung sind die
Türblätter 1A und 1B ineinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen verschiebbar,
bis sie sich in der in Fig. 5 dargestellten voll geöffneten Stellung befinden. Die
beiden Rollenschlitten 7A und 7B sind gegenüber den Türblättern 1A bzw. 1B,
mit denen sie verbunden sind, in Richtung zum jeweils anderen Türblatt hin
versetzt. Wie den Zeichnungen zu entnehmen, ist diese Versetzung von einer
Größe, daß in der Geschlossenstellung der Tragführung 3 (siehe z.B. Fig. 3)
und bei geschlossenen Türblättern jeweils der mit dem Türblatt 1A verbundene
Rollenschlitten 7A von innen gesehen vor dem Türblatt 1B liegt, während
der mit dem Türblatt 1B verbundene Rollenschlitten 7B von innen gesehen vor
dem Türblatt 1A liegt. Es ist aus der Zeichnung abzulesen, daß bei nach außen
verschobener Tragführung 3 und beim Verschieben der beiden Türblätter
1A und 1B ineinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen in der vollständig geöffneten
Stellung der Rollenschlitten 7A in Fig. 3 nach rechts in den Bereich
läuft, in dem bei geschlossener Tür das Türblatt 1A liegt, während der Rollenschlitten
7B in Fig. 3 nach links läuft in die Stellung, in der bei geschlossener
Tür das Türblatt 1B liegt. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, die beiden Türblätter

ist das Gehäuse des Elektromotors 8 um eine zur Abtriebswelle
8.1 fluchtende Drehachse drehbar auf der Tragführung 3 gelagert und
über Winkelzahnräder 8.2 und 8.3 mit einem zweiarmigen Schwenkhebel 13
verbunden, dessen Drehachse quer zur Türöffnung liegt. Die freien Enden des
Schwenkhebels 13 sind über Koppelstangen 14.1 und 14.2 jeweils mit einem
Spreizhebel verbunden, von denen der eine der Koppelstange 14.1 zugeordnete
Spreizhebel in den Fig. 4 und 5 sichtbar ist und mit 15 bezeichnet ist. Der
Spreizhebel 15 ist in seinem Drehpunkt über ein Stützteil 2.1 am Türrahmen 2
gelagert, während sich sein mit der Koppelstange 14.1 verbundenes Ende
über eine Führungsrolle 15.1 an einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden, fest mit
der Tragführung 3 verbundenen Geradführung 16 abstützt. Die Koppelstange
14.2 ist mit einem analog angeordneten Spreizhebel auf der anderen Seite der
Türöffnung verbunden. Die Funktionsweise dieser Anordnung, die zur Querverschiebung
der Tragführung 3 führt, ist folgende. Beim Ein- und Ausschalten
des Elektromotors 8 wird die Reaktionsbewegung des Gehäuses über die
Winkelzahnräder 8.2 und 8.3 auf den Schwenkhebel 13 und über die beiden
Koppelstangen 14.1 und 14.2 auf die Spreizhebel übertragen. Dabei wird, wie
aus Fig. 4 abzulesen, der Spreizhebel 15 von der Koppelstange 14.1 aus der
in Fig. 4 dargestellten Stellung, in welcher er sich in einer Lage kurz hinter
dem Totpunkt seiner Schwenkbewegung befindet, nach links gezogen, wobei
das mit der Koppelstange 14.1 verbundene Ende entlang der Geradführung
16 läuft, was zur Folge hat, daß im Zuge der Schwenkbewegung des
Spreizhebels 15 die Tragführung 3 zusammen mit den beiden Türblättern 1A
und 1B und dem auf der Tragführung angeordneten Elektromotor 8 und allen
Antriebsverbindungen zu den Türblättern hin in Querrichtung nach außen geführt
wird, wobei, wie oben erläutert, die Rahmenteile 4.1 und 4.2 über die
Rollenführungen 6.1 und 6.2 in den Schienen 5.1 und 5.2 laufen.The drive device has two

und sodann wird auf Grund der Reaktionskraft der Antriebsvorrichtung
über den Schwenkhebel 13 und die Koppelstangen 14.1 und 14.2 das
entsprechende Drehmoment auf die Spreizhebel ausgeübt, so daß am Ende
dieser Bewegung beispielsweise der Spreizhebel 15 wieder in die in Fig. 4
dargestellte Position gerät, in welcher infolge der Totpunktlage die Tragführung
3 in eine Verriegelungsstellung gerät, in der die Tür auch durch Drücken
von innen nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann.The

ist, die über eine Rollenführung in eine in der Nähe der Unterkante des Türblatts
