Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- Schwenkschiebetür für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Fahrzeuge des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs, mit zwei gegeneinander in ihrer Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Türblättern, die jeweils in einer Tragführung aufgehängt und verschiebbar geführt sind, welche zusammen mit den Türblättern aus einer Geschlossenstellung, in der die Türblätter in der Fahrzeugwand liegen, in eine Verschiebestellung, in der die Türblätter außen vor der Fahrzeugwand liegen, und zurück versetzbar ist, wobei als Antriebsvorrichtung für die Verschiebebewegung ein für beide Türblätter gemeinsamer Elektromotor dient und aus der Reaktionskraft der Antriebsvorrichtung die Kraft für die Versetzung der Tragführung abgeleitet wird und die Übertragung der Reaktionskraft zu einem Ende der Tragführung über eine Koppelstange folgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragführung (3) zwei in Querrichtung gegeneinander versetzte und sich in Längsrichtung über die gesamte Türöffnung erstreckende Führungsschienen (3A, 3B) aufweist, die an ihren Enden jeweils mit einem Rahmenteil (4.1, 4.2) fest verbunden sind, und jedes Rahmenteil in mit dem Türrahmen (2) fest verbundenen Querführungen (5.1, 5.2) in einer Richtung horizontal und quer zur Türöffnung verschiebbar geführt ist und die Reaktionskraft der Antriebsvorrichtung (8) jeweils auf ein zwischen dem Rahmenteil (4.1, 4.2) und einem mit dem Türrahmen (2) fest verbundenen Stützteil (2.1) angeordnetes Spreizelement (15) ein Drehmoment ausübt, welches eine in Verschiebungsrichtung des Rahmenteils (4.1, 4.2) auf dieses einwirkende Kraft zur Erzeugung der Verschiebungsbewegung in Querrichtung bewirkt, und an jeder Führungsschiene (3A, 3B) ein Rollenschlitten (7A, 7B) in Längsrichtung verschiebbar aufgehängt ist, der jeweils mit einem der Türblätter (1A, 1B) verbunden ist, und die Rollenschlitten (7A, 7B) über einen gemeinsamen Ketten- oder Riementrieb (12.1-12.3) mit der Abtriebswelle (8.1) der Antriebsvorrichtung (8) derart verbunden sind, daß ihre Längsbewegung ineinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen erfolgt und jeder Rollenschlitten (7A, 7B) in Längsrichtung gegenüber dem mit ihm verbundenen Türblatt (1A, 1B) in Richtung zum jeweils anderen Türblatt (1B, 1A) hin versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versetzung der Rollenschlitten (7A, 7B) gegenüber den mit ihnen jeweils verbundenen Türblättern (1A, 1B) derart ist, daß in der Geschlossenstellung der Tragführung (3) und der Türblätter (1A, 1B) jeweils der mit dem einen Türblatt (1A, 1B) verbundene Rollenschlitten (7A, 7B) von innen gesehen vor dem jeweils anderen Türblatt (1B, 1A) angeordnet ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Führungsschienen (3A, 3B) der Tragführung (3) in einen gemeinsamen Träger mit im wesentlichen I-förmigem Profil integriert sind, an dessen nach außen weisender Seite der eine Rollenschlitten (7B) und an dessen nach innen weisender Seite der andere Rollenschlitten (7A) aufgehängt ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (8) auf der Tragführung (3) im wesentlichen in der Mitte der Türöffnung angeordnet ist und seine Abtriebswelle (8.1) mit dem Ketten- oder Riementrieb (12.1) verbunden ist, während sein drehbar auf der Tragführung (3) gelagertes Motorgehäuse über Winkelzahnräder (8.2, 8.3) mit einem zweiarmigen Schwenkhebel (13) verbunden ist, dessen Drehachse quer zur Türöffnung liegt und dessen freie Enden jeweils über eine Koppelstange (14.1, 14.2) mit den Spreizelementen (15) verbunden sind.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Spreizelement als einarmiger Spreizhebel (15) ausgebildet ist, der in seinem Drehpunkt in dem mit dem Türrahmen (2) fest verbundenen Stützteil (2.1) gelagert ist, während sich sein mit der Koppelstange (14.1) verbundenes Ende über eine Führungsrolle (15.1) an einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden, fest mit der Tragführung (3) verbundenen Geradführung (16) abstützt.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Spreizhebel (15) in der Geschlossenstellung der Tragführung (3) sich in einer Lage im oder kurz hinter dem Totpunkt seiner Schwenkbewegung befindet zur Verriegelung der Tragführung (3) in der Geschlossenstellung.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Rahmenteil (4.1, 4.2) ein Mitführelement (18) angeordnet ist, das über eine Schlitzführung mit einem Arm (19.1) eines am Türrahmen (2) drehbar gelagerten oberen Winkelhebels (19) verbunden ist, dessen anderer Arm (19.2) über eine vertikal nach unten geführte Verbindungsstange (20) mit einem Arm (21.1) eines drehbar am Türrahmen gelagerten unteren Winkelhebels (21) verbunden ist, an dessen anderem Arm (21.2) eine Stütze (22) angelenkt ist, die über eine Rollenführung in eine in der Nähe der Unterkante des Türblatts (1A) angeordnete Führungsschiene (23) eingreift.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 3 und gegebenenfalls einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtriebswelle (8.1) des Elektromotors (8) an der Oberseite der Tragführung (3) entlanggeführt und über ein Kegelradgetriebe (10) sowie eine durch den Endbereich der Tragführung (3) hindurchgeführte Welle (11) mit dem Antriebsrad (12.1) für den Ketten- oder Riemenbetrieb verbunden ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Türblatt (1A) während seiner Verschiebungsbewegung in Längsrichtung durch eine Rollenführung geführt ist mit mindestens einer ersten, mit dem Türblatt (1A) verbundenen, an der Außenseite eines mit dem Türrahmen (2) verbundenen Teils anliegenden Führungsrolle (24) zur Verriegelung der Tragführung (3) gegenüber einer Verschiebung in Querrichtung.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenführung mindestens eine zweite mit dem Türrahmen (2) verbundene und an einer mit dem Türblatt (1A) verbundenen Führung (25.1) anliegende Führungsrolle aufweist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 3 und gegebenenfalls nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Rollenschlitten (7A, 7B) sich an seinen beiden Enden über je eine obere und eine untere Führungsrolle (26.1, 26.3, 26.2, 26.4) am Obergurt, bzw. Untergurt der Führungsschiene (3A, 3B) abstützt, wobei an dem einen Ende die untere Führungsrolle (26.2) und am anderen Ende die obere Führungsrolle (26.3) an einem gegen Federkraft verschwenkbaren Arm angeordnet ist.
