Description

Kältegerät mit Dekorrahmen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät mit einem Korpus und einer an den Korpus angelenkten Tür, der ein Dekorelement lagejustierbar vorgeblendet ist.
Einbaukältegeräte sind herkömmlicherweise mit einem Dekorelement in Form einer Platte verblendet, welches die Tür des Kältegeräts komplett verdeckt. Bei einem solchen Kältegerät muss die Dekorplatte in mehreren Raumrichtungen lagejustierbar sein, um gewährleisten zu können, dass sie mit benachbarten Möbelfronten bündig ist und von diesen durch Spalte von gleichbleibender Breite getrennt ist.
Es ist ferner bekannt, die Tür eines Weinlagerschranks mit einem Dekorelement in Form eines Holzrahmens zu versehen, der ein Glasfenster der Tür freilässt, so dass der Inhalt des Weinlagerschranks sichtbar ist, ohne dass die Tür geöffnet werden muss. Ein solcher Rahmen ist herkömmlicherweise ohne Abstand an der Tür montiert. Dies macht es sehr schwierig, den Rahmen exakt zu justieren, so dass er sich an benachbarte Möbelfronten in gleicher Weise harmonisch anfügt, wie die Benutzer dies von Einbaugeräten her kennen.
Die von Einbaukältegeräten bekannten Techniken zur justierbaren Anbringung eines Dekorelements sind hier unbefriedigend, da der für eine Justierbarkeit in Tiefenrichtung erforderliche Spalt zwischen Tür und Dekorelement am Rand von dessen Ausschnitt deutlich sichtbar ist und die Gefahr des Eindringens von Schmutz oder kleinen Fremdkörpern in den Spalt besteht.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, ein Kältegerät mit einem Korpus und einer daran angelenkten Tür und einem der Tür lagejustierbar vorgeblendeten Dekorelement dahingehend weiter zu entwickeln, dass die Gefahr einer Verunreinigung des Spalts zwischen Dekorelement und Tür auch dann vermieden wird, wenn das Dekorelement einen zentralen Ausschnitt hat. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Spalt zwischen einem Rand des zentralen Ausschnitts des Dekorelements und einer Frontseite der Tür durch ein an die Breite des Spaltes anpassbares Profil ausgefüllt ist.
Das anpassbare, den Spalt verschließend überbrückende Profil kann sich über den gesamten Umfang des zentralen Ausschnitts oder nur über einen Teil davon erstrecken; insbesondere ist denkbar, dass das Profil an einem oberen Rand des zentralen Ausschnitts, wo Fremdkörper nicht ohne weiteres eindringen können, weggelassen ist. Insbesondere aus ästhetischen Gründen jedoch wird vorzugsweise ein sich über den gesamten Umfang des zentralen Ausschnitts erstreckendes Profil vorgesehen.
Besonders sicher dauerhaft verschlossen ist der Spalt, wenn nach einer besonderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen ist, dass das Profil sich elastisch an die Breite des Spaltes selbsttätig anpasst.
Einer weiteren Ausgestaltung zufolge umfasst das Profil ein zwischen der Tür und dem Dekorelement komprimierbares Band, z.B. aus einem Schaumstoffmaterial.
Einer einfachen Ausgestaltung zufolge liegt dieses Band direkt an der Tür einerseits und dem Dekorelement andererseits an.
Einer anderen Ausgestaltung zufolge kann das Profil zwei überlappende Stege umfassen, von denen einer bezüglich der Tür und der andere bezüglich des Dekorelements fest ist.
Diese zwei Stege sind vorzugsweise jeweils erste Schenkel eines ersten bzw. eines zweiten L-Profils, wobei ein zweiter Schenkel des ersten L-Profils an der Tür und ein zweiter Schenkel des zweiten L-Profils an dem Dekorelement anliegt.
Das oben erwähnte komprimierbare Band kann zwischen den zweiten Schenkeln angeordnet sein, um diese auseinander zu treiben und jeweils gegen die Tür bzw. gegen das Dekorelement gedrückt zu halten. Alternativ können die zweiten Schenkel miteinander einteilig elastisch verbunden sein. In diesem Fall kann das komprimierbare Band zum Auseinanderdrücken der zweiten Schenkel entfallen.
Vorzugsweise liegt das erste L-Profil an der Tür lose an, so dass bei einer Justierbewegung des Dekorelements in Höhen- oder Breitenrichtung des Kältegeräts das Profil an der Oberfläche der Tür gleiten kann. Alternativ wäre es auch möglich, das zweite L-Profil an dem Dekorelement lose anliegen zu lassen, wobei jedoch in diesem Fall es schwierig wird, beim Justieren eine bündige Lage der Stege in Bezug zum Rand des zentralen Ausschnitts zu gewährleisten.
Um sicher zu stellen, dass bei einer Justierbewegung des Dekorelements in Höhen- oder Breitenrichtung beide L-Profile exakt folgen, kann vorgesehen werden, dass das erste L- Profil einen dritten Steg umfasst, der zusammen mit dem ersten Steg eine Nut begrenzt, in die der zweite Steg eingreift.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den nachfolgenden Ausführungsbeispielen in Verbindung mit den beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Flaschenlagerschranks mit einem Korpus 1 , einer an den Korpus 1 angelenkten Tür 2 und, von der Tür 2 beabstandet dargestellt, einem Dekorrahmen 3 aus Holz, der zur Montage an der Tür 2 vorgesehen ist. Die Tür 2 ist im wesentlichen durch eine Isolierglasscheibe 4 von an sich bekannter Bauart gebildet, die an ihren vier Rändern durch untereinander starr verbundene Aluminiumprofile 5 eingefasst ist. An einem der Profile 5, das den oberen Abschluss der Tür 2 bildet, ist eine Schiene 6 angebracht, die zur Aufhängung des Dekorrahmens 3 dient. Der Dekorrahmen 3 verdeckt im montierten Zustand die Profile 5 vollständig.
In einem Gerätesockel 7 unterhalb des wärmeisolierenden Korpus 1 sind Verdichter und Verflüssiger einer Kältemaschine des Flaschenlagerschranks untergebracht. Ein Belüftungsgitter 8 an der Vorderseite des Gerätesockels 7 ist durch den an seiner Unterkante über den Umriss der Tür 2 hinaus verlängerten Dekorrahmen 3 verborgen.
Durch die Isolierglasscheibe 4 hindurch ist der Innenraum des Korpus 1 sichtbar. In diesem ist eine Mehrzahl von Flaschenträgern 9 angeordnet, die jeweils durch vordere und hintere Querträger 10 und zwischen diesen Querträgern 10 aufgehängte, sich in Tiefenrichtung des Flaschenlagerschranks erstreckende zylindersegmentförmige Schalen 1 1 gebildet sind. Jede der Schalen 1 1 kann eine liegende Flasche aufnehmen.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch einen vertikalen Rand der Tür 2 und eine davor montierte Leiste 12 des Dekorrahmens 3 gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung. Man erkennt in diesem Schnitt den Aufbau der Isolierglasscheibe 4 aus zwei parallelen Glasplatten 13, 14 die durch ein zwischen ihnen eingefügtes Aluminiumprofil 15 parallel beabstandet gehalten sind. Eine außen um das Profil 15 herum angebrachte Dichtungsmasse 16 schließt den Zwischenraum zwischen den Glasplatten 13, 14 luftdicht ab.
Das den Rahmen der Tür 2 bildende Aluminiumprofil 5 ist ein Hohlprofil mit einem Grundkörper von in etwa rechteckigem Querschnitt. Von den vier Seiten des Grund- körpers bilden zwei eine Außenseite 17 bzw. eine Vorderseite 18, die der Leiste 12, durch einen Spalt 19 getrennt, gegenüberliegt. Die Vorderseite 18 ist nach innen durch einen in Tiefenrichtung des Geräts geringfügig zurückversetzten Steg 20 verlängert, der als ein Anschlag für die äußere Glasplatte 13 dient. Zwei von einer Rückseite 21 des Grundkörpers abstehende Stege 22, 23 begrenzen eine Aussparung, in der ein Strangprofilelement 24 aus Kunststoff eingehakt ist. Ein elastischer Schenkel 25 des Strangprofilelements 24 hält die Isolierglasscheibe 4 gegen den Steg 20 gepresst. Dieser Schenkel 25 fixiert so die Isolierglasscheibe 4, andererseits verhindert er gleichzeitig, dass Luft aus dem Innenraum des Korpus 1 das gut wärmeleitende Aluminiumprofil 5 erreicht und dieses abkühlt.
Eine an sich bekannte und daher hier nicht im Detail beschriebene Magnetdichtung 26 ist in einer Nut 27 des Strangprofilelements 24 verankert.
In dem Spalt 19 erstreckt sich ein Band 28 aus einem komprimierbaren Schaumstoff. Das Band 28 schließt im wesentlichen bündig zur inneren Kante 29 der Leiste 12 ab und verhindert so das Eindringen von Schmutz und Fremdkörpern in den Spalt 19. Das Band 28 hat typischerweise eine Stärke von ca. 10 mm; ein solches Band vermag sich Breiten des Spalts 19 zwischen 10 und ca. 3 mm anzupassen.
Während das Band 28 an der Leiste 12 vorzugsweise durch Verklebung, z.B. mit Hilfe eines zweiseitigen Klebebandes, befestigt ist, liegt es an der Glasplatte 13 lediglich an, ohne direkt daran befestigt zu sein. So kann das Band auf der Tür 20 hin- und hergleiten, wenn der Dekorrahmen 3 in Höhen- oder Breitenrichtung justiert wird.
Fig. 3 zeigt in einer vereinfachten Darstellung eine Abwandlung der Ausgestaltung aus Fig. 2. Hier ist ebenfalls ein Band 28 aus einem komprimierbaren Schaumstoffmaterial zwischen der Leiste 12 und der Isolierglasscheibe 24 eingeklemmt, um den Spalt 19 trotz variabler Breite dicht zu verschließen. Um eine einfache Reinigung zu gewährleisten, ist das Band 28 hier mit einer undurchlässigen Oberflächenschicht 30 versehen, die die innere Kante 29 der Leiste 12 teilweise überdeckt und sich von dieser konkav geschwungen zur Isolierglasscheibe 4 erstreckt. Auch die Kontaktfläche zwischen dem Band 28 und der Scheibe 4 ist wenigstens zu einem Teil durch die undurchlässige Schicht 30 gebildet. Dies erlaubt es, die Scheibe 4 und den Dekorrahmen 3 feucht abzuwischen, ohne dass dadurch Schmutz in das Schaumstoffband 28 eingerieben wird. So behält die Gerätefront dauerhaft ein ansprechendes Aussehen. Als weitere, nicht gezeichnete Abwandlung ist denkbar, die undurchlässige Schicht 30 durch ein Strangprofil von gleichem Querschnitt zu ersetzen, das an der Kante 29 verklebt ist und genügend Festigkeit aufweist, um elastisch gegen die Scheibe 4 zu drücken; dann kann das Schaumstoffband 28 entfallen.
Eine andere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist in Fig. 4 in einem zur Fig. 3 analogen Schnitt gezeigt. Auch hier erstreckt sich ein komprimierbares Schaumstoffband 28 zwischen dem Rahmen 12 und der Isolierglasscheibe 4, allerdings ist das Band 28 hier zwischen zwei L- Profile 31 , 35 eingefügt. Das erste L-Profil 31 hat einen ersten Schenkel 32, der die innere Kante 29 der Leiste 12 bündig verlängert, und einen an die Leiste 12 angeklebten, gehefteten oder in anderer Weise befestigten zweiten Schenkel 33. An die von der Leiste 12 abgewandte Seite des Schenkels 33 ist das Schaumstoffband 28 angeklebt. Der erste Schenkel 32 begrenzt zusammen mit einem parallelen dritten Schenkel 34 eine Nut, in die ein erster Schenkel 36 des zweiten L-Profils 35 eingreift. Dessen zweiter Schenkel 37 ist ebenfalls an dem Schaumstoffband 28 verklebt und liegt an der Isolierglasscheibe 4 an. Je nach Dicke des Spalts 19 greift der Schenkel 36 unterschiedlich weit in die Nut zwischen den Schenkeln 32, 34 ein. Die ineinandergreifenden Schenkel 32, 34, 36 schützen das Schaumstoffband 28 vor Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz.
Bei der in Fig. 5 gezeigten Ausgestaltung ist das komprimierbare Schaumstoffband 28 entfallen, und die zweiten Schenkel 33, 37 der L-Profile 31 , 35 sind an ihren von den ersten Schenkeln 32 bzw. 36 abgewandten Rändern einstückig miteinander verbunden.
Der Schenkel 37 ist unter Biegespannung gehalten, so dass das Profil 35 elastisch gegen die Isolierglasscheibe 4 drückt. Je nach Dicke des Spalts 19 überlappen die ersten
Schenkel 32, 36 der L-Profile unterschiedlich weit.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Kältegerät mit einem Korpus (1 ) und einer an den Korpus (1 ) angelenkten Tür (2), die einen wärmeisolierten Innenraum umschließen, und mit einem der Tür (2) lagejustierbar vorgeblendeten Dekorelement (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Spalt (19) zwischen einem Rand (29) eines zentralen Ausschnitts des
Dekorelements (3) und einer Frontseite der Tür (2) durch ein an die Breite des Spaltes (19) anpassbares Profil (28; 28, 30; 28, 31 , 35; 31 ,35) ausgefüllt ist.
2. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (28; 28 30; 28, 31 , 35; 31 , 35) sich elastisch an die Breite des Spaltes (19) selbsttätig anpasst.
3. Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (28; 28, 30; 28, 31 , 35; 31 ,35) stauchbar ausgeführt ist.
4. Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil ein komprimierbares Band (28) umfasst.
5. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (28) an der Tür (2) einerseits und dem Dekorelement (3) andererseits anliegt.
6. Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (31 , 35) zwei überlappende Stege (32, 36) umfasst, von denen einer (36) bezüglich der Tür (2) und der andere (32) bezüglich des Dekorelements (3) fest ist.
7. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Stege (32, 36) jeweils erste Schenkel eines ersten bzw. zweiten L-Profils (35, 31 ) sind, wobei ein zweiter Schenkel (37) des ersten L-Profils (35) an der Tür (2) und ein zweiter Schenkel (33) des zweiten L-Profils (31 ) an dem Dekorelement (3) anliegt.
8. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 7 soweit auf Anspruch 4 rückbezogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare Band (28) zwischen den zweiten Schenkeln (37, 33) angeordnet ist.
9. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Schenkel (37, 33) miteinander einteilig elastisch verbunden sind.
10. Kältegerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste L-Profil (35) an der Tür (2) lose anliegt.
1 1. Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite L-Profil (31 ) einen dritten Steg (34) umfasst, der mit dem ersten Steg (23) eine Nut begrenzt, in die der zweite Steg (36) eingreift.
12. Kältegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (2) in einem von dem zentralen Ausschnitt des
Dekorelements (3) freigelassenen Bereich durchsichtig ist.
