Description

Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät wie etwa ein Kühlschrank, einen Gefrierschrank, eine Spülmaschine oder dgl.
Bei Haushaltsgeräten, die in Küchenmöbel eingebaut sind oder benachbart zu diesen aufgestellt werden, ist die Gestaltung der Tür häufig an die benachbarter Türen der Küchenmöbel angeglichen. Um eine exakt fluchtende Anordnung der Möbeltüren und der sichtbaren Teile der Gerätetüren zu erreichen, sind letztere im allgemeinen mehrteilig aufgebaut, aus einer geräteseitigen Platte, die die technischen Funktionen des Verschließens eines Innenraums des Haushaltsgerätes wahrnimmt, und die in der Regel am Gerät, so wie es vom Hersteller ausgeliefert wird, fertig montiert ist, und einer Dekorplatte, die nachträglich bei Aufstellung des Haushaltsgeräts an seinem vorgesehenen Einsatzort mit Hilfe von justierbaren Zwischenstücken an der geräteseitigen Platte montiert wird. Bei Einbaugeräten ist die Kantenlänge der Dekorplatte im allgemeinen um einige Zentimeter größer als die der geräteseitigen Platte, da die Dekorplatte nicht nur die geräteseitige Platte abdecken muss, sondern die gesamte Möbelnische, in der das Gerät aufgestellt ist.
Zur Befestigung der Dekorplatte an der geräteseitigen Platte werden herkömmlicherweise Winkelstücke verwendet, bei denen jeweils ein Schenkel an einer seitlichen Flanke der geräteseitigen Platte anliegt und ein zweiter, zur Vorderseite der geräteseitigen Platte paralleler und über deren Rand nach außen vorstehender zweiter Schenkel an der Dekorplatte verschraubt ist.
Bei einem Haushaltsgerät, das nicht für den Einbau in einer Möbelnische konzipiert ist, sondern benachbart zu Möbeln oder anderen Haushaltsgeräten stehen soll, ist es weder notwendig noch zweckmäßig, dass eine Dekorplatte eines solchen Gerätes seitlich über den Korpus des Gerätes übersteht. Wenn eine solche Dekorplatte in der oben beschriebenen, von Einbau-Haushaltsgeräten bekannten Weise montiert werden soll, ergibt sich das Problem, dass die Schrauben, mit denen die Dekorplatte an den Winkelstücken befestigt wird, sehr nahe an den Rändern der Dekorplatte gesetzt werden müssen. Dadurch besteht die Gefahr, dass das Material der Dekorplatte beim Setzen der Schrauben oder auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, wenn die Dekorplatte mechanisch beansprucht wird, aufreißt, und die Dekorplatte unbrauchbar wird.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, mit einfachen konstruktiven Maßnahmen und einer Dekorplatte an der Türfront eines Haushaltsgeräts, ohne die Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Dekorplatte befestigen zu können.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Befestigung der Dekorplatte an der Türaußenhaut, ist erstere positionssicher und dauerhaft positionsgenau an der Türaußenhaut festgesetzt. Durch die formschlüssige Befestigung ist eine Demontage und eine erneute Montage ohne Beschädigungs- oder Montagespuren an der Dekorplatte oder der Türaußenhaut möglich. Durch die Befestigungsmaßnahme ist auch eine mechanische Beanspruchung der Dekorplatte möglich, ohne dass diese Schaden nimmt.
Um das Einführen des ersten Schenkels des Winkelstücks zu erleichtern, ist der Spalt vorzugsweise zu einem benachbarten Rand der geräteseitigen Platte oder der Dekorplatte hin offen.
Der Spalt ist vorzugsweise einerseits durch die Dekorplatte und andererseits durch eine an dieser befestigte Brücke begrenzt. Die Brücke ist vorzugsweise aus einem Blech gebogen.
Um in Längsrichtung der Brücke eine Justierbewegung von geräteseitiger Platte und Dekorplatte gegeneinander zuzulassen, auch wenn der erste Schenkel des Winkelstücks in den unter der Brücke gebildeten Spalt eingreift, hat die Brücke vorzugsweise eine Spannweite von wenigstens dem Eineinhalbfachen der Breite des ersten Schenkels, so dass dieser um seine halbe Breite in dem Spalt verschiebbar ist.
Um eine Justierbewegung senkrecht zu den Hauptoberflächen der Platten zu ermöglichen, ist der zweite Schenkel vorzugsweise mit einem Langloch versehen. Eine der Brücke zugewandte Sicke in dem ersten Schenkel erhöht zum einen dessen Steifigkeit, zum anderen erleichtert sie das reibschlüssige Einschieben des Schenkels in den Spalt.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Kältegeräts mit einem Korpus 1 und einer daran angelenkten geräteseitigen Türplatte 2 in geschlossener Stellung. Die geräteseitige Türplatte 2 ist in an sich bekannter Weise als ein mit einem aufgeschäumten Polymermaterial ausgefüllter Hohlkörper mit einer festen Außenhaut ausgeführt. In einer oberen Flanke 3 und seitlichen Flanken 4 sind jeweils mehrere gegen das aufgeschäumte Polymermaterial abgedichtete Gewindesacklöcher 5, 6 gebildet.
Eine Dekorplatte 7 aus Holz ist getrennt von der geräteseitigen Türplatte 2 dargestellt, an der sie montiert werden soll. In der Fig. ist die Rückseite der Dekorplatte 7 zu sehen, die im montierten Zustand der Türplatte 2 zugewandt ist. Im oberen Bereich der Dekorplatte 7 ist eine Justierschiene 8 aus Blech mit Hilfe mehrerer Schrauben 9 befestigt. Die Justierschiene 8 hat einen durch eine flache Rippe versteifte, an der Dekorplatte 7 anliegende Grundplatte und zwei von der Oberkante der Grundplatte rechtwinklig abstehende Laschen 10 mit jeweils zwei Öffnungen darin. Diese Öffnungen dienen zum Befestigen der Dekorplatte 7 an der oberen Flanke 3 der geräteseitigen Türplatte 2 mit Hilfe von Schrauben 11 bzw. 12. Die Schrauben 11 sind gewöhnliche Schrauben mit einem Gewindeschaft und einem Kopf; die Schrauben 12 sind Spezialschrauben mit einem Geschwindeschaft, einem Kopf und einem von dem Kopf nach oben abstehenden Stift. Die Schrauben 11, 12 sind so dimensioniert, dass ihre Köpfe nicht durch die Öffnungen 13 der Laschen 10 passen, wohl aber ihr Schaft bzw., im Falle der Schraube 12, ihr Stift. Zunächst werden die zwei Schrauben 12 in die ihnen zugeordneten Gewindelöcher 5 eingedreht, sodann wird die Dekorplatte 7 an den Schrauben 12 so aufgehängt, dass deren Stifte durch die ihnen zugeordneten Öffnungen 13 hindurch greifen und die Laschen 10 auf den Köpfen der Schrauben 12 ruhen. Durch Drehen der Schrauben 12 ist die Höhe der Dekorplatte 7 justierbar, durch Verschieben der Laschen 10 auf den Köpfen der Schrauben 12 die seitliche Position der Dekorplatte 7 und ihr Abstand von der geräteseitigen Türplatte 2. Wenn die Höhe der Dekorplatte 7 für korrekt befunden worden ist, kann sie durch Setzen der Schrauben 11 fixiert werden.
An der Rückseite der Dekorplatte 7 ist benachbart zu ihren seitlichen Rändern eine Mehrzahl von aus Blech gebogenen Brücken 14 verschraubt, die jeweils zusammen mit der Dekorplatte 7 einen zum benachbarten Rand hin offenen Spalt 15 begrenzen. Die Spalte 15 sind vorgesehen, um jeweils reibschlüssig einen ersten Schenkel 17 eines wie die Brücken 14 aus Blech geformten Winkelstücks 16 aufzunehmen, von dem jeweils ein zweiter Schenkel 18 an einem der Gewindelöcher 6 einer der seitlichen Flanken 4 der Platte 2 verschraubt ist.
Die Anbringung der Winkelstücke 16 an der Dekorplatte 7 und der geräteseitigen Türplatte 2 ist deutlicher erkennbar anhand der Fig. 2, die einen horizontalen Teilschnitt durch die zusammengebaute Tür in Höhe der durch strichpunktierte Linien Il in Fig. 1 definierten Ebene zeigt. Bei dem hier betrachteten Beispiel steht die Dekorplatte um ca. 1 bis 2 cm seitlich über den Rand der geräteseitigen Platte 2 über, der Überstand kann jedoch auch größer oder kleiner, sogar Null, sein.
Das Winkelstück 16 ist an der seitlichen Flanke 4 der Platte 2 durch eine Schraube 19 gehalten, die in das Gewindeloch 6 eingreift, welches in einer in das isolierende Polymermaterial 20 der Türplatte 2 vorspringenden Kunststoffhülse 21 gebildet ist. Die Schraube 19 durchsetzt ein Langloch 22 des Schenkels 18, so dass durch Verschieben von Schraube 19 und Langloch 22 gegeneinander der Abstand zwischen der geräteseitigen Platte 2 und dem Schenkel 17 und damit die Breite eines Zwischenraums 32 zwischen den Platten 2, 7 justiert werden kann.
Der Schenkel 17 mit darin eingeprägter Sicke 23 füllt den Spalt 15 reibschlüssig aus und ist in diesem sowohl in Längsrichtung des Schenkels 18 als auch, da der Spalt 15 breiter als der Schenkel 18 ist, quer zu letzterem verschiebbar. Somit ist die Verbindung zwischen den Platten 2, 7 über das Winkelstück 16 und die Brücke 14 in drei Raumrichtungen justierbar.
Die Winkelstücke 16 werden platziert und justiert, nachdem die Dekorplatte 7 über die Justierschiene 8 an der oberen Flanke 3 der geräteseitigen Türplatte 2 aufgehängt und höhenjustiert worden ist.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines an der seitlichen Flanke 4 der Platte 2 befestigten Winkelstücks 16 und der diesem zugeordneten Brücke 14 unter Weglassung der Dekorplatte 7, an welcher die Brücke 14 durch Schrauben 24 befestigt ist. Das Winkelstück 16 gemäß dieser zweiten Ausgestaltung unterscheidet sich von dem in Fig. 2 gezeigten durch einen Zwischenabschnitt 25, der die Schenkel 17, 18 miteinander verbindet und in Bezug auf den Schenkel 18 geringfügig parallel versetzt ist, so dass er, wenn der Schenkel 18 in den Spalt zwischen Brücke 14 und Dekorplatte 7 eingesteckt ist und an der Dekorplatte 7 anliegt, zusammen mit der Dekorplatte 7 eine zu deren Rand hin offene Stecknut 26 begrenzt.
In diese Stecknut 26 ist, wie in Fig. 4 zu sehen, die einen zu Fig. 2 analogen Schnitt zeigt, eine Feder 27 eines Kunststoff-Strangprofils 28 eingesteckt und durch in den Zwischenabschnitt 25 geprägte Krallen 29 gegen Herausrutschen gesichert. Ein Steg 30 des Strangprofils erstreckt sich von der Dekorplatte 7 aus an der seitlichen Flanke 4 entlang bis über das Ende des Schenkels 17 hinaus. Ein gekrümmter, spitz zulaufender und dadurch flexibler Endabschnitt 31 des Stegs 30 liegt dicht an der Flanke 4 an.
Das Strangprofil 28 erstreckt sich über die gesamte Höhe der Türplatte 2 und verbirgt so sämtliche Winkelstücke 16 und den Zwischenraum 32 zwischen den Platten 2, 7, in den die Schenkel 17 der Winkelstücke 16 eingreifen. Da bei beiden Ausgestaltungen die Brücken 14 vollständig in dem Zwischenraum 32 zwischen den zwei Platten liegen, ist der Abstand zwischen den Rändern der Dekorplatte 7 und den in sie eingreifenden, die Brücken 14 haltenden Schrauben 24 zwangsläufig größer als - sofern vorhanden - der seitliche Überstand der Dekorplatte 7 über die geräteseitige Platte 2. Er kann daher stets groß genug gewählt werden, um eine Beschädigung oder Gefährdung der Dekorplatte 7 durch das Setzen der Schrauben 24 sicher zu vermeiden.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Einbau-Haushaltsgerät mit einer Türaußenhaut (2) und einer an der Tür frontseitig festsetzbaren Dekorplatte (7), die durch einen Zwischenraum (32) beabstandet aneinander befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Dekorplatte (7) oder der Türaußenhaut (2) in dem Zwischenraum (32) wenigstens ein zu der Dekorplatte (7) oder der Türaußenhaut (2) paralleler Spalt (15) gebildet ist und dass die Dekorplatte (7) und die Türaußenhaut (2) miteinander durch ein Winkelstück (16) verbunden sind, von dem ein erster Schenkel (17) in den Spalt (15) eingreift und ein zweiter Schenkel (18) an einer Flanke (4) der Türaußenhaut (2) oder der Dekorplatte befestigt ist.
2. Tür nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt (15) zu einem benachbarten Seitenrand der Dekorplatte (7) hin oder zu einem Seitenrand der Türaußenhaut hin offen ist.
3. Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt (15) einerseits durch eine an der Dekorplatte (7) bzw. der Türaußenhaut (2) befestigte Brücke (14) und andererseits durch die Dekorplatte (7) bzw. die Türaußenhaut (2) begrenzt ist.
4. Tür nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brücke (14) aus einem Formteil gebildet und im wesentlichen u-förmig ausgebildet ist.
5. Tür nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brücke (14) eine Spannweite hat, die wenigstens das Eineinhalbfache der Breite des ersten Schenkels (17) beträgt.
6. Tür nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannweite durch den lichten Abstand der beiden U-Schenkel gebildet ist.
7. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schenkel (18) ein Langloch (22) aufweist.
8. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel (17) mit einer der Brücke (14) zugewandten Sicke (23) versehen ist.
9. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Brücken (14) an den vertikalen Seitenrändern der Dekorplatte (7) oder der Türaußenhaut (2) vorgesehen sind.
10. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt (15) an der Dekorplatte (7) angeordnet ist.
