Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de décontamination d'une surface présentant une couche d'oxyde d'un composant ou d'un système d'une centrale nucléaire, selon lequel la couche d'oxyde est traitée au moyen d'un agent oxydant gazeux.

Claims (24)

  1. Procédé de décontamination d'une surface comportant une couche d'oxyde et appartenant à un composant ou à un système d'une installation nucléaire, dans lequel on génère un film d'eau sur ladite surface, ce dernier étant mis en contact avec un anhydride d'acide sous forme gazeuse et ladite couche d'oxyde étant traitée avec de l'ozone sous forme gazeuse en tant qu'agent oxydant.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    le fait que le pH dudit film d'eau soit ≤ 2.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé par
    l'utilisation d'un oxyde d'azote en tant qu'anhydride d'acide sous forme gazeuse.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    durant ledit traitement, la concentration en NOx est maintenue à au moins 0,1 g/Nm3.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé par
    une concentration en NOx comprise entre 0,2 et 0,5 g/Nm3.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface à traiter est chauffée à une température comprise entre 30 °C et 80 °C.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé par
    une température comprise entre 60 et 70 °C.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    durant ledit traitement, la concentration en ozone est maintenue à au moins 5 g/Nm3.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé par
    une concentration d'ozone comprise entre 100 et 120 g/Nm3.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on maintient, durant ledit traitement, un film d'eau sur la couche d'oxyde.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit film d'eau est généré à l'aide de vapeur d'eau.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    de la chaleur est apportée à ladite surface ou, respectivement, à la couche d'oxyde dont elle est recouverte.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit apport de chaleur est réalisé à l'aide de vapeur chaude ou d'air chaud.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit apport de chaleur est réalisé à l'aide d'un dispositif de chauffage externe.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    suite au traitement d'oxydation, les surfaces traitées subissent un traitement à la vapeur d'eau, ladite vapeur d'eau subissant une condensation sur lesdites surfaces.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15,
    caractérisé par
    le fait que la température de ladite vapeur d'eau soit supérieure à 100 °C.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la vapeur d'eau excédentaire subit une condensation.
  18. Procédé selon les revendications 16 ou 17,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le condensat est acheminé sur un échangeur de cations.
  19. Procédé selon les revendications 16, 17 ou 18,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le condensat est traité avec un agent de réduction pour éliminer le nitrate qu'il contient.
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on met en oeuvre de l'hydrazine en tant qu'agent de réduction.
  21. Procédé selon la revendication 20,
    caractérisé par
    un rapport molaire entre le nitrate et l'hydrazine d'au moins 1 pour 0,5.
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 21,
    caractérisé par
    un rapport molaire entre le nitrate et l'hydrazine compris entre 1:0,5 et 2:5.
  23. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    suite au traitement d'oxydation, ladite couche d'oxyde est traitée avec une solution aqueuse d'un acide organique.
  24. Procédé selon la revendication 23,
    caractérisé par
    l'utilisation de l'acide oxalique.
