Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande d'aluminium destinée à des supports de plaques d'impression lithographiques,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une plaque de laminage en un alliage d'aluminium avec les constituants d'alliage suivantes, en % de poids:
    0,05 % ≤ Mg ≤ 0,3 %,
    0,008 % ≤ Mn ≤ 0,3 %,
    0,4 % ≤ Fe ≤ 1 %,
    0,05 % ≤ Si ≤ 0,5 %,
    Cu ≤ 0,04 %,
    Ti ≤ 0,04 %,
    des impuretés inévitables chacune 0,01 % au maximum, au total 0,05 % au maximum, le reste étant Al, le rapport des proportions des constituants d'alliage Fe/Mn étant compris entre 2 et 15, est coulée de manière discontinue, la plaque de laminage est préchauffée ou homogénéisée avant le laminage à chaud, la plaque de laminage est laminée à chaud pour obtenir une bande laminée à chaud et la bande laminée à chaud est ensuite laminée à froid avec ou sans des recuits intermédiaires jusqu'à atteindre son épaisseur finale.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,

    le rapport des proportions des constituants d'alliage Fe/Mn est compris entre 3 et 8.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'alliage d'aluminium présente une teneur en Mn, en % de poids, de 0,008 % ≤ Mn ≤ 0,2 % ou de 0,008 % ≤ Mn ≤ 0,1 %.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'alliage d'aluminium présente une teneur en Ti, en % de poids, de 0,01 % au maximum.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rapport des proportions des constituants d'alliage Fe/Si est au moins 2.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'épaisseur finale de la bande d'aluminium est comprise entre 0,15 mm et 0,5 mm ou entre 0,15 mm et 0,35 mm.
