Definitions
- the invention relates to a projector according to the preamble of the main claim.
- a launcher is from the FR 2 832 792 A known.
- a similar launcher with a replaceable ammunitioned container with launching tubes for firing fragmentation grenades against missiles or from blast grenades against KE rods in the respective remaining phase of their approach to the attacked and defended object is from the DE 199 51 915 A1 known.
- the object may be a vehicle (in particular an armored vehicle) or a property (in particular a military camp).
- the excellent suitability of the described there, fast and accurate directional drive with stationary in the launcher pedestal azimuth and elevation drives for the container was meanwhile convincingly demonstrated. Its great agility is essentially based on the fact that in the interest of reducing the masses to be moved during the straightening process, the motors for azimuth and elevation movements are stationary, and mechanically protected, built into the object-fixed gun socket.
- a disadvantage of that construction proves only the restriction to small elevation angles around a structurally predetermined average, in which a height-adjustable push rod for elevation straight in the azimuth axis.
- the articulation of the supported as a one-armed lever on the push rod container namely namely with the elevation a pivoting of the push rod from this axis out with the result that the leverage of the linkage are increasingly unfavorable and the push rod can be subjected to bending.
- an effective defense against all expected attack scenarios requires a mastery of the complete hemisphere; and if possible also, for example, from an elevated location on a vehicle, launch directions below the mounting level of the container.
- it would be desirable to the object In addition to the hard-core active protection provided by the defense grenades, it is also possible to provide flexible soft-kill passive protection.
- the present invention is based on the technical problem of providing a launcher of the generic type for such additional defense options.
- the elevation is no longer limited to a relatively small elevation around a predetermined angle, but the container can rotate virtually around its elevation axis and so far aligned in each spatial direction.
- This solution is of particular advantage in equipping the thrower also with launch tubes for fog pots for temporary camouflage of the object equipped with the launcher.
- additional Nebelwerfer tubes are provided parallel to the garnet tubes. But because they do not have to be as long as the launching tubes for the grenades, there is always a pair of mist thrower tubes installed coaxially in opposite directions. Nevertheless, two mist pots can be fired in succession in the same direction by turning the Nebelwerfer pipes 180 ° after the first firing and adjusting their elevation.
- the Nebelwerfer tube pairs can be conveniently integrated into the container with the grenade tubes or applied as interchangeable tubes to the launcher.
- the suspension of the elevation drive is not in the pedestal but above, in the suspension of the launcher next to the shaft for pivoting the container and arranged laterally offset so that the resulting center of mass of loaded with a loaded with defensive grenade container, including mists , Suspension in the interest of low mass moment of inertia for use of a small-scale azimuth drive as straight as possible in the azimuth axis.
- the functionality of the thrower for hard-core defense of a mobile or stationary object can be significantly extended if, in addition to the launching tubes for defensive grenades, it is also equipped with Nebelwerfer tubes and designed for elevation angles of at least approximately 360 °.
- Nebelwerfer tubes and designed for elevation angles of at least approximately 360 °.
- two nebulized pots ammunition mounted in a pair of oppositely-oriented mist thrower tubes can be sequentially fired in the same direction, if in between there is a 180 ° message in the azimuth axis correcting the elevation.
- the in Fig.1 sketched launcher 11 has a base 12 to be arranged fixed to the object and a rotatably mounted on it, asymmetrically fork-shaped suspension 13. Through this extends orthogonal to the vertical axis of azimuth 14, the horizontal elevation axis 15 for the spatial alignment of a replaceable in the suspension 13 salaried container 16 with garnet and Nebetwerfer tubes. Its three garnet tubes 17 are loaded with one defense grenade each. In the interest of dense packing to gap, however, offset and parallel to the container 16 is additionally formed here with two Nebelwerfer tubes 18. These are equipped with mist pots.
- each of the Nebelwerfer tubes 18 is functionally pairwise divided so that it can ever fire a fog pot in opposite directions.
- the elevation orientation of the container 16 and thus its launch tubes 17, 18 by means of an elevation motor 19 The is as outlined in the axially wider of the two legs of the suspension 13 and arranged according to Fig.1 be flanged as a geared motor directly to a coaxial with the elevation axis 15 shaft; or the motor shaft is according to Fig.2 oriented transversely to the container, ie elevation shaft and connected via a deflection gear to the elevation shaft.
- the elevation motor 19 is rotatably connected to the container 16 via the elevation shaft.
- This container shaft is so high above the fork leg angle (ie above the ground) of the suspension 13, that the container 16 in principle can perform a full revolution over 360 °. This not only sweeps over the full hemisphere and the underlying space in the elevation, but it also ensures that two mist pots from the pair of coaxial pipe assembly sequentially (after pivoting the container 16 by 180 ° azimuth with adjustment of the elevation) in the same spatial direction can be shot down.
- the center of gravity of the assembled suspension 13 is located to the elevation motor 19 offset in the container 16, to minimize the azimuth effective mass moments of inertia as accurately as possible on the azimuth axis 14.
- the elevation motor 19th from a multi-motor drive system 20 from the interior of the object-fixed base 12 out about the azimuth axis 14th twisted; as detailed in the DE 1 99 51 915 A1 is described, which is incorporated herein by reference in full to the present invention description.
- the pairs of the Nebelwerfer tubes 18 are not included in the ammunition with multiple anti-garnets 21 container 16 of the launcher 11, but applied separately replaceable to a separate bracket 22 on the suspension 13.
- This holder 22 is - preferably about a common to the garnet tubes 17 elevation axis 15 - HANnrichtbar by means of its own elevation motor 23, which is oriented transversely to the elevation shaft 24 in the axially narrower leg of the suspension 13 and connected thereto via a deflection gear 25.
- the center of gravity of the assembled suspension 13 is again as accurate as possible on the azimuth axis 14.
- the suspension 13 is again rotated together with its elevation motors 19, 23 by the azimuth drive system 20 about the azimuth axis 14.
- the container 16 is again designed both with garnet tubes as well as with Nebelwerfer tubes.
- the elevation motor 19 is oriented parallel to the azimuth axis 14 and thus oriented transversely to the elevation shaft 24 to the azimuth motors in the drive system 20 in the base 12 inside.
- a drive pinion 30 on the elevation shaft 24 meshes with the output of the elevation motor in the form of a rack or a worm, so that now only the mass of the container 16 together with its fork-shaped suspension 13 but no more elevation engine participates in the azimuth rotation.

Description
- Fig.1
- Fig.2
- Fig.3
Fig.1 .
