Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif (1) de dosage et/ou de mise à niveau d'un fluide liquide ou pâteux déposé sur une surface mobile, dans lequel la surface (2) est une bande de papier, de carton ou d'une autre matière fibreuse en cas de dépôt direct du fluide ou la surface d'un élément de transfert, par exemple d'un rouleau d'enduction, qui transfère le fluide d'enduction sur la surface de la bande de matière fibreuse en cas de dépôt indirect, comprenant:
    un corps de maintien (3) destiné à recevoir un élément de racle (4) et un élément de pression (5), dans lequel le corps de maintien (3) est posé contre la surface mobile (2) et l'élément de pression (5) pousse l'élément de racle (4), par sa partie de tête (4.1), contre la surface mobile (2) en vue du dosage et/ou de la mise à niveau du fluide déposé,

    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une barre de maintien supplémentaire (9) destinée à recevoir le tuyau de blocage souple (7), qui est disposée parallèlement à la barre d'appui (8) et est logée de manière séparable dans le corps de maintien (3) et dans lequel la barre de maintien (9) présente au moins une saillie (12) en direction de la barre d'appui (8), qui est saillante d'une distance (a) au-delà de la course de levée minimale (w) du tuyau de blocage souple (7), de telle manière qu'il subsiste une fente (s) par rapport à la barre d'appui (8).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre de maintien (9) peut être extraite et insérée dans le corps de maintien (3) ensemble avec le tuyau de blocage souple (7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la barre de maintien (9) est fabriquée en matière synthétique ou est revêtue au moins partiellement d'une matière résistant à l'encrassement, telle que le Téflon.
  4. Dispositif selon une revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la barre de maintien (9) est assemblée de manière séparable au corps de maintien (3) au moyen d'un tuyau de serrage souple (13) ou au moyen d'un assemblage en complémentarité de forme (14), par exemple par suspension, pincement, insertion ou analogue.
  5. Dispositif selon une revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la barre de maintien (9) est fabriquée en une matière flexible ou rigide.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de blocage souple (7) est un tuyau souple du commerce, de forme ronde, profilée ou lobée, composé de caoutchouc, ou de matière renforcée au caoutchouc, ou de silicone ou de caoutchouc naturel ou analogue, et ne présente qu'une faible levée ou course de levée (w).
