Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour brûler un gaz de cokéfaction dans une chambre de cokéfaction d'un four à coke de type 'sans récupération' ou 'avec récupération de chaleur'. Dans la couverture de chaque chambre du four sont disposés plusieurs orifices pour l'entrée d'air primaire de sorte que le gaz dégagé lors de la cokéfaction entre en contact de manière homogène avec la quantité souhaitée d'air primaire pour la combustion partielle du gaz de cokéfaction. Ces orifices d'entrée d'air primaire sont regroupés au-dessus du four et pour chaque chambre séparément par un système d'alimentation en air. Les systèmes d'alimentation en air de chaque chambre du four sont reliés à un système d'alimentation en air commun à plusieurs chambres. Entre ce système d'alimentation en air commun et les alimentations en air de chaque chambre du four est monté un organe de commande qui modifie la quantité d'air primaire pendant la cokéfaction. Le système d'alimentation en air commun peut être soumis à une légère surpression constante.
