Abstract

Description

用于炼焦炉的燃烧用空气的输入装置和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输入焦化气体燃烧用的燃烧空气的装置和方法,该焦化气体在炼焦设备中用炼焦室按非回收法或热回收法对煤进行炼焦时在煤上方释放出来。在这里,上述方法与要使用的炼焦炉的数量无关,只要它们形成焦炉组即可。
背景技术
这种类型的装置例如在DE 10201985A1中描述。
热回收炼焦炉的加热通常通过燃烧在炼焦中形成的气体来实现。在此该燃烧这样进行控制,使得在煤料上方的一部分气体在炉室中通过初级空气燃烧。该已部分燃烧的气体通过通道(其也称为“下导管”)输入炉室的炉底中的加热通风管,并且在这里通过添加其他的燃烧空气即次级空气被完全燃烧。
通过这种方式热量被直接从上面或者间接从下面输入煤料,这有利于炼焦速度并由此有利于炉子的功率。为了实施该方法而需要,精确地确定在煤料上方输入的空气即初级空气的量并且通过精炼时间(Garungszeit)的持续周期对其可变地加以控制。此外为了达到在整个煤料上均匀的放热,必须在煤料上尽可能精确分配地添加燃烧空气。
按照传统的现有技术,初级空气通过炉门上的孔被吸入。这些孔设有用于手工调节空气量的装置。但在实践中表明,吸入的空气在刚进入炉子中就已经反应并且这样并没有发生锁期望的部分燃烧。代之以,一部分焦化气体在炉门上的空气入口附近良好即完全地反应,而剩余的焦化气体由于缺少氧气而保持尽可能未被燃烧。
结果是,得到在煤料上的空间上不均匀的放热和由此也得到相应的热量输入以及在煤料中相应不利的热量分布。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,以经济的方式消除上述的缺陷。本发明通过以下的方式实现该目的,用于在“非回收类型”或“热回收类型”的炼焦炉的炼焦室中输入燃烧空气的装置,该燃烧空气用于焦化气体的燃烧,其中
●在每个炉室的炉顶中这样设置许多用于初级空气的进气孔,使得在炼焦期间形成的焦化气体均匀地与所期望量的、用于部分燃烧焦化气体的初级空气接触;
●用于初级空气的这些进气孔在炉子的上方对于每个炉室单独通过一个空气输入系统联合;
●各个炉室的空气输入系统连接到一个对于许多炉室公共的空气输入系统上;以及
●在公共的空气输入系统与各个炉室的空气输入系统之间分别设置一个控制机构,用于改变在精炼时间内的初级空气量。
在本发明的一个扩展方案中,公共的空气输入系统能被加载轻微的恒定的过压。该过压用于克服空气输入系统中的传导阻力和抵制孔中的狭缝效应(Kamineffekt)。压力加载合乎目的地通过鼓风机实现。空气输入系统设计成管道或通道系统。
应用上述装置输入燃烧空气的方法,该燃烧空气用于焦化气体的燃烧,其特征在于,所述公共的空气输入系统被加载轻微的、恒定的过压。

输入管4的系统位于炼焦室上方,这些输入管分别与许多输入孔5连接。输入管4连接于一总管道系统(Sammlersystem)6,它通过鼓风机7保持在轻微的过压下。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于在“非回收类型”或“热回收类型”的炼焦炉的炼焦室中输入燃烧空气的装置,该燃烧空气用于焦化气体的燃烧,其特征在于,
●在每个炉室的炉顶中这样设置许多用于初级空气的进气孔(5),使得在炼焦期间形成的焦化气体均匀地与所期望量的、用于部分燃烧焦化气体的初级空气接触;
●用于初级空气的这些进气孔在炉子的上方对于每个炉室单独通过一个空气输入系统(4)联合;
●各个炉室的空气输入系统(4)连接到一个对于许多炉室公共的空气输入系统(6)上;以及
●在公共的空气输入系统(6)与各个炉室的空气输入系统(4)之间分别设置一个控制机构,用于改变在精炼时间内的初级空气量。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述公共的空气输入系统能被加载轻微的、恒定的过压。
