Definitions

  • the invention relates to a curtain wall structures according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Curtain wall structures include a fixedly supported substructure of vertical or horizontal base beam members and intersecting horizontal and vertical beam members, panel brackets attached to the support profiles, and cladding panels supported by panel brackets.
  • the substructure is supported on a wall or building wall.
  • the facade panels are preferably made of ceramic material, in particular brick or cement.
  • facade constructions of this construction are known. Such a structure is z. B. in the published in 2002 product prospectus "MOEDING BRICKS, landscape format, curtains, ventilated, thermally insulated", the applicant described.
  • the substructure of this described known facade constructions consists of vertical anchored to the building basic profiles. On the front side, the supporting profiles are horizontally fixed to these basic supporting profiles. On the support profiles, the plate holder for the facade panels are hung in a known manner. The plate holder lock with the support profile or are firmly connected to this via a rivet or a screw connection.
  • the facade panel is supported by a U-shaped receptacle of the plate support supporting it and another plate holder secures the Fassendenplatte with a downwardly open U-shaped bracket.
  • the upper plate holder is responsible in particular for a tamper-proof and vibration-proof hold of the facade panel.
  • the plate holder in the vertical direction must remain adjustable during assembly work or can be attached to the support profile only when mounting the facade panels. In this facade construction, it is therefore common and appropriate that the facade panels are mounted from bottom to top of the building.
  • curtain wall constructions are known in which anchored in the building wall wall angles vertical T or L profiles are attached to which the plate holder are riveted.
  • FR 2 678 662 A a curtain wall construction, wherein a plate holder is formed with a separate elastic clip which engages in a horizontal groove on the top of the facade panel.
  • the DE 198 52 298 A1 describes a further curtain wall construction in which a plate holder is formed with a U-shaped receptacle with a separate elastic clip which is inserted into the U-shaped receptacle of the plate holder to receive one end of a facade panel in the receptacle.
  • the DE 90 00 858 U1 describes a curtain wall construction, wherein it has a one- piece plate holder with an H-shaped clip holder with elastic leg for receiving the upper fold or the lower fold of a facade panel.
  • a curtain wall structure described having a one- piece plate holder with four substantially U-shaped receptacles each having an elastic clamping leg for receiving a fold or end of a facade panel.

  • the design of the plate holder made of two components with a separate functional area offers decisive advantages for the installation of the facade panels.
  • the fact that the facade panels are now held by an elastic clamp, on the one hand ensures a secure fit of the facade panels in the base holder and on the other hand allows easy assembly and disassembly of the facade panels, and the basic holder takes over the holding function or support function of the facade panels, the workflow can be essential be made more effective. It is possible in this way, for example, to mount the facade panels from top to bottom in rows, so that in this way the dismantling of the framework required for mounting can already use during assembly.
  • the invention is further characterized by the fact that the facade panels can be mounted in a shorter time. It is sufficient to use the facade panel in the recording of the clip so that the facade panel is also locked in the clip. So there are no tools, tools or additional elements needed to securely fix the facade panel in the plate holder.
