Claims (32)

  1. Meuble avec un corps de meuble (1) et au moins un abattant (2) pouvant être déplacé vers le haut qui peut être déplacé par au moins un bras de réglage (3) articulé sur l'abattant et pouvant de préférence pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal, dans lequel au moins un bras de réglage (3) est contraint par un dispositif formant ressort (4) et en ce que au moins un mécanisme moteur électrique (5) agissant sur au moins un bras de réglage (3, 3') est prévu, dans lequel entre le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) et le bras de réglage (3) un dispositif d'accouplement (40) est actif, qui présente au moins dans un sens de rotation, sur une zone angulaire de rotation limitée, une course libre pour un déplacement libre du bras de réglage (3) dans une position d'ouverture et / ou dans une position de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) est actif sur une première zone partielle du trajet de pivotement du bras de réglage (3) et en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement (40) est conçu de manière telle que l'abattant (2) à la suite de cela peut être déplacé plus loin sur une deuxième zone partielle du trajet de pivotement sans autre appui motorisé en direction de la position finale.
  2. Meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) lors du processus d'ouverture de l'abattant (2) à partir de la position de fermeture complète de l'abattant (2) sur une zone angulaire (M1) de 50° au maximum, de préférence de 30° au maximum, est actif dans le sens d'une position d'ouverture.
  3. Meuble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) lors du processus de fermeture de l'abattant (2) à partir de la position d'ouverture complète de l'abattant (2) sur une zone angulaire (M2) de 100° au maximum, de préférence 80° au maximum, est actif dans le sens d'une position de fermeture.
  4. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'abattant (2, 2') peut être déplacé par le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) sur au moins une partie du trajet de fermeture d'une position d'ouverture à la position de fermeture complète.
  5. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'abattant (2, 2') peut être déplacé par le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) sur au moins une partie du trajet d'ouverture dans la position d'ouverture complète.
  6. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le bras de réglage (3) est contraint à partir d'une position neutre (N) se situant entre les deux positions finales de l'abattant (2), d'une part, dans une première zone de pivotement (82) vers une position finale extérieure à l'aide du dispositif formant ressort (4) et à partir de cette position neutre (N) dans une deuxième zone de pivotement (S1) vers une position finale intérieure également à l'aide du dispositif formant ressort (4).
  7. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif formant ressort (4) contraint le bras de réglage (3) de telle façon que l'abattant (2, 2') est maintenu essentiellement dans chaque position de pivotement contrairement à la force de gravité.
  8. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif formant ressort (4) est conçu d'une manière réglable de sorte que sur le bras de réglage (3) un moment de rotation agissant peut être modifié.
  9. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le moment de rotation devant être appliqué du mécanisme moteur électrique (5) pour ouvrir l'abattant (2, 2') est sur le bras de réglage (3) essentiellement égal au moment d'inertie de l'abattant (2, 2') multiplié par l'accélération angulaire à atteindre de l'abattant (2, 2').
  10. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que pour le déplacement de l'abattant (2, 2') un mécanisme de commande (16) est prévu qui présente un corps de base (18) pouvant être fixé au corps du meuble, le bras de réglage (3) étant articulé, d'une part, de façon pivotante sur le corps de base (18) et, d'autre part, de façon pivotante sur l'abattant (2, 2').
  11. Meuble selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'abattant (2, 2') peut être déplacé par le mécanisme de commande (16) de la position de fermeture dans une position d'ouverture ou bien dans le sens inverse.
  12. Meuble selon les revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le bras de réglage (3) est disposé sur le corps de base (18) sur un axe d'appui (9).
  13. Meuble selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) est disposé essentiellement de façon coaxiale à l'axe d'appui (9) du bras de réglage (3).
  14. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième abattant (2') est prévu qui est logé de façon pivotante autour d'un axe horizontal sur le au moins un abattant (2).
  15. Meuble selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le bras de réglage (3) est articulé sur le deuxième abattant (2').
  16. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être activé par un dispositif de commutation (30), de préférence un bouton-poussoir.
  17. Meuble selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commutation (30) est disposé sur ou bien dans le meuble et/ou au niveau spatial à l'extérieur du meuble.
  18. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être activé par un mouvement manuel de l'abattant (2, 2').
  19. Meuble selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être activé par traction ou pression sur l'abattant (2, 2').
  20. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être activé par un dispositif formant capteur (33) fonctionnant de préférence sans contact.
  21. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être activé verbalement par un dispositif de reconnaissance de la parole (32).
  22. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être activé par un dispositif de détection optique (31), de préférence une caméra.
  23. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) comprend un moteur électrique, de préférence un moteur à courant continu, et de préférence un réducteur.
  24. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que par le dispositif d'accouplement (40) un couplage par emboîtement et/ou à force peut être produit entre mécanisme moteur électrique (5) et bras de réglage (3).
  25. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement (40) comprend de préférence deux éléments d'accouplement (41, 42) essentiellement en forme de disque, qui peuvent être déplacés l'un contre l'autre.
  26. Meuble selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier élément d'accouplement (41) présente un évidement (43), dans lequel engrène un tenon (44) du deuxième élément d'accouplement (42).
  27. Meuble selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (43) présente une butée (45) et une contrebutée (46), entre lesquelles le tenon (44) peut être déplacé.
  28. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 27, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement (40) est conçu de manière telle que l'angle d'ouverture maximal de l'abattant (2) est réglable.
  29. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 28, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme moteur électrique (5) peut être alimenté en courant au moyen d'un accumulateur de courant, de préférence une batterie.
  30. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 29, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu au moins un dispositif d'amortissement qui amortit le mouvement de l'abattant (2, 2').
  31. Meuble selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement est formé au moins partiellement par un mécanisme moteur électrique (5).
  32. Meuble selon la revendication 30 ou 31, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement amortit le mouvement de l'abattant (2, 2') au moins sur la dernière zone d'ouverture et/ou au moins sur la dernière zone de fermeture de l'abattant (2, 2').
