Claims (24)

  1. Dispositif d'ouverture (10) pour des parties de meuble mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, telles que des battants de portes (12) articulés et pivotants sur un corps de meuble, des clapets et similaires, doté d'un coulisseau éjecteur (30 ; 128) étiré en longueur, logé de façon coulissante dans la longueur dans ou sur un boîtier (28) pouvant être fixé sur l'une des parties de meuble mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, lequel coulisseau est précontraint par un ressort (32 ;) par l'une de ses extrémités dans une position dépassant du boîtier (28) en direction de l'autre partie de meuble (22) respective et peut être refoulé dans le sens contraire à la prétension à l'intérieur du boîtier, un dispositif de blocage (38, 40) verrouillant le coulisseau éjecteur (30) dans la position reculée dans le boîtier (28) et pouvant être déverrouillé par manipulation par un utilisateur étant prévu, caractérisé en ce que :
    il est prévu dans le boîtier (28) un dispositif de serrage (34 ; 32' ; 42 ; 48 ; 50) qui fait coulisser le coulisseau éjecteur (30) lors de l'ouverture complète de la partie de meuble (12) mobile de force dans la position de blocage reculée dans le boîtier (28), lequel dispositif présente un composant de levier (42) à double bras, logé dans le boîtier de façon à pouvoir basculer autour d'un axe perpendiculairement à l'axe médian longitudinal du coulisseau éjecteur, composant dont un bras de levier est en liaison d'entraînement dans sa zone d'extrémité libre avec la zone, logée de façon coulissante à l'intérieur du boîtier, du coulisseau éjecteur (30), alors que, sur la zone d'extrémité de l'autre bras de levier, un organe de serrage est raccordé sous la forme d'un composant de barre (32) étiré en longueur, dont l'extrémité libre, guidée à la sortie de la paroi de boîtier tournée vers le battant de porte, est dotée de moyens (34) pour la fixation transmettant la traction et/ou la pression sur le côté intérieur du battant de porte, de sorte que le mouvement d'ouverture de la partie de meuble (12) mobile est converti par le composant de barre (32) s'appliquant par son extrémité guidée à la sortie du boîtier (28) sur la partie de meuble mobile à l'intérieur du boîtier en un mouvement de recul du coulisseau éjecteur (30) dans la position reculée.
  2. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison d'entraînement du premier bras de levier du composant de levier (42) est conçue au plan cinétique avec le coulisseau éjecteur (30) de façon à ce que le bras de levier puisse être basculé et raccordé en supplément sur le coulisseau éjecteur en coulissant selon une cote prédéfinie parallèlement à l'axe médian longitudinal du coulisseau éjecteur (30).
  3. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant de levier (42) est constitué par deux leviers (42a, 42b) à double bras parallèles et espacés l'un de l'autre, et en ce que l'espacement entre les bras de levier côté coulisseau éjecteur des leviers à double bras (42a, 42b) est sensiblement identique ou seulement légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur du coulisseau éjecteur (30).
  4. Dispositif d'ouverture selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la liaison d'entraînement présente des tenons (50) qui s'engagent depuis les zones d'extrémité des bras de levier côté coulisseau éjecteur des leviers (42a, 42b) respectivement dans une rainure longitudinale (48) attribuée de longueur prédéfinie dans des zones opposées du côté extérieur du coulisseau éjecteur (30).
  5. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le composant de levier (42) est conçu en supplément de son logement pivotant de façon à pouvoir coulisser selon une cote prédéfinie perpendiculairement à l'axe médian longitudinal du coulisseau éjecteur dans le sens de la hauteur.
  6. Dispositif d'ouverture selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement du composant de levier (42) est formé par deux tenons (52) alignés, dépassant respectivement des côtés extérieurs détournés les uns des autres des leviers (42a, 42b), lesquels tenons s'engagent chacun dans une rainure (54) attribuée, s'étendant selon la cote prédéfinie dans le sens de la hauteur dans les surfaces intérieures des parois opposées du boîtier (28).
  7. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le composant de barre (32) est raccordé au second bras de levier des leviers (42a, 42b) de façon à pouvoir basculer et coulisser selon une cote prédéfinie en direction de l'axe médian longitudinal du composant de barre (32).
  8. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le composant de barre (32) présente dans sa zone d'extrémité intérieure au boîtier un oeillet (58) en forme de boucle, étiré en longueur et fermé des deux côtés, qui est traversé par un boulon (60) maintenu dans les zones d'extrémité des seconds bras de levier (42a, 42b) du composant de levier (42).
  9. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'unité, guidée à la sortie du boîtier (28), du composant de barre (32) est articulée sur une console de fixation (34) pouvant être fixée sur le côté intérieur du battant de porte de façon à pouvoir basculer autour d'un axe agencé à angle droit et perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du composant de barre.
  10. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage présente un cliquet de blocage (40) maintenu mobile dans le boîtier de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement du coulisseau éjecteur (30) et pouvant être amené sur son extrémité intérieure au boîtier en prise d'encliquetage avec une cavité d'encliquetage (38) prévue dans le coulisseau éjecteur (30).
  11. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la cavité d'encliquetage (38) est positionnée dans le coulisseau éjecteur (30) de façon à ce que le cliquet d'arrêt (40) soit orienté dans la position, reculée dans le boîtier (28), du coulisseau éjecteur (30) avec la cavité d'encliquetage (38).
  12. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le cliquet de blocage (40) est précontraint de façon élastique dans le sens d'engagement d'encliquetage avec la cavité d'encliquetage (38).
  13. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé par des moyens pour le déverrouillage à distance du cliquet de blocage (40) de l'engagement d'encliquetage avec la cavité d'encliquetage (38).
  14. Dispositif d'ouverture (110) pour des parties de meuble mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, telles que des battants de portes (12) articulés et pivotants sur un corps de meuble, des clapets, et similaires, doté d'un coulisseau éjecteur (128) étiré en longueur, logé de façon coulissante dans la longueur dans ou sur un boîtier (118) pouvant être fixé sur l'une des parties de meuble mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, lequel coulisseau est précontraint par un ressort (132 ;) par l'une de ses extrémités dans une position dépassant du boîtier (118) en direction de l'autre partie de meuble respective (22) et peut être refoulé dans le sens contraire à la prétension à l'intérieur du boîtier, un dispositif de blocage (140, 140a) verrouillant le coulisseau éjecteur (128) dans la position reculée dans le boîtier (118) et pouvant être déverrouillé par manipulation par un utilisateur étant prévu,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    un composant de levier (138) à double bras est logé de façon pivotante dans le boîtier (118) avec deux bras de levier (138a, 138b) dirigés principalement dans des directions opposées, en ce que le coulisseau éjecteur (128) mis sous prétension est disposé dans la zone d'extrémité de l'un des bras de levier (138a) et un composant de verrou (levier pivotant) (140) du dispositif de blocage, verrouillant l'extrémité du bras de levier (138a) dans la position de pivotement, attribuée à la position reculée du coulisseau éjecteur (128), du composant de levier, est prévu et en ce qu'un dispositif de serrage et d'arrêt (134) est couplé avec la zone d'extrémité de l'autre bras de levier (138b) du composant de levier (138), lequel dispositif présente comme organe de serrage un composant de barre (122) raccordé sur le côté interne au corps de la partie de meuble mobile d'une part et un coulisseau (150) plat et logé de façon coulissante à l'intérieur du boîtier, le coulisseau (150) étant doté d'une rainure de commande (152) de type coulisse, agencée essentiellement en ligne droite sur la majeure partie de sa longueur, laquelle rainure fait place cependant sur l'extrémité avant et extérieure au corps à une partie d'extrémité (152a) courte, agencée sensiblement à angle droit par rapport à la zone rectiligne, et une saillie de commande (156), prévue sur un disque de commande (154) en forme de segment, plat et disposé de façon pivotante dans le boîtier (118), s'engage dans la rainure de commande (152, 152a), laquelle saillie est dans la position de fermeture de la partie de meuble mobile dans la partie d'extrémité transversale de la rainure de commande et est déplacée lors de l'ouverture de la partie de meuble mobile par le mouvement transmis du composant de barre au coulisseau, par basculement du disque de commande (54), dans la partie rectiligne de la rainure de commande (152) et autorise ainsi un déplacement du coulisseau (150), maintenu jusqu'alors par l'engagement de la saillie de commande (156) dans la partie d'extrémité de rainure de commande (152a) agencée perpendiculairement à la partie de rainure de commande rectiligne, en direction de la sortie de l'intérieur du corps.
  15. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (118) est dimensionné dans le sens de la longueur de l'axe de pivotement du composant de levier (138), de telle sorte que l'espacement entre les parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b, 118c), recevant le composant de levier (138) et sensiblement planes, correspond à peu près à l'épaisseur du composant de levier (138) dans la zone de l'axe de pivotement, les parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b, 118c) étant fermées le long de leurs bords côté coulisseau éjecteur au moins en partie par une paroi latérale (18a) basse et étirée dans la longueur avec une ouverture de passage (126) pour le coulisseau éjecteur (128).
  16. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau éjecteur (128) a la forme d'un composant de plaque plat, guidé de façon coulissante entre les côtés intérieurs des parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b, 118c), lequel composant présente du côté paroi avant une surface de pression (128a) plane, qui ne dépasse dans la position, reculée dans le boîtier, du coulisseau éjecteur (128) que légèrement de la paroi latérale du boîtier (118) dans l'ouverture de passage.
  17. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le composant de verrou du dispositif de blocage est conçu comme un levier pivotant (140) logé de façon pivotante entre les parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b, 118c) avec une saillie de verrou (140a) prévue sur son extrémité libre opposée à l'extrémité du côté palier pivotant, laquelle saillie passe, dans la position de blocage reculée, au-dessous de l'extrémité, attribuée au coulisseau éjecteur (128), du bras de levier (138a) du composant de levier (138) et fixe ainsi le composant de levier (138) dans le sens contraire à la prétension agissant sur lui dans la position de blocage reculée.
  18. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (140) est couplé au niveau engrenage avec une unité déclencheur (130) disposée à distance du levier pivotant, laquelle unité présente une pièce de pression (131) pré-tendue de façon élastique dans une position dépassant légèrement de la paroi latérale (118a) du boîtier (118), pièce de pression dont le mouvement d'introduction, produit en cas d'exercice d'une pression en direction de l'intérieur du boîtier, est transformé par l'accouplement d'engrenage en un basculement du levier pivotant (140) dans le sens d'une libération de l'extrémité verrouillée du bras de levier (138a) attribué.
  19. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de traction/pression (142) étiré en longueur est disposé sur l'extrémité, opposée à l'extrémité du côté palier pivotant, du levier pivotant (140), organe dont l'autre extrémité est raccordée à un bras de levier (144a) d'un levier coudé (144) pivotant, dont l'autre bras de levier (144b) est couplé avec la pièce de pression (131).
  20. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau éjecteur (128) est articulé sur le bras de levier (138a) attribué du composant de levier (138) de façon à pouvoir basculer autour d'un axe décalé par rapport à sa surface de pression (28a) à l'intérieur du boîtier.
  21. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau éjecteur (128) est disposé sur le bras de levier de façon à pouvoir coulisser selon une cote prédéfinie de manière sensiblement parallèle à la surface de pression (128a), en supplément de son articulation pivotante sur le bras de levier (138a) attribué.
  22. Dispositif d'ouverture selon les revendications 20 et 21, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau éjecteur (128) présente la forme d'un corps plat, délimité de façon plane des deux côtés dans les zones opposées aux parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b, 118c), corps dont l'épaisseur mesurée entre les surfaces planes opposées correspond à peu près à l'espacement de la surface intérieure des parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b, 118c).
  23. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que le composant de barre (122) est couplé au coulisseau (150) de façon pivotante et de façon à pouvoir coulisser selon une cote prédéfinie dans le sens de déplacement du coulisseau.
  24. Agencement d'un dispositif d'ouverture (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 23 avec un battant de porte (12) articulé sur une armoire avec un corps d'armoire pivotant, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (118) du dispositif d'ouverture (110) est disposé dans le corps d'armoire avec l'une des parois de recouvrement de boîtier (118b) en s'appliquant sur la surface intérieure de la paroi de recouvrement supérieure ou du fond du corps d'armoire de telle sorte que la surface de pression (128) du coulisseau éjecteur (128) dépassant dans la position reculée seulement légèrement de la paroi latérale (118a) du boîtier (118), s'applique essentiellement sur la surface intérieure du battant de porte (12) placé dans la position de fermeture.
