Claims (14)

  1. Ferrure (15) pour ouvrir et fermer un battant (13) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, comportant une portion d'entraînement mobile pour verrouiller et déverrouiller le battant (13), et une manette (17) pour actionner la portion d'entraînement,

  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,

  5. Ferrure selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de retenue (31, 37) comprend un guidage forcé efficace entre la portion de base (22) et la portion de poignée (30), qui définit une came de commande avec au moins une contre-dépouille (43).

    la manette (17) est noyée dans le battant (13), dans la position rétractée.
  12. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    uniquement la portion d'activation (20) est à découvert lorsque la manette (17) se trouve dans la position rétractée, et/ou en ce que dans la position déployée, la manette (17) fait saillie au moins partiellement d'une zone de surface du battant (13) qui l'entoure.
  13. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la manette (17) est en affleurement de surface avec une zone de surface du battant (13) qui l'entoure, lorsqu'elle se trouve dans la position rétractée.
  14. Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le battant (13) est réalisé sans cadre, et/ou en ce que la manette (17) est mobile transversalement au plan défini par le battant (13).
