Definitions

  • the bolt drive comprises a pusher with which a rotary valve is rotatably connected.
  • a provided on the rotary valve bolt engages in a slot of an espagnolette plate of the latch drive.
  • the espagnolette plate is in the interior of the lock housing in vertical Direction movable.
  • a link slot of the drive rod plate receives a guide pin, which in turn is attached to an extension of the bolt. If the pusher nut is turned clockwise, the rotary pusher pivoted clockwise by the pusher nut moves the pusher plate downwards.
  • a lock for the latch drive of the door lock is designed as a device separate from the latch drive.
  • the crizantriebssperre includes a gear transmission with a rack on the bolt, with a rotatably mounted on the lock housing pinion and with a ring gear on a rotating element.
  • Another functionally necessary part of the bolt drive lock forms a hinge lever, the lever arms are connected to each other via a pivot bearing.
  • the remote from the pivot bearing end of a Gelenkhebelarms is hinged to the rotary member, the remote from the pivot bearing end of the other Gelenkhebelarms on the bolt. Due to the exclusion movement of the bolt effected by means of the bolt drive, the articulated lever is stretched over the toothed gear of the bolt drive lock. The pivot bearing of the articulated lever moves while on an arcuate path and finally comes to lie in front of a bolt attached to the lock housing shoulder with excluded bolt. The pivot bearing of the articulated lever and the housing-fixed shoulder are locking elements.
  • the rack on the bolt comes in the course of excluding movement of the bolt out of engagement with the pinion of the prior art gear transmission.
  • the bolt will indeed be moved against the direction of exclusion via the components of the bolt drive provided between the pusher nut and the bolt applied; against a return movement into the interior of the lock housing but the bolt is blocked by the extended and over the pivot bearing on the housing-fixed shoulder supported hinge lever.
  • a pusher is provided as a manual operating member, by means of which the bolt of additional locks can be selectively moved into a locking position or in an unlocked position.
  • the handle When locking the bolt, the handle can be blocked against actuation in the opening direction.
  • a bolt of the main lock of the prior art arrangement is to be excluded by means of a key to be introduced into a lock cylinder in a locking position.
  • a provided on the bolt tail nose gets into a position in which it locks the pusher against actuation in the opening direction and thereby the bolt of the additional locks against unlocking.
  • the present invention has set starting from the generic state of the art to the goal.
  • the bolt drive lock of the claim castle can be activated by means of the manual actuator.
  • the manual actuating element itself can be used.
  • the claimed lock can be converted without the aid of a key into a functional state in which it can not be unlocked by means of the manual actuating element.
  • the locked state of the bolt drive lock is by a means of the manual actuator controlled relative movement of locking elements feasible and defined by a mutual blocking position of the locking elements. The relative movement of the blocking elements to be carried out to produce the blocking state can be controlled with little constructional effort and nevertheless functionally reliable.
  • the lock according to the invention is characterized in that at least one drive element of the bolt drive simultaneously assumes a blocking function. The number of components required for the bolt drive and for the bolt drive lock can thereby be minimized.
  • the bolt drive lock is coupled coupled with a locking movement of the bolt in a locked state.
  • the lock can be locked with a single operation of the manual actuator and also be secured against an effected by means of the manual actuator release.
  • the lock of the invention according to claim 3 has a bolt drive lock with positive locking elements as locking elements.
  • the form-fit produced by means of this locking element ensures a secure locking of the bolt drive against a release movement of the bolt caused by means of the manual actuating member.
  • the activation of the bolt drive lock has to be coordinated with the position of the bolt. It must be ensured that the latch drive lock is then transferred to its locked state when the latch assumes its locking position. According to claim 4, this is achieved in that the one locking element of the bolt drive lock with the locking movement of the manual actuator and the other locking element of the bolt drive lock is coupled to the locking movement of the bolt.
  • the schismäß coupling of the bolt and the associated locking element of the bolt drive lock is effected by the said locking element is applied to the latch spring force.
  • the blocking element can thus follow the bolt immediately in its locking movement.
  • This locking element is thus automatically transferred to a position in which it interacts with the associated locking element and thereby lock the bolt against an effected by means of the manual actuating element unlocking movement.
  • the spring for applying the respective blocking element manually, in particular by means of a key can be prestressed.
  • a lock 1 intended for an outer door comprises a lock case 2 with a latch 3 and with a latch 4.
  • a latch drive 5 is provided for the latch 3, a latch drive 6 for the latch 4.
  • the latch drive 5 comprises a first pusher 7 and a second pusher 8. Both the first pusher 7 and the second pusher 8 is provided with a square socket. In the inner square of the first pusher 7 is a dot-dash line in the figures indicated inner handle 9 with a pusher mandrel inserted. In a corresponding manner, the inner square of the second pusher nut 8 receives the pusher mandrel of an outer pusher 10, which is likewise shown in phantom.
  • the first pusher 7 is provided with a toothing 11 which engages in a counter-toothing 12.
  • the counter-toothing 12 is located on a return slide 13, which in turn is displaceably guided on the lock case 2 in the direction of a double arrow 14 and is supported with its end remote from the first pusher 7 end to a return spring 15.
  • the first pusher 7 is provided with a trap drive surface 16.
  • FIGS. 5a to 6b has the first pusher 7 at her from the viewer of FIGS. 1a to 4c remote from the rear side an axial pivot bearing projection 17, from which a driver 18 protrudes in the radial direction.
  • the first pusher 7 engages in a bearing eye 19 of a first pivot lever 20.
  • the driver 18 at the rear of the first pusher 7 comes to lie on the first pivot lever 20 in the interior of a radial extension 21 of the bearing eye 19.
  • the radial extension 21 on the first pivot lever 20 has an excess with respect to the driver 18 on the first pusher 7.
  • the first pivot lever 20 is provided with a bearing opening 22.
  • the axial pivot bearing projection 17 of the first pusher 7 is in the mounted state against the bearing eye 19 of the first pivot lever 20 in the axial direction and is with this supernatant in a corresponding passage opening rotatably mounted on the wall of the lock case 2.
  • the first pivot lever 20 stores at the bearing opening 22, a drive lever 23. This is hinged with its remote from the first pivot lever 20 end to a second pivot lever 24.
  • the second pivot lever 24 forms a pivot bearing for the second pusher 8 from.
  • the conditions at the second pusher 8 and the second pivot lever 24 are in accordance with the conditions of the first pusher 7 and the first pivot lever 20.
  • the FIGS. 1a to 4c facing the front side of the second pivot lever 24 is provided with a coupling projection 25.
  • the second pivot lever 24 engages in a slot 26 which is recessed on a drive element in the form of a slide plate 27.
  • the slide plate 27 is guided in the interior of the lock case 22 in the direction of the double arrow 14 slidably. It is provided with a latch drive slot 28, which in turn has a counter to the direction of movement of the slide plate 27 inclined central portion 29 and at its two ends parallel to the direction of movement of the slide plate 27 extending end portions 30, 31.
  • In the latch drive slot 28 engages with the latch 3 firmly connected latch guide pin 32 a.
  • the slide plate 27 is provided with an open-edge locking receptacle 33. This is associated with a locking slide 34, which forms as well as the open-edge locking receptacle 33 a locking element of a bolt drive lock 35. Of a mounted on the lock case 2 and designed as a leg spring locking spring 36 of the locking slide 34 is acted upon against a bolt tail 37 of the bolt 3.
  • the locking slide 34 is a locking slide 38, which is displaceably guided on the lock housing 2 in the direction of the double arrow 14.
  • the bolt slide 38 has a locking projection 39, which is associated with a locking counter-surface 40 on the locking slide 34.
  • a control lug 41 on the bolt tail 37 of the bolt 3 is used to control the movement of the bolt slide 38.
  • the locking slide 34 has a contact surface 42 opposite the bolt counter surface 40 for a follower 43 of a lock cylinder shown by way of example.
  • the operation of the lock 1 is as follows:
  • FIGS. 1a, 1b, 1c show the lock 1 with closed but unlocked door leaf.
  • the latch 4 is located in the trap position and engages in a not shown strike plate on a door frame associated with the fixed frame.
  • the latch 3 is in the unlocked position and is accordingly retracted into the interior of the lock case 2.
  • the first pivot lever 20 and the first pusher 7 take relative to each other according to the rotational position Fig. 6b one. Accordingly, the conditions at the second pivot lever 24 and the second follower 8 are.
  • the inner handle 9 in a closing direction 46 or the outer handle 10 in a closing direction 47 is for this purpose.
  • the first pusher nut 7 Upon actuation of the inner handle 9 in the closing direction 46, the first pusher nut 7 is rotated in the same direction about its axis of rotation. About in the radial extension 21 on the first pivot lever 20 in the Fig. 6b apparent way engaging driver 18 takes in the closing direction 46 rotating first follower 7 with the first pivot lever 20 in its direction of rotation.
  • the first pivot lever 20 in turn displaces the drive lever 23, which is articulated on it, in the illustrations to the right.
  • the drive lever 23 in turn drives the second pivot lever 24 in a clockwise direction.
  • the second pusher 8 retains regardless of their in the FIGS. 1a, 1b, 1c shown initial rotational position. The reason for this is the relative rotational mobility of the second pivot lever 24 and second Drükkernuss. 8
  • the clockwise rotated second pivot lever 24 acts on its coupling projection 25, the slide plate 27.
  • the slide plate 27 is thereby moved in the figures to the right and in turn drives on the guided in the latch drive slot 28 bolt guide pin 32, the bolt 3 with a locking movement in a locking direction 48 on.
  • the voltage applied under the action of the prestressed locking spring 36 on the bolt tail 37 of the bolt 3 locking slide 34 follows the moving in the locking direction 48 latch 3. Reached the latch 3 its locking position, so runs at the same time so that the locking slide 34 in the open-edge locking receptacle 33 on the slide plate 27 a.
  • the prestressed locking spring 36 of the locking slide 34 is held in the open-border locking receptacle 33 on the slide plate 27.
  • the bolt 3 can be based on the conditions according to the FIGS. 1a, 1b, 1c move by means of the outer handle 10 in its locking position.
  • the second pusher nut 8 rotates in the same direction and takes the second pivot lever 24 in the direction of rotation, ie clockwise. Due to the rotational movement of the second pivot lever 24, the drive lever 23 is moved in the illustrations to the right and the first pivot lever 20 is rotated relative to the first pusher 7. Due to the play in the direction of rotation between the first pivot lever 20 and the first pusher 7 the latter retains regardless of the rotational operation of the second Drükkernuss 8 their initial rotational position according to the FIGS. 1a, 1b, 1c at.
  • FIGS. 3a, 3b, 3c The resulting overall situation is in the FIGS. 3a, 3b, 3c illustrated.
  • the finally resulting functional state of the lock 1 is from the FIGS. 4a, 4b, 4c seen. Neither by means of the inner handle 9 nor by means of the outer handle 10 can now be the bolt 3 in its initial unlocked position ( FIGS. 1a, 1b, 1c ) move. The required for this purpose displacement of the slide plate 27 in the FIGS. 4a, 4b, 4c to the left is prevented by the now activated locking drive lock 35.
  • the relative rotational position of the first pivot lever 20 and the first pusher 7 is off Fig. 6a seen. Accordingly, the second pivot lever 24 and the second pusher 8 are arranged relative to each other.
  • the locking slide 34 is to be disengaged from the open-edge locking receptacle 33 on the slide plate 27. This can be done by means of a key which is inserted into the lock cylinder, not shown. By turning the key of the driver 43 of the lock cylinder is brought to the contact surface 42 of the locking slide 34 to the plant. With continued rotational movement of the key, the driver 43 of the lock cylinder moves the gate valve 34 in the FIGS. 4a, 4b, 4c downward. As a result, the locking slide 34 locks on its locking mating surface 40 with the locking projection 39 on the locking slide 38. The locking slide 34 is thereby held in a position in which it releases the slide plate 27 for movement in the illustrations 4a, 4b, 4c to the left.
  • the slide plate 27 moves from its position in accordance with the FIGS. 4a, 4b, 4c to the left.
  • the control lug 41 runs on the bolt tail 37 on an associated control surface of the bolt slide 38 and thereby displaces the bolt slide 38 in the figures so far to the left that the previously engaged by the locking projection 39 of the locking slide 38 locking slide 34 is released from the bolt slide 38.
  • the biased locking spring 36 now acts on the locking slide 34 again against the bolt tail 37 of the bolt 3.
  • the locking slide 34 can now follow the movement of the bolt 3 again.
