Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Handhabungselement für ein Reinigungsgerät, umfassend zumindest einen Griffkörper mit zumindest zwei axial benachbarten Griffabschnitten.
- Handhabungselemente für Reinigungsgeräte weisen häufig einen Griffkörper aus einem festen Kunststoff auf und sind zylinderförmig ausgebildet.
- Insbesondere bei Reinigungsarbeiten im professionellen Bereich ist eine hohe Flächenleistung und ein leichtes Manövrieren des Reinigungsgerätes erforderlich. Gleichzeitig ist, insbesondere bei fest anhaftenden Verschmutzungen, eine sichere Kraftübertragung auf das Reinigungsgerät erforderlich, um die notwendige abrasive Wirkung zu erzielen.
- Aus der
EP 0 208 942 A2 ist ein Heft für Werkzeuge, insbesondere Schraubendreher, bekannt. Dieser ist aus zwei unterschiedlich harten Materialien gebildet, wobei das Heft in Griffzonen aufgeteilt ist und zwischen zwei Griffzonen weicheren Materials eine Griffzone härteren Materials angeordnet ist. - Aus der
DE 92 14 998 U1 ist ein Griff für Schraubwerkzeuge bekannt. DieUS 6 749 790 B1 beschreibt einen weiteren Griff für ein Handgerät und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. - Die
EP 1 072 364 A2 zeigt einen Griff bzw. ein Heft für einen Schraubendreher oder ein ähnliches Werkzeug. - Die
beschreibt einen weiteren Griff für ein Werkzeug.FR 2 836 648 A1 - Aus der
US 5 551 323 ist ein Griff für einen Schraubenzieher und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung bekannt, wobei der harte Kern des Schraubenziehers von einem geformten Elastomer umgeben ist. - Die
EP 0 597 216 A1 zeigt ein handbetriebenes Schraubwerkzeug mit einer Klinge und einem Griff. - Die
US 5 581 839 beschreibt einen Mopphalter und einen Mopp zur verringerten Muskelbeanspruchung. - Die
EP 0 662 372 A1 betrifft einen Griff für Handwerkzeuge, insbesondere Schraubendreher, zur Aufnahme des hinteren Endes des am vorderen Ende mit einem Funktionsteil, insbesondere einer Schraubendreherklinge, versehenen Schafts. - Die
DE 44 29 126 A1 zeigt einen Schraubendreher für die Übertragung kleiner Drehmomente. - Aus der
US 5 530 989 ist ein Griff aus einem thermoplastischen Polyurethan bekannt. - Die
EP 0 413 202 A1 zeigt ein Feilenheft mit einer langgestreckten Form, die ein abgerundetes Ende und eine vordere Einschnürung im feilenseitigen Endbereich des Hefts aufweist. - Die
US 2003/0233718 A zeigt einen Drehverschlussgriff aus Teilen, die durch Ineinanderschieben miteinander verbunden werden können. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Ergonomie des Handhabungselements zu verbessern.
- Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen von Anspruch 1 gelöst. Auf vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen nehmen die Unteransprüche Bezug.
- Zur Lösung der Aufgabe ist der erste Griffabschnitt konvex ausgebildet und der zweite Griffabschnitt ist konkav ausgebildet, und der erste Griffabschnitt weist einen größeren Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf als der zweite Griffabschnitt.
- Der erste Griffabschnitt ist durch die konvexe Gestalt besonders ergonomisch geformt und vorteilhafterweise dazu geeignet, mit der Hand umschlossen zu werden. Der erste Griffabschnitt weist einen größeren Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf, wodurch eine sichere Kraftübertragung sicher gestellt ist und bei fest anhaftenden Verschmutzungen ausreichend Kraft auf das Reinigungsgerät ausübbar ist. Der zweite Griffabschnitt ist durch die konkave Ausgestaltung als Gleitabschnitt ausgebildet. Durch die Taillierung des zweiten Griffabschnitts wird insbesondere das Gleiten des Griffabschnitts durch die Mulde zwischen Zeigefinger und Daumen unterstützt. Zur Verbesserung des Gleitverhaltens weist der zweite Griffabschnitt einen kleineren Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf als der erste Griffabschnitt. Da der konvexe und der konkave Griffabschnitt benachbart angeordnet sind, ist bei einer schnellen Manövrierbarkeit kein Umfassen notwendig.
- Der erste Griffabschnitt ist aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer und der zweite Griffabschnitt aus einem Thermoplast gebildet. Der zweite Griffabschnitt kann dabei aus Polypropylen bestehen. Polypropylen ist kostengünstig und im Spritzgussverfahren einfach zu verarbeiten. Das für den ersten Griffabschnitt eingesetzte thermoplastische Elastomer ist ebenfalls einfach zu verarbeiten und weist einen angenehmen Griff auf, Das thermoplastische Elastomer weist dabei einen höheren Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf als Polypropylen. Dabei ist vorteilhaft, dass das Reinigungsgerät an eine Wand angelehnt werden kann und das Reinigungsgerät aufgrund des hohen Haftreibungskoeffizienten gegen Abrutschen gesichert ist.
- Der erste Griffabschnitt kann einen größeren Durchmesser aufweisen als der zweite Griffabschnitt. Der Durchmesser wird dabei an der breitesten Stelle der konvexen Form und an der schmalsten Stelle der konkaven Form bestimmt. Besonders vorteilhaft und ergonomisch sind dabei die Krümmungen der beiden Griffabschnitte so gestalltet, dass sich stetig Übergänge zwischen den Griffabschnitten ergeben.
- Der erste Griffabschnitt kann eine größere Oberflächenrauheit aufweisen als der zweite Griffabschnitt. Unterschiedliche Oberflächenrauheiten sind einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar. Der rau ausgebildete Griffabschnitt weist dabei einen höheren Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf als der glatt ausgebildete Griffabschnitt. Dabie können beide Griffabschnitte materialeinheitlich ausgebildet sein.
- Das Material des ersten Griffabschnittes kann eine geringere Shore-Härte aufweisen als das Material des zweiten Griffabschnitts. Dadurch weist der erste Griffabschnitt einen besonders angenehmen, handschonenden Griff sowie einen hohen Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf.
- Das freie Ende des Handhabungselements kann einen kugelsegmentartigen dritten Griffabschnitt aufweisen, der materialeinheitlich mit dem zweiten Griffabschnitt ausgebildet ist. Der dritte Griffabschnitt ist wie der zweite Griffabschnitt als Gleitelement ausgebildet. Der dritte Griffabschnitt ermöglicht das Durchgleiten des Reinigungsgerätes durch die Handinnenfläche, wodurch besonders schnelle Drehungen des Reinigungsgerätes ermöglicht sind.
- Dem mittleren Abschnitt des Handhabungselements kann zumindest ein weiterer Griffkörper zugeordnet sein, der konvex und konkav ausgebildete weitere Griffabschnitte aufweist. Die weiteren Griffabschnitte bieten einen ergonomischen zusätzlichen Abstützbereich für das Reinigungspersonal. Dadurch weist das Handhabungselement Griffabschnitte für beide Hände auf.
- Die weiteren Griffabschnitte können materialeinheitlich ausgebildet sein. Dadurch sind die weiteren Griffabschnitte einfach und kostengünstig zu fertigen. In anderen Ausgestaltungen können die weiteren Griffabschnitte auch abschnittsweise unterschiedliche Haftreibungskoeffizienten und unterschiedliche Werkstoffe aufweisen.
- Dem Handhabungselement kann ein farbcodierter Ring zugeordnet ist. Durch die Farbcodierung können bestimmte Eigenschaften des Reinigungsgerätes wie beispielsweise Abrasivität, Saugverhalten oder Wirksamkeit gegenüber bestimmten Verschmutzungen bestimmten Farben zugeordnet werden. Durch die Farben verbessert sich die Unterscheidungskraft der unterschiedlichen Reinigungsgeräte. Durch die Farbcodierung können auch bestimmte Farben bestimmten Reinigungsaufgaben zugeordnet werden.
- Der Ring kann einen axial verlaufenden Schlitz aufweisen, wobei der Schlitz innenumfangsseitig ein Formschlussprofil aufweist welches in ein kongruent gestaltetes Gegenprofil des Griffkörpers einführbar ist. Der Ring ist dabei mittels Kraftschluss an dem Handhabungselement gehalten. Die Verbindung ist bei festem Halt einfach und zerstörungsfrei lösbar, so dass die Ringe einfach austauschbar sind.
- Einige Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemäßen Handhabungselements werden nachfolgend anhand der Figuren näher erläutert. Diese zeigen, jeweils schematisch:

Figur 1 zeigt ein Handhabungselement 1 mit einem Griffkörper 2 der zwei konvex ausgebildete erste Griffabschnitte 3 aufweist. Axial an jeder Stirnseite zu den ersten Griffabschnitten 3 benachbart ist ein zweiter konkav ausgebildeter zweiter Griffabschnitt 4 angeordnet. Die konvexen ersten Griffabschnitte 3 weisen einen größeren Durchmesser auf als der konkave zweite Griffabschnitt 4. Damit ist der zweite Griffabschnitt 4 zwischen den ersten Griffabschnitten 3 angeordnet und es ergibt sich eine taillierte Geometrie. Eine taillierte Geometrie ist besonders ergonomisch. Die Übergänge zwischen den Griffabschnitten 3, 4 sind stetig ausgeführt. An dem freien Ende des Handhabungselements 1 ist ein kugelsegmentartiger dritter Griffabschnitt 5 angeordnet der einer Stirnseite des ersten Griffabschnitts 3 zugeordnet ist. Der erste Griffabschnitt 3 ist in dieser Ausführung aus einem thermoplastische Elastomer gebildet und der zweite Griffabschnitt 4 aus einem Thermoplast. Dabei weist der erste Griffabschnitt 3 einerseits einen größeren Haftreibungskoeffizienten auf als der zweite Griffabschnitt 4 und andererseits weist das Material des ersten Griffabschnittes 3 eine geringere Shore-Härte auf als das Material des zweiten Griffabschnitts 4. Dem Handhabungselement 1 ist ein farbcodierter Ring 9 zugeordnet. Der Ring 9 weist einen axial verlaufenden Schlitz 10 auf, der innenumfangsseitig ein als Schwalbenschwanz ausgebildetes Formschlussprofil 11 aufweist welches in ein kongruent gestaltetes Gegenprofil 12 des Griffkörpers eingeführt ist. Der Ring 9 ist kraftschlüssig gehalten. -
Figur 2 zeigt ein Handhabungselement gemäßFigur 1 , wobei die unterschiedlichen Haftreibungskoeffizienten in die Ausführung aus unterschiedlichen Oberflächenrauheiten der Griffabschnitte 3, 4 resultieren. Dabei weist der erste Griffabschnitt 3 eine größere Oberflächenrauheit auf als der zweite Griffabschnitt 4. Des Weiteren sind die Griffabschnitte 3, 4 in dieser Ausführung materialeinheitlich und einstückig ausgeführt. Dem mittleren Abschnitt des Handhabungselements 1 ist ein weiterer Griffkörper 6 zugeordnet. Der weitere Griffkörper 6 weist konvex und konkav ausgebildete weitere Griffabschnitte 7, 8 auf. Dabei sind die weiteren Griffabschnitte 7, 8 materialeinheitlich ausgeführt und weisen stetige Übergänge auf. -
Figur 3 zeigt im Detail den farbcodierten Ring 9. Der Ring 9 weist einen axial verlaufenden Schlitz 10 auf, der innenumfangsseitig ein als Schwalbenschwanz ausgebildetes Formschlussprofil 11 aufweist welches in ein kongruent gestaltetes Gegenprofil 12 des Griffkörpers eingeführt ist. Der Ring 9 ist kraftschlüssig an dem Griffkörper 2 gehalten.
Claims (9)
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes (1) an einem Reinigungsgerät, wobei das Handhabungselement (1) zumindest einen Griffkörper (2) mit zumindest zwei axial benachbarten Griffabschnitten (3, 4) umfasst, wobei der erste Griffabschnitt (3) konvex ausgebildet und der zweite Griffabschnitt (4) konkav ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der erste Griffabschnitt (3) einen größeren Haftreibungskoeffizienten aufweist als der zweite Griffabschnitt (4), wobei der erste Griffabschnitt (3) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer und der zweite Griffabschnitt (4) aus einem Thermoplast gebildet ist.
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Griffabschnitt (3) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als der zweite Griffabschnitt (4).
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Griffabschnitt (3) eine größere Oberflächenrauheit aufweist als der zweite Griffabschnitt (4).
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material des ersten Griffabschnittes (3) eine geringere Shore-Härte aufweist als das Material des zweiten Griffabschnitts (4).
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Handhabungselements (1) einen kugelsegmentartigen dritten Griffabschnitt (5) aufweist, der materialeinheitlich mit dem zweiten Griffabschnitt (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem mittleren Abschnitt des Handhabungselements (1) zumindest ein weiterer Griffkörper (6) zugeordnet ist, der konvex und konkav ausgebildete weitere Griffabschnitte (7, 8) aufweist.
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren Griffabschnitte (7, 8) materialeinheitlich ausgebildet sind.
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Handhabungselement (1) ein farbcodierter Ring (9) zugeordnet ist.
- Verwendung eines Handhabungselementes nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (9) einen axial verlaufenden Schlitz (10) aufweist, wobei der Schlitz (10) innenumfangsseitig ein Formschlussprofil (11) aufweist welches in ein kongruent gestaltetes Gegenprofil (12) des Griffkörpers (2) einführbar ist.
