Claims (14)
- Handschraubendreher (1) mit Gehäuse (5) mit Deckel (21) zur Aufbewahrung einer Vielzahl von Werkzeug- bzw. Steckschlüsseleinsätzen (12) in dafür vorgesehenen vorzugsweise parallel liegenden Einsteckmulden (13) und mit Werkzeugschaft (4) für die Aufnahme der Werkzeug- bzw. Steckschlüsseleinsätze (12), wobei Deckel (21) und Innenraum (8) des Gehäuses (5) sich im wesentlichen über die Länge (14) des Gehäuses (5) erstrecken, im Innenraum (8) neben den Einsteckmulden (13) eine in Längsrichtung des Gehäuses (5) liegende Schaftmulde ausgespart ist, der Werkzeugschaft (4) als separates in die Schaftmulde (15) einlegbares Bauteil ausgebildet ist, wobei das Gehäuse (5) nach Art eines Heftes (2) eine länglich prismatische und dabei ergonomisch verrundete Außenform hat, die sich schraubendreherartig in dem Handballen abstützen läßt, wobei das Außendurchmaß (16) des Heftes (2) handgriffartig dick zum Umfassen mit einer Hand ist und wobei im handgriffartig dicken Gehäuse (5) die Einsteckmulden (13) in einzelnen Radialebenen und sekantial zur Längsachse angeordnet sind und wobei die Länge der Schaftmulde (15) für den Werkzeugschaft (4) der Länge des eingelegten Werkzeugschafts (4) entspricht.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (21) mittels in Längsrichtung verlaufender Scharnierachse (125) am Heft (2) angeschlagen ist.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (21) mittels elastisch einrastender Kralle (24) am Heft (2) verschließbar ist.
- Handschraubendreher nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heft (2) im Bereich der axialen Mitte eine radial liegende Steckvorrichtung (6) zum Zusammenstecken mit dem Werkzeugschaft (4) aufweist.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Ankuppeln des Werkzeugschafts (4) mit dem Heft (2) metallische Einsätze (6) eingespritzt, eingepreßt, eingeklebt sind.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (21) an seinen oberen Querseiten jeweils einen kreisrunden Ansatz (20) aufweist, der in entsprechend angebrachten Löchern (19) des für den Deckel (21) freigelassenen Fensters im Heft (2) einsetzbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Deckel (21) derart elastisch ausgebildet ist, daß die Ansätze durch elastische Dehnung des Deckels (21) einrasten.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (21) mit einem Filmscharnier (42) am Heft befestigt ist.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugschaft (4) im wesentlichen die Innenlänge (11) des Hohlraums des Gehäuses (5) aufweist.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugschaft (4) mit einem Magnethalter (30) oder mit einer mechanischen Klemmung zum Halt des eingesteckten Werkzeug- bzw. Steckschlüsseleinsatzes (12) versehen ist.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeug- bzw. Steckschlüsseleinsätze (12) lediglich mit ihren unteren Bereichen in den Einsteckmulden (13) stecken.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnseiten (3,9) des Heftes (2) als ballige Kuppen ausgeführt sind.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (21) auf seiner Innenseite mit Rippen (27) versehen ist, die sich in dem geschlossenen Zustand des Deckels (21) auf gegenüberliegenden Stützpartien (28) des Heftes (2) abstützen.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heft (2) eine mehrkantige, z.B. sechskantige Form aufweist, insbesondere in Längsrichtung bzw. Umfangsrichtung ergonomisch verrundet ist.
- Handschraubendreher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am oberen Ende des Heftes (2) ein Querloch (43) den Handgriff durchsetzt, vorzugsweise dessen Außendurchmesser den Werkzeugschaft (4) durchsteckbar macht.
