Claims (14)

  1. Tournevis manuel (1) comportant un boítier (5) pourvu d'un couvercle (21) pour stocker plusieurs embouts d'outil ou douilles (12) dans des cavités d'emboítement (13) de préférence parallèles prévues à cet effet, et une tige d'outil (4) pour recevoir les embouts d'outil ou douilles (12), étant précisé que le couvercle (21) et l'intérieur (8) du boítier (5) s'étendent pratiquement sur la longueur (14) du boítier (5), qu'une cavité pour tige située dans le sens longitudinal du boítier (5) est ménagée à l'intérieur (8), près des cavités d'emboítement (13), et que la tige d'outil (4) est conçue comme un élément séparé apte à être inséré dans la cavité pour tige (15), étant précisé que le boítier (5) présente, à la manière d'un manche (2), une forme extérieure prismatique allongée, arrondie et ergonomique qui permet de le tenir comme un tournevis dans la paume de la main, le diamètre extérieur (16) du manche (2) étant égal à l'épaisseur d'une poignée pour permettre de le tenir avec une main, que les cavités d'emboítement (13) sont disposées dans le boítier (5) de l'épaisseur d'une poignée dans des plans radiaux individuels et sécants par rapport à l'axe longitudinal, et que la longueur de la cavité (15) prévue pour la tige d'outil (4) correspond à la longueur de la tige d'outil (4) insérée.
  2. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (21) est apte à être fixé au manche (2) à l'aide d'une broche de charnière (125) qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal.
  3. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (21) est apte à être fermé au niveau du manche (2) à l'aide d'une griffe (24) à enclenchement élastique.
  4. Tournevis manuel selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le manche (2) présente dans la zone du centre axial un dispositif d'emboítement (6) situé radialement, pour l'emboítement avec la tige d'outil (4).
  5. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour l'accouplement de la tige d'outil (4) avec le manche (2), des inserts métalliques (6) sont introduits par injection, par enfoncement, par collage.
  6. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (21) présente sur ses côtés transversaux supérieurs une saillie ronde (20) qui est apte à être introduite dans des trous (19) ménagés en conséquence dans la fenêtre laissée ouverte dans le manche (2) pour le couvercle (21), le couvercle étant de préférence élastique de telle sorte que les saillies s'enclenchent grâce à une extension élastique du couvercle (21).
  7. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (21) est fixé au manche à l'aide d'une charnière en forme de film (42).
  8. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'outil (4) présente globalement la longueur intérieure (11) de l'espace vide du boítier (5).
  9. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'outil (4) est pourvue d'un support magnétique (30) ou d'un serrage mécanique pour tenir l'embout d'outil ou la douille (12) mis en place.
  10. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les embouts d'outil ou les douilles (12) ne sont introduits dans les cavités d'emboítement (13) que dans leur zone inférieure.
  11. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les côtés frontaux (3, 9) du manche (2) sont réalisés sous la forme de calottes bombées.
  12. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (21) est pourvu sur son côté intérieur de nervures (27) qui, dans la position fermée du couvercle (21), s'appuient sur des parties d'appui opposées (28) du manche (2).
  13. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manche (2) présente une forme polygonale, par exemple hexagonale, en particulier une forme arrondie ergonomique dans le sens longitudinal ou circonférenciel.
  14. Tournevis manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité supérieure du manche (2), un trou transversal (43) traverse la poignée et le diamètre extérieur de ce trou permet de préférence de faire passer la tige d'outil (4).
