The object of the invention is to improve the suction of a fume extraction device of the type mentioned and to maximize their use.
This object is achieved by such a vapor extraction device having the features indicated in the characterizing part of the independent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the vapor extraction device according to the invention form the subject matters of the dependent claims.
In the vapor extraction device according to the invention, the grease filter can be housed either in the cuboid housing or in a suction hood. The housing of the fume extraction device according to the invention has a very simple structure, so that it can be easily removed when not in use. In the case of the presence of a suction hood, this would previously be detached from the housing. The fume extraction device according to the invention can be used flexibly at workplaces of any kind, whether in the catering or in the private kitchen. There is no need to modify special work tables or cabinets or even rooms so that a fume extractor can be integrated because the fume extractor according to the invention only there placed on the table or cabinet and only needs to be connected to a power outlet for the power supply of their suction fan, where to expect the formation of fumes, fumes and / or odors. When not in use, it can be stored in the smallest space.
The fume extraction device according to the invention can od in a kitchen, a laboratory. Like. Also be used advantageously when no thermal devices for the preparation of food in operation. The cook, the housewife or the lab assistant can namely use the footprint at the top of the cuboid housing as a work surface to perform on her unpleasant work, which produces vapors or odors. For example, the cook or housewife can cut onions or garlic on the floor, an activity that often causes him or her to work under the cooker hood that is commonly found in the kitchen. Since the fume extraction device is provided according to the invention with a footprint for at least one thermal device that can be used in particular for food preparation, practically the workplace is already integrated into the Funstabsaugvorrichtung. It only needs the fume extraction in a kitchen or front-cooking in a canteen or in the breakfast room of a hotel or to keep warm at the hot food on the table and a thermal device to be placed on the footprint of the fume extraction to everything for the food preparation or keeping food warm. After use, the thermal device and the vapor extraction device can be cleared away again, which requires little storage space. When in the fume extraction device according to the invention in the region of the suction opening to the housing an upwardly projecting suction hood is firmly or detachably connected, the Hunstabsaugvorgang can be particularly effective, especially if the suctioned mist is generated on their own top. The suction hood, which is detachably connected to the housing, can be loosened after use and cleaned in the dishwasher.
If, in one embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the suction opening at one end of the housing in a narrow side of the same is formed, it is only necessary to ensure that the suction port is aligned during operation of the vapor extraction device to a place where haze arises.
If, in a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the grease filter is arranged immediately downstream of the suction opening in the housing, any contamination of the housing by grease can be avoided. It is only necessary to occasionally remove the grease filter from the fume extractor and clean it in a dishwasher. When the suction port is in the plane of the top of the housing, the grease filter is conveniently located immediately below the suction port in an extension of the housing. If a suction hood is used, it can be placed on the intake manifold or directly on the intake port. The grease filter can be arranged as before or housed in the suction hood and removable from this or be removable with this.
If in a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the grease filter is arranged immediately downstream of the suction in an intake manifold, the grease filter can be conveniently removed from the intake upward, wherein the air inlet opening of the intake is also the suction of the fume extraction.
If, in a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the exhaust opening is formed in at least one side of the housing downstream of the suction fan, the size of the exhaust opening can be easily optimized under noise formation and air outlet speed aspects by providing the exhaust opening by providing one or more Pages of the housing is dimensioned accordingly. In principle, exhaust ports may be provided in all sides of the housing downstream of the aspirator (except in the top of the housing when used as a control or work surface).
If the odor filter is arranged downstream of the suction fan in a further embodiment of the air suction device according to the invention, the aforementioned optimization can be simplified by appropriate selection of the odor filter. As an odor filter is a flexible mat of open-cell foam, which is coated with activated carbon.
In a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the odor filter covers the exhaust port, it can be easily maintained.
For this purpose, it is expedient if in the vapor extraction device according to the invention in a further embodiment, the exhaust port has a hinged grid as a holder for the odor filter.
If, in a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the suction fan is a caseless fan fitted in the housing, this contributes to the saving of space and weight, which is an essential aspect for a portable tabletop device such as the fume extraction device according to the invention.
If in a further embodiment of the vapor extraction device according to the invention, the outer dimensions of the housing GN (gastro-norm) dimensions according to EN 631 have, the fume extraction device can be used where otherwise GN food containers are used.
If in a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the work surface according to length and width GN dimensions, thermal devices whose outer dimensions GN dimensions can be made individually or to several on the work surface. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the work surface and the housing are dimensioned so that there is space for two thermal devices with GN dimensions. An optionally existing suction hood will expediently extend over the full extent of the housing.
If, in a further embodiment of the fume extraction device according to the invention, the exhaust air opening is located in a downstream of the suction fan, opposite the table surface slightly raised bottom of the housing, the purified air at the bottom of the housing can flow freely into the surrounding space. Moreover, there is plenty of space available at this point of the housing for the exhaust port, so that the exhaust port and thus the odor filter can be formed correspondingly large area. The cleaned air will flow out at the bottom of the housing at a correspondingly lower speed, so that the fume extraction device according to the invention operates correspondingly quiet.

The control or
For heating and cooling of the working
The
