Claims (13)

1. Dunstabzugseinrichtung, die im Garbereich angeordnet ist und eine Di­ rektabsaugung der Wrasen und Dünste gestattet, bestehend aus einem Absaugschirm, der mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung gegenüber dem Koch­ feld in der Höhe und seitlich sowie nach vorn und hinten verstellbar ange­ ordnet ist und über eine Absaugleitung mit einem Lüfter und einem Abluft­ kanal verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung des Absaugschirmes (1) sich auf der Arbeitsplatte (4), in die das Kochfeld (2) eingelassen ist, abstützt, die Absaugleitung (3) die Arbeitsplatte (4) durchdringt und unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte (4) mit ei­ nem Lüfter mit anschließendem Abluftkanal gekoppelt ist.1.
