Claims (5)
- Dispositif de regroupement d'une pile auxiliaire (11) et d'une pile principale (12) dans un margeur d'une machine d'impression de feuilles, comportant un dispositif élévateur de pile principale (15) pour lever une pile principale (12) empilée sur une palette (14), un dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) pour porter une pile auxiliaire (11) et un dispositif élévateur de pile auxiliaire (16) pour lever le dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) et ainsi une pile auxiliaire (11) positionnée sur le dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15), dans lequel, pour regrouper une pile auxiliaire et une pile principale, d'abord une face supérieure de la pile principale peut être déplacée à l'aide du dispositif élévateur de pile principale en direction du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire en prise au niveau d'une face inférieure de la pile auxiliaire puis le dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire peut être enlevé de la zone de la face inférieure de la pile auxiliaire en déposant la pile auxiliaire sur la face supérieure de la pile principale, le dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) présentant des éléments de guidage (19) dans lesquels des éléments porteurs (20) sont guidés de manière mobile de manière à ce que, lors du regroupement de la pile auxiliaire (11) et de la pile principale (12), les éléments porteurs (20) reliés par les éléments à chaîne (21) puissent d'une part être enlevés dans le sens horizontal de la zone de la face inférieure de la pile auxiliaire (11) puis être enroulés latéralement près de la pile auxiliaire (11) ou de la pile principale (12) ou être évacués dans le sens vertical,

les éléments porteurs (20) du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) sont reliés par les éléments à chaîne (21) en formant une chaîne d'éléments porteurs de type échelle à barreaux qui peut être introduite par un côté entre une palette (14) et une face inférieure d'une pile auxiliaire (11) disposée sur la palette ou
que les éléments porteurs (20) du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) sont reliés par les éléments à chaîne (21) en formant deux chaînes d'éléments porteurs de type échelles à barreaux qui peuvent être introduites par deux côtés opposés entre une palette (14) et une face inférieure d'une pile auxiliaire (11) disposée sur la palette
et qu'à la chaîne ou qu'à chacune des chaînes d'éléments porteurs de type échelles à barreaux, à une extrémité située à l'avant par laquelle cette dernière peut d'abord être introduite entre la palette (14) et la face inférieure de la pile auxiliaire (11) disposée sur la palette est associé un élément de type clavette (25). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de guidage (19) du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) se présentent sous forme de rails de guidage de chaîne qui s'appuient au niveau d'un cadre support (18) entourant la pile auxiliaire (11) du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15), des éléments élévateurs (17) du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15) étant en prise au niveau du cadre support (18) du dispositif porteur de pile auxiliaire (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de type clavette respectif (25) a la forme d'un peigne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que des traverses (26) de l'élément de type clavette respectif (25) peuvent être introduites dans des rainures (29) d'une palette (14) et que des traverses (28) de la palette (14) peuvent être introduites dans des rainures (29) de l'élément de type clavette respectif (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de type clavette respectif (25) est rabattable.
