Definitions

  • the invention relates to a transport carton for bicycles and a compassionfixierelement.
  • girth This is understood to mean the length of the box and the circumference.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a transport carton for bicycles, by which the individual bicycle parts are protected against damage in transit.
  • the object is achieved by a transport carton for bicycles according to claim 13 and a compassionfixierelement according to claim 1.
  • the transport carton for bicycles according to the invention has a compassionfixierelement.
  • the compassionfixierelement which serves to receive the bicycle frame, can be arranged in an example cuboid outer carton.
  • the compassionfixierelement serves to hold the bicycle frame and in particular to avoid slippage of the bicycle frame in the outer carton and thereby causing damage.
  • the compassionfixierelement may be part of the outer carton, i. For example, be integrally connected with this.
  • the frame fixing element is preferably an independent element which is inserted or inserted in the outer carton, for example.
  • the compassionfixierelement which represents an independent invention and is preferably made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, has at least one bottom bracket.
  • the bottom bracket receptacle serves to receive the bottom bracket of the bicycle, i. the area in which the bottom bracket is mounted or mounted. In this case, in particular, the chainring or the chainrings and the crank can already be mounted.
  • the frame fixing element has at least two web elements.
  • the web elements have two bottom bracket recesses, which form the bottom bracket. In the at least two bottom bracket recesses, the bottom bracket can be inserted.
  • the web elements produced in particular from cardboard are designed such that the pedaling element of the bicycle frame is held at a distance from a bottom element of the frame fixing element.
  • the bottom member abuts against a bottom wall of the outer carton.
  • the bottom bracket is thus held at a distance from the bottom wall of the outer carton, wherein between the bottom bracket and the bottom wall, the web elements are arranged.
  • the bottom bracket recesses that form the bottom bracket arranged such that slipping of the bottom bracket member, in particular the entire bicycle frame in the outer carton avoided or is possible only in small areas.
  • two web elements are provided, each having two web parts.
  • the two web parts which are made in particular from a substantially flat, flat cardboard part, extend at an acute angle to each other. In particular, this stability is considerably increased. It is particularly preferred that the web elements are formed such that they widen in the direction of the bottom element of the compassionfixierelements. If the web elements consist of two flat web parts made of cardboard or cardboard, forces can be absorbed well by the two web parts. Since the two web parts are preferably V-shaped in cross-section, with the opening of the V pointing in the direction of the bottom element, the risk of buckling in the event of impacts or impacts is reduced.
  • the web elements are preferably each formed in one piece by folding a carton. It is particularly preferred to produce both web elements from a cardboard by folding. In the preferred embodiment, the web elements thus extend in the frame longitudinal direction and are formed in cross-section M-shaped,
  • the web elements are in particular integrally connected to a bottom element, wherein in a particularly preferred embodiment in each case the outer web part is integrally connected to a bottom part.
  • the two floor parts can be connected to each other in particular via a tab.
  • the tab punched out in the particularly preferred embodiment is integrally connected to the bottom part.
  • both floor parts can each tabs
  • a tab it is possible for a tab to be insertable into a slot provided on the other bottom part and to be fixable by the provision of tab attachments.
  • the outer dimensions of the bottom element substantially correspond to the inner dimensions of a bottom wall of the outer carton.
  • the outer dimensions of the bottom element are preferably slightly smaller than the dimensions of the bottom wall or a footprint of the outer carton.
  • a second bottom bracket receptacle is provided.
  • This bottom bracket is offset from the first bottom bracket.
  • the possibility of using the frame fixing element for different frames the cost can be significantly reduced.
  • the carton used for the frame fixing element is preferably a stiffening strut or stiffening shaft having carton.
  • the alignment of the waves is preferably selected such that the waves are partially compressed when forces occur, since the cardboard can absorb most forces in this direction. In particular, those occurring during falls To be able to absorb forces well, the waves of the floor parts run vertically, in particular transversely to the frame longitudinal direction.
  • All elements described above as cardboard are preferably made of cardboard, in particular corrugated board. Although it would also be possible to manufacture these elements from plastic, the production from corrugated cardboard is significantly less expensive. Furthermore, the production of the packaging elements made of corrugated cardboard has the advantage that they can be disposed of in a simple manner. Although the individual packaging elements according to the invention may represent disposable packaging, they can also be used multiple times.
  • the chairfixierelement is in a preferred embodiment in different views in the FIGS. 1 to 4 shown.
  • preferred dimensions are given in millimeters.
  • the chairfixierelement has two bottom bracket 10,12 on.
