Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. Support de cylindres supérieurs pour bancs d'étirage équipant des métiers de filage, comprenant au moins une paire de cylindres d'entrée, une paire de cylindres porte-courroies et une paire de cylindres de sortie, représentant des cylindres supérieurs, et des dispositifs de retenue desdits cylindres supérieurs, lesquels cylindres supérieurs sont montés à rotation sur les extrémités d'axes, et lesdits axes sont respectivement retenus au centre, entre lesdits cylindres supérieurs, sachant qu'il est prévu, pour l'axe (5, 51) des cylindres de sortie (8, 43) et pour l'axe (6, 50) des cylindres (7, 42) porte-courroies, un dispositif commun de retenue (2, 41) relié audit support (1, 40) des cylindres supérieurs, avec mobilité,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le dispositif de retenue (2, 41) se présente comme une pièce structurelle monobloc en matière plastique, avec les logements (3, 4, 48, 49) destinés aux axes (5, 6, 50, 51) des cylindres de sortie (8, 43) et des cylindres (7, 42) porte-courroies, de sorte que lesdits logements (3, 4, 48, 49) desdits axes sont situés à distance fixe les uns des autres ; et par le fait qu'un système de renvoi de courroies supérieures fait partie intégrante de ladite pièce structurelle monobloc.

Support de cylindres supérieurs, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de retenue (2, 41) comporte une fente (33, 64) remplissant la fonction d'une coulisse de guidage dans laquelle est guidé un tendeur (35, 63) de courroies qui est configuré avec symétrie de révolution, est orienté avec parallélisme axial vis-à-vis desdits cylindres supérieurs (7, 8, 42, 43, 47) et est mobile par rapport audit dispositif de retenue (2, 41), avec effet de tension.
  5. Support de cylindres supérieurs, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la matière plastique est du polyoxyméthylène.
  6. Support de cylindres supérieurs, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la matière plastique est électriquement conductrice.
