Claims (9)

  1. Système d'étirage pour un métier à filer, en particulier pour un banc d'étirage, avec des cylindres inférieurs, logés de façon stationnaire l'un à l'autre dans des supports, et avec des cylindres supérieurs coordonnés aux cylindres inférieurs, maintenus dans des bras de serrage et pouvant être éloignés des cylindres inférieurs par basculement des bras de serrage, caractérisé en ce que les supports (10) sont munis de guidages (19) dans lesquels, à l'état fermé, au moins un des cylindres supérieurs (15, 16, 17, 18) est guidé et aligné par rapport aux cylindres inférieurs (11, 12, 13).
  2. Système d'étirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres supérieurs (15, 16, 17, 18) sont maintenus moyennant des moyens de retenue (20) élastiques flexibles.
  3. Système d'étirage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les corps d'essieu (21) du cylindre supérieur (15, 16, 17, 18) sont respectivement munis de deux surfaces de guidage (22) parallèles, auxquelles sont affectés des guidages (19) alignés approximativement radialement par rapport au cylindre inférieur (11, 12, 13) correspondant.
  4. Système d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les guidages (19) pour au moins un des cylindres supérieur (15, 16, 17, 18) font partie des dispositifs de retenue (22), fixés de façon réglable en direction circonférentielle du cylindre inférieur (12, 13) correspondant sur les supports (10).
  5. Système d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre supérieur (16, 18), affecté à des guidages réglables (19) des supports (10), est maintenu de façon réglable et arrêtable dans la position réglée sur les bras de serrage (14).
  6. Système d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de retenue (22) sont fixés de façon pivotable et concentrique par rapport au cylindre inférieur (12, 13) correspondant sur les supports (10).
  7. Système d'étirage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de retenue (22) réglables sont équipés d'une commande d'ajustage (24).
  8. Système d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres inférieurs (12, 13) sont logés dans les dispositifs de retenue (22) maintenus de façon rotative et concentrique par rapports au cylindre inférieur (12, 13) correspondant dans les supports.
  9. Système d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de charge (25) pour le cylindre supérieur (16) correspondant sont fixés sur les dispositifs de retenue (22) et peuvent être mis en prise avec le cylindre supérieur (16), si les bras de serrage (14) sont fermés.
