Definitions
- the invention relates to a fire protection clothing of a wall and / or ceiling made of concrete with an inserted reinforcement, the fire protection clothing having a plurality of on the wall and / or ceiling (3) mounted plate-shaped fire protection elements (5), wherein between the fire protection elements (5) and the wall and / or ceiling spacers (7) are arranged, which keep the fire protection elements (5) at a distance from the wall and / or ceiling so dene between the plate-shaped fire protection elements (5) and the wall and / or ceiling remains an air layer.
- Such fire protection clothing is from the DE-U-29601777 known and used, for example, in tunnels used, which consist of concrete, with reinforcing rods or grids made of steel are introduced into the concrete to increase the load capacity.
- the fire protection clothing prevents in case of fire, a chipping of the concrete and thus an exposure of the supporting reinforcement. This is particularly important insofar as the reinforcing bars or grids fail in case of fire if they exceed a critical temperature.
- an insulation system for building ceilings with subsequently perforated insulation boards made of polystyrene foam is known.
- the perforated insulation board is located on top of the ceiling, which covers the perforations of the insulation boards at the bottom.
- the top of the insulation boards is covered by an at least single-layer covering, which also covers the perforations of the insulation boards.
- the problem underlying the invention is to further develop the aforementioned generic fire protection clothing so that metal corrosion causing substances are kept away from the reinforcement of the wall and / or ceiling to be dressed.
- the invention is based on the finding that the corrosion is due, inter alia, to chlorides which originate from salts, in particular spreading salts, which are applied by spraying water. In question are also substances from car exhaust, which lead to corrosion.
- the chlorides penetrate into the concrete without fire protection clothing or by conventionally arranged fire protection elements and thus come into contact with the reinforcement.
- a spacer assigned to the fire protection clothing is provided.
- the fire protection elements are therefore no longer - as conventionally - applied directly, so without clearance, on the (concrete) -Wärtden and / or ceilings, but at a distance to these. This further complicates the path of aggressive chlorides and other harmful substances to the wall.
- the at least one spacer is connected to the fire protection element.
- a bond Equally possible, albeit more complex, are glands.
- the fire protection elements are therefore already factory-equipped with the spacers and will mounted in such a simple manner on the walls and / or ceilings.
- the spacer made of plastic, in particular rubber.
- plastic spacers are namely, for example, easy to manufacture in Spritzg tellvertahren.
- the material plastic offers a certain flexibility.
- the spacers may also be made of other, preferably corrosion-resistant, materials.
- the shape of the spacers can be designed arbitrarily within wide limits. As a particularly advantageous form has been found that is designed like a knob.
- the individual nubs can be glued or screwed with their leaking flat side on the fire protection element according to the invention.
- the tip of the respective knob is in the mounted state of the fire protection element on the wall and / or the ceiling.
- the fire protection element is designed to be open to diffusion, that is, it is designed such that it sucks water from one side, which it emits on the other side again.
- the material of the fire protection element acts as a filter for any substances in the water and causing a metal corrosion, such as chlorides.
- the fire protection element according to the invention can also be referred to as a "sucking" fire protection element, which filters out the substances present in the water, for example spray water, and which cause metal and / or steel corrosion.
- the fire protection element according to the invention mounted in front of a steel-proven concrete wall or ceiling acts as a corrosion barrier.
- the fire protection system for walls and / or ceilings made of reinforced concrete, which consists on the one hand of a fire protection clothing formed from fire protection elements, and on the other hand of a concrete cover of the supporting reinforcement.
- a reliable protection of the wall and / or ceiling is given with the fire protection system, so that there is no flaking of concrete in case of fire, which can be up to the reinforcement, which would be greatly weakened and thus would be a collapse of the tunnel.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a sectional view of a tunnel. This has a tunnel cross section 1, a road surface 2 and concrete walls and / or ceilings 3. Within the concrete walls 3 are - also schematically shown - 4 reinforcements arranged.
- the reinforcements 4 increase the load-bearing capacity of the concrete walls or ceilings 3. They can for example consist of steel bars or grids.
- FIG. 2 As it is in Fig. 2 is shown in sections, 3 plate-shaped fire protection elements 5 are applied to the concrete wall and / or ceiling. These protect the concrete and in particular the underlying reinforcements 4 in case of fire. It has been shown that the occurring in case of fire, large heat in unprotected tunnel walls and / or ceilings can lead to chipping of the concrete to the reinforcements 4, which carries the risk that the reinforcements 4 fail and thus their support function to lose. In extreme cases, it can lead to a collapse of the tunnel.
- the fire protection panels are applied directly to the concrete walls and / or ceilings, as in Fig. 2 is indicated by a screw 6.
- this has meant that chlorides from salts or other corrosion-causing substances can penetrate through the fire protection panels 5 into the concrete wall and there attack the reinforcements 4.
- a plurality of spacers 7 are applied in the illustrated embodiment to the respective fire protection element, of which a spacer 7 is shown in a sectional view in FIG Fig. 3 is shown.
- the spacer 7 is formed like a knob, wherein it is glued with its expiring ends 8 on the fire protection element 5. With its tip 9 it is supported against the concrete wall and / or ceiling 3.
- a gap 10 is formed between the fire protection element 5 and the concrete wall and / or ceiling 3, which prevents a "wandering" of the chlorides and other aggressive substances into the concrete wall and / or ceiling. This is especially true when the gap 10 allows ventilation of the fire protection element 5.
- a plurality of spacers may be arranged on a fire protection element.
- a spacer through the fire protection element 5 is connected via a screw or dowel 11 with the concrete wall.
- the respective spacers 7 through the screw 11 on the fire protection element 5 assure, so that optionally a bond or other attachment can be omitted.

Description
- Fig. 1
- in schematischer Darstellung eine Querschnittsansicht eines Tunnels, bei dem die Erfindung bevorzugt Anwendung findet;
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
Fig. 2 durch eine Verschraubung 6 angedeutet ist.
- In
Fig. 3 ist lediglich ein Abstandshalter 7 gezeigt. -
