Definitions
- the invention relates to a ceiling edge shuttering plate made of lightweight building material according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Ceiling edge formwork in buildings with concrete ceilings can be created in different ways. Conventional are such ceiling edge formwork with formwork panels or Boards built out of wood after concreting the Blanket to be removed. To prevent cold spots, are often between the formwork boards that are flush to the underlying wall are arranged, slabs of clay, foamed plastic or other insulating Material inserted.
- the slabs of low wall thickness according to the invention for example, only a few millimeters can be produced. This extends the area of application significantly, there is no measurable reduction in the statics of the wall he follows.
- the object of the present invention is to create a Ceiling edge shuttering plate that can be manufactured inexpensively is, has good heat insulating properties and nevertheless the strength meets the requirements in order to Bending or breaking before and during concreting to avoid.
- the reinforced ceiling edge shuttering plate made of foamed plastic, gas concrete or the like, it is possible to create a lost ceiling edge shuttering whose properties in terms of strength, ease of processing and surface quality come close to those of concrete. It is much cheaper to manufacture and, thanks to its low weight, easier to install.
- the reinforcement inserted therein makes it very resistant to bending or strength and of low weight. The reinforcement complicates or prevents damage to the slab by mechanical action before or during concreting. This can prevent damage to the concrete structure to be created.
- the terms "bending stability” or "bending strength” expressly generally include the property of being able to reduce or prevent undesirable effects from outside forces acting on the plate.
- the low weight and high bending stiffness enable the production of longer plates 5 than before.
- the known foamed sheets 5 have a maximum length of 1.25 m and must be supported with 3 to 4 brackets.
- the plates according to the invention can have an increased length of, for example, 2.5 m, but also 5 m or more meters. Two brackets can be enough to hold the plate in place.
- Another advantage of the new plate is that its thickness can be dimensioned much smaller compared to the known plates. Due to the reduced thickness, the statics of the wall continued above the plate are increased significantly. Despite the greater length compared to the known plates, the plates according to the invention are easier to handle and can also be used more efficiently. The cutting can be done by hand with a metal or wood saw.
- abutting plates of the ceiling edge formwork can be connected to one another in a simple manner by means of a holding plate to be fastened to the reinforcement.
- a wall 1 made of concrete can be seen on the a floor or ceiling slab 3 is to be concreted.
- a ceiling edge shuttering plate called plate 5 for short
- the slab formwork 11 is supported by supports 13 the desired height h.
- the plate 5 is as lost element designed, i.e. the plate 5 connects after pouring the liquid concrete for the Ceiling plate 3 with the concrete and its surface 15 forms the end face of the finished ceiling tile 3.
- a such a plate is for example from EP-A1-0927796 known.
- the plate 5 designed according to the invention comprises in first embodiment a dimensionally stable Reinforcing body 17, for example in the form of a Lattice fabric made of glass or aramid fibers or a Steel grille, which is a short distance from the inner Surface a of the plate 5 is embedded in this.
- the two Reinforcement mesh 17, if there are two, are spaced and can be used independently in the Plate 5 are embedded, or they can be as three-dimensional structure to be interconnected (no picture).
- a foamed matrix is used Plastic mass, gas concrete and the like. Which used Materials a low specific gravity and consequently have low thermal conductivity.
- the insertion or introducing the reinforcement grid 17 into the matrix already takes place in the form in which the foaming of the Plastic mass, for example polystyrene, or that Foaming of sand and additives is carried out.
- the reinforcement grids 17 are in the finished Plate 5 invisible and therefore do not interfere with Surface quality of the plate 5, still its Handling.
- the Reinforcement grids 17 with small vertical spacings extending bores or channels 19 may be provided allow insertion of the bracket 7 from below and that Ensure that they are held firmly.
- a reinforcement plate 21 is used instead of reinforcement grids 17.
- This reinforcement plate 21 can be produced from sheet metal by bending processes or from an extruded plastic profile and is not or only partially, ie not completely, embedded in the interior of the plate 5 ,
- two angled sections 23 protrude from the inner surface 25 of the plate 5.
- These angled sections 23 are provided with aligned holes 27, through which the vertical legs of the holding bracket 7 can be inserted from below.
- Openings 29 are preferably also made in the reinforcement plate 21 in the areas next to the sections 23, which run parallel to the plate surface a, in order to produce a close connection between the plastic compound (matrix) on both sides of the reinforcement plate 21.
- the reinforcement plate 21 can be replaced by a dimensionally stable reinforcement grid which, like the reinforcement plate 21, has angled regions 23 which protrude beyond the plate surface a and through whose open spaces the vertical legs of the retaining bracket 7 can be pushed (no illustration).
- reinforcing plates 21 or gratings reinforcing profiles 24 (FIG. 8) or other elements can also be used. Such reinforcing profiles 24 can be connected to the plate surface a or within the plate 5 in any position, that is to say vertically, horizontally or at any angle with respect to the plate surface a.
- the reinforcing plate 21 rests on the plate surface a as a basis.
- the plate 5 made of lightweight material can be glued or foamed onto the reinforcing plate 21 (FIG. 4). It can also be joined to the plate 5 by a positive connection. Such a connection is shown in Fig.5. It comprises two grooves 31, into which the longitudinal edges of the reinforcement plate 21 engage or into which the reinforcement plate 21 is inserted. Alternatively or additionally, cams 35 can also be attached to the plate 5, which engage through corresponding holes in the reinforcing plate 21. In a further variant, the reinforcement plate 21 can also be inserted into a groove 31 on only one side. These configurations enable the plate 5 to be produced very inexpensively.
- the plates 5 in all configurations of the invention can like the known, made of concrete and in the plates disclosed in EP-A1-0927796 can be used.
- the plate 5 aligned with the underlying wall 1 and the bracket 7 are with nails 9 on the Ceiling formwork 11 attached.
- retaining brackets 7 could also use other holding devices that are not detailed here described and shown, find use.
- the Slab edge formwork can be attached to the side of the panel 5 subsequent plate 5 expanded or supplemented become. To prevent the passage of liquid Concrete when concreting can be in between Cracks are foamed.
- the lateral end faces or surfaces c, d of the plates 5 nested elements such as Tongues and grooves exhibit. You can also be trained to the surfaces c, d can overlap slightly.
- the Holding plate can be designed so that it form-fitting over the front end areas of two abutting reinforcement plates 21 are placed can, with recesses 35 of the holding plate 33 with Cover holes 27 of the reinforcement plates 21 in such a way that Retaining bracket 7 can be pushed through. If the Reinforcement plates 21 partially let into plate 5 are, or if they are glued to the plate 5 and part of the reinforcement plate 21 e.g.
- the overall height H decreases corresponding to the holding plate 33 shown in Figure 9.
- the partial covering with mortar or another hardening material strengthens the connection between the Reinforcing plate 21 and plate 5 and conceals the Connection area, whereby the plate 5 looks more homogeneous.
- the plates 5 can additionally comprise protective elements or protective profiles 26 in the region of their end faces.
- FIG. 10 shows a possible embodiment of such a protective profile 26 on the plate surface f, that is to say the end face which lies at the top in the offset state of the plate 5.
- It comprises a protective plate 28 arranged horizontally and vertically to the plate surface f, which may not, partially or entirely be embedded in the plate 5, and an anchoring 30 arranged vertically to the plate surface f.
- the anchoring 30 is embedded or foamed in the plate 5 and can have a wave-like or serrated surface, which ensures a firm connection to the plate 5.
- the anchoring 30 serves to fasten and hold the protective profile 26 or the reinforcing plate 21 on or in the plate 5.
- anchoring 30 can be designed in a wide variety of ways. It preferably comprises barbs, tongues, teeth or other elements or structures which prevent the protective profile 26 or the reinforcing plate 21 from moving in one or more directions with respect to the plate 5.
- the surfaces of the protective plates 28 located inside the plate 5 could also be formed with sawtooth-like structures (not shown).
- the protective profile 26 is preferably an aluminum, steel or plastic profile which is attached to the plate 5 such that it is completely covered by the surface b.
- the plate 5 consequently has a uniform appearance on its surface b, and cold bridges emanating from the surface b can be excluded.
- the protective elements or protective profiles 26 can also be designed differently, for example in the form of a flat or corrugated sheet (end face vertical to surface b).
- Another alternative is to design the reinforcing plates 21, for example by folding them one or more times, so that when they are attached to the plates 5 they can take over the function of the protective profiles 26.
- the reinforcement plates 21 can be designed without additional edges or kinks, the upper end face of the reinforcement plate 21 being able to be arranged flush with the surface b of the plate 5 or slightly offset inwards. The reinforcing plate 21 and the protective profile 26 can therefore be formed in one piece. After the slabs 5 have been moved, the ceiling 3 can be concreted. Both the plate 5 and the bracket 7 remain in the offset position and the plate 5 forms the end face of the ceiling plate 3 and at the same time it serves as thermal insulation and prevents a cold bridge.
Abstract
