That is, the pair of brake arms 22 are caused to rotate about the corresponding support pins 21, respectively, and the brake shoes 24 fixed to the brake arms 22 are moved away from the braking surface 25 of the brake drum 14.
  • the brake shoes 24 are arranged away from the rotating surfaces of the brake arms 22 in a direction toward the motor side housing 11, as can be seen from Fig. 5 , so an offset or unbalanced load acts on the brake shoes 24, and hence the load might influence the braking surfaces 25 as it is.
  • the washers 27 with some play are interposed between the corresponding brake arms 22 and brake shoes 24, respectively, so that the offset load on the braking surfaces 25 of the brake shoes 24 is suppressed by the washers 27.
  • the pair of brake arms 22, the brake shoes 24, the brake springs 30 and the electromagnetic magnet 31, which together constitute the brake device are arranged at a side near the sheave, so the sheave 4 and the respective components constituting the brake device can be directly maintained and checked by visual inspection from the same direction, thus making it possible to improve a maintenance and check operation.

Further, localized wear or abnormal wear of the brake shoes 24, which are in sliding contact with the braking surfaces 25, can be reduced, and at the same time the amount of wear of the braking surfaces 25 of the brake drum 14 can also be reduced.
  • the rope latches 32 are mounted on the brake side housing 12 to cover the grooves 15 in the sheave 4 so as to prevent the disengagement of the rope 5 from the grooves 15, when the maintenance and check of the sheave 4 and the respective components constituting the brake device are carried out, the gaps between the rope and the rope latches 32 can be checked directly from the same direction without using any special mirror or any special thickness gauge.

Claims (4)

  1. Winde für einen Aufzug, mit:
    einem Motor-seitigen Gehäuse (11) mit einem darin angeordneten Motor (16, 19);
    einem Bremsen-seitigen Gehäuse (12), das gegenüberliegend zu dem Motor-seitigen Gehäuse (11) angeordnet ist, und an diesem starr angebracht ist;
    einer starren Achse (10), die das Bremsen-seitige Gehäuse (12) und das Motor-seitige Gehäuse (11) durchdringt und starr an diesen befestigt ist;
    einer Scheibe (4) die in dem Bremsen-seitigen Gehäuse (12) drehbar an der starren Achse (10) angebracht ist;
    einer Bremstrommel (14), die derart an dem Motor-seitigen Gehäuse (11) angebracht ist, dass sie sich zusammen mit der Scheibe (4) dreht;
    einem Paar Bremsarme (22), deren eine Enden drehbar an dem Bremsen-seitigen Gehäuse (12) angebracht sind;
    Bremsbacken (24), die jeweils an den Bremsarmen (22) derart angebracht sind, dass sie jeweils mit Bremsflächen (25) der Bremstrommel (14) in gleitendem Kontakt sind;
    Bremsfedern (30), die in dem Bremsen-seitigen Gehäuse (12) zwischen dem Paar Bremsarme (22) derart angeordnet sind, dass das Paar Bremsarme (22) in einer Richtung weg voneinander gedrängt wird; und
    einem elektromagnetischen Magneten (31), der in dem Bremsen-seitigen Gehäuse (12) zwischen den anderen Enden des Paars Bremsarme (22) derart angeordnet ist, dass er die anderen Enden gegen elastische Kräfte der Bremsfedern (30) anzieht, um dadurch die Bremsarme (22) zu drehen.
  2. Winde für einen Aufzug nach Anspruch 1, ferner mit:
    Kugelscheiben (27), die bezüglich halbkugelförmigen, konkaven Abschnitten (26) verschiebbar sind, die jeweils in Oberflächen der Bremsbacken (24) an einer Seite der Bremsbacken (24) gegenüber den Bremsflächen (25) ausgebildet sind;
    Bolzen (23), welche die Bremsarme (22) und die Scheiben (27) derart durchdringen, dass sie durch deren Spitzen die Bremsbacken (24) jeweils starr an den Bremsarmen (22) befestigen; und
    Federn (29), die zwischen Köpfen (28) von Basis-Endabschnitten der Bolzen (23) und den Bremsarmen (22) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie die Bremsbacken (24) jeweils zu den Bremsarmen (22) drängen.
  3. Winde für einen Aufzug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei Seilsperren (32) an dem Bremsen-seitigen Gehäuse (12) derart angebracht sind, dass sie die Rillen (15) in der Scheibe (4) abdecken, und dass sie dadurch das Seil (5) daran hindern, sich aus den Rillen (15) zu lösen.
  4. Winde für einen Aufzug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Winde (3) auf eine derartige Weise starr an einer Wandfläche des Aufzugsschachtes (1) angebracht ist, dass die Scheibe (4) zu einer Seite des sich in dem Aufzugsschacht (1) auf und ab bewegenden Fahrkorbs (7) gerichtet ist.
